After using the product, clean the parts in contact with food as the
residual food may corrode to emit a peculiar smell if the product is to
be kept idle for long.
If the rotary strainer is damaged, please do not use the appliance.
After using the product, please unplug the power cable and clean
products in time.
If the product cannot be started, please try to solve the problem
according to the instructions in “Troubleshooting”. If the problem still
exists, you need to send the product to our customer service center for
repair, and never disassemble it by yourself.
The product is not suitable for processing or pulverizing hard
materials such as grains, ice cubes and sugarcanes (because such
materials may cause jamming or mechanical failure easily).

The product extracts juice by slow squeezing instead of grinding, therefore the finished juice retains
the original taste, flavor and nutrients of fruits and vegetables. It is a multi-functional machine capable
of making vegetable juice, fruit juice, etc.
The juicing bowl can be separated from the base, therefore is easy to clean.
The dual-switch design enhances operation safety (After the juicing bowl is installed onto the base, the
machine can start working only after the hopper is covered on the bowl and the switch is enabled).

Precautions before Use
1.请不要长时间运行产品，超过20分钟时，请冷卻20分钟後再继续榨汁，防止损坏产品。
Do not operate the product for a long period of time. After it works for 20min, please stop it and cool it
down for 20min before you continue juicing so as to avoid machine damage.
2.投放材料时，要一个一个慢慢放，等已 投入的材料 榨完後再投入 。
Please feed materials slowly one by one; do not feed again until all fed materials are juiced.
3.含纤维多的材料（芹菜等),请先切成长度5 ~10厘米， 大小1.5~ 2.5厘米後投 入。（纤维 质
特别结实的材质，最好切成长度不超过3厘米 後，慢慢投入 为好。）
1.Fibrous materials (e.g., celeries) should be cut into pieces which are 5~10cm long and 1.5~2.5cm
wide before feeding. (For materials containing tough fibers, it would be better to cut them into pieces
which are less than 3cm long and then feed them in slowly.)

4.使用低温保管的紅蘿蔔榨汁时，因材料含水量少，所以最好与梨或 橙等水分多 的材料
一起榨，效果更好。
To juice carrots preserved at low temperature which have less moisture content, it is suggested to put
some juicy materials like pear or orange to achieve a better effect.
5.如果材料不新鲜，榨汁量会减少。用冰箱里保管的较乾的 材料榨汁时，先把材料泡在清
水里充分吸水後再榨汁，效果就更好。
The amount of juice will be reduced if the materials used are not fresh. To extract juice from less juicy
materials preserved in refrigerator, you can soak the materials in clean water to fully absorb water
before juicing, which will provide a better effect.
6.硬的材料不适合做榨汁。（谷类、甘蔗等特别硬的材料）
The product is not suitable for juicing hard materials such as grains and sugarcanes.
7.使用紅蘿蔔（果肉硬）或苹果（皮硬）等材料 榨汁时，机 器会响“ ~”的 摩擦音，但 对
产品没有影响。

When juicing materials like carrots (with hard pulp) or apples (with hard peel), the machine will generate
“beep~~” friction sounds, but this will not affect the product performance.
8.有些材质（樱桃、蕃茄、葡萄等）榨汁 时，汁会从 投料口溅出 ，请留意。
Please take care that the juice of some materials (e.g., cherry tomatoes, grapes) may spill out of the
feeding mouth during juicing.
9.榨柠檬、橙等水果时，请务必去皮，最 好去除籽。
Fruits like lemons and oranges must be peeled off before juicing; their seeds can be removed if possible.
10.榨取较硬果蔬时，产品可能会出现轻微的晃动，这是由於产 品自身在进行自我调节，此
现象为正常现象，请放心使用。
During juicing of relatively hard fruits or vegetables, the product may shake slightly. Please rest assured
when using the product because this is a normal phenomenon as the product is conducting self-
adjustment.
11.榨取色素较深的果蔬时，如红萝蔔、 红菜头等，塑胶件会有轻度染色，属正常 现象;
When juicing deep-color fruits or vegetables such as carrots and beetroots, the plastic parts may be
stained slightly, which is a normal phenomenon.

1.榨汁杯底部橡胶垫片的组装方法
将榨汁底部橡胶垫片一边拔出後，请按下图方向插入。
注意：橡胶垫片必需安装到位，否则会出现漏汁问题。
Pull out one side of the rubber gasket at the bottom of juicing bowl, and insert it in the direction shown
in the figure below.

2.将榨汁杯安装在主体上
如下图将榨 汁杯插在主体 的 固定点处。
*向下安装时榨汁杯上的标示线与主机上的标示线对齐

How to Use
榨汁：将果蔬往下推榨汁
反转：将果蔬往上回笼，能避免正转时发生的卡死现象
警告：请不要用湿手操作开关。

Juicing: Push fruits or vegetables downward to extract juice
Reverse Rotation: Push fruits or vegetables upward to avoid jamming
which may occur during forward rotation.
Warning: Do not operate the switch with a wet hand.
In order to avoid damage, please do not run the machine without feeding
fruits or vegetables.

将清洗乾淨的果蔬（尺寸大於进料口的果蔬切成适当
大小）放到进料口，用推进杆往里推。
Put rinsed fruits or vegetables (those larger than the feeding mouth

注： 所有榨汁 用的果蔬 请 选择新 鲜 果蔬。

For fruits with hard pits, the pits must be removed before juicing.
Note: Please use fresh fruits and vegetables to extract juice.
Fruits and vegetables having been preserved in refrigerator for a long
period of time must be soaked in water for more than 10min before
juicing.
机器运行中突然停机时，先旋至“停止”档位後，再旋至“反转”档位，使夹在螺旋推进器中的材
料往上推出後再旋至“榨汁”档位即可（反覆做3次左右)。
If the machine suddenly stops during operation, first turn the switch to the “Stop” position and then to
the “Reverse Rotation” position to push up the materials jammed in the . Then, turn the
switch to the “Juicing” position (repeat this operation about three times).

avoid loosening of the hopper).

*红萝蔔等较硬材料，请务必切成细条再进行榨汁，否则可能会出现卡死、甚至损坏产品。
Hard materials like carrots must be cut into small pieces before juicing in order to avoid jamming or
machine damage.

When juicing is finished, please turn the switch to the “Stop” position and unplug the
machine.
警告：榨完的果汁请不要长时间保存。

榨汁过程中可让出汁口盖处於关闭状态，待出汁量达到一定程度
後，再打开盖，用杯接汁。
The juice spout cover can be kept closed during juicing and opened when there is a
certain amount of juice in the juicing bowl. Use the juice container to get the juice.
好处：1. 使果汁接触更少的空气氧化速度更慢
2. 榨多种蔬果汁时可使多种蔬果汁混合更均匀。
Advantages: 1. Expose the juice to less air so as to slow down oxidation;
2. Mix the juice more evenly when several varieties of fruits and vegetables
are juiced.

拆卸方法

1. 关机停止运转机器，拔下电源插头。
2. 用手抓住榨汁杯盖，逆时钟方向旋转榨汁杯盖如图①所示范，旋转至如图②所示位
上拔出榨汁杯盖即可分解。

注意：清洗时，请勿使用铁刷子、研磨剂、尖利的清洗工具清洗。
The removed parts can be cleaned with running water; if the strainer is jammed with pomace, please
use the cleaning brush to clean it.
Note: Never use iron brushes, abrasives or sharp tools for cleaning.

Soak the soybeans in water at a certain soybean-water ratio. Suggested soaking
time: 6-9h in summer, 8-12h in spring and autumn, and 11-16h in winter. (See

Use a soup spoon to scoop out the soybeans together with water (at a ratio of 1:2,
for example: 500g soybeans and 1000g water); pour them into the feeding tube
mouth of the juicer; start the machine to extract soybean juice. (See Pictures ②& ③
Filter the finished soybean juice through the gauge, and then pour the juice into a
pot; stir it slowly and bring it to a boil (about 97-98℃)。
Add 30g water into the 2.7g gypsum powder; mix them evenly for subsequent
use; then pour the boiled juice into another pot immediately. (See Picture ④)
Slowly pour the evenly mixed coagulant into the juice pot; gently stir the mixture
for 5~10 circles. (See Picture ⑤
Cool it down for about 5min (at the temperature of 74-85℃, the soybean juice will
turn to a state like tofu pudding). (See Picture ⑥)
Spread the filtering gauge in the tofu box, and pour the coagulated soybean juice
into the box. (See Picture ⑦)
After pouring, wrap the coagulated soybean juice with the filtering gauge, and
place the tofu box and the compressing plate on it. Apply a weight of about 1kg
onto the plate, and keep the pressure for 10-30min to squeeze out excess water.
