This product must be connected to the circuit breaker, otherwise it may cause a
safety accident. Required rating of circuit breaker : 3x50A.
This product must be installed by professional technicians. Improper installation may
cause accidents.
This product must be earthed.
WARNING: This product is not to be used for a potable water supply.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of this appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified technicians in order to avoid hazard.
Do not put gas, gasoline, high evaporative agents or other flammable items around
the water heater.
Hot water from the water heater may cause scald, please test the temperature of the
hot water before using.
Empty water will lead to the spilling of steam or very hot water, which can cause
serious burns. Please cut o the power supply immediately, stop using the water
heater and contact professional technicians to check and repair.
If the circuit breaker is broken, don't close it. Inform professional technicians to check
and repair immediately.
The appliance can only be installed indoor, where temperature keeping at 2°C or
above. If there is water in inside the unit, it might freeze. Before the ice melt, the
water heater cannot be electrified.
Do not open front cover. This may cause electric shock.
The resistivity of the water supply must not be less than 1250 Ω/cm.
For safety, do not change the installation position of the machine or block the water
outlet of the machine. If you need to move or relocate the machine, please contact
professional technicians.

The water heater should be earthed before use. Please ensure that the resistance
of household earth wire is＜4ΩUsing water heater without earthed is highly
prohibited.

The product must be connected to a circuit breaker (RCBO). Otherwise,
electric shock may occur when using. It is recommended that the rated
circuit breaker be 3P-In50A.
Ensure that the appliance is earthed.
The electrical resistivity of the water must not fall below that stated on the
rating label. In a linked water network, take into consideration the lowest
electrical resistivity of the water. Your water supply utility could advise the
electricity resistivity or conductivity of the water in your area.
Carry out all electrical connection and installation work in accordance with
relevant regulations.
The rated voltage of this machine is 380V-415V 50Hz three-phase, AC only.
Before installing this water heater, check and confirm the earth electrode on the socket
is reliably earthed, without electricity.
The minimum inlet water pressure is 0.1MPa.maximum inlet water pressure is 0.75 MPa.
The appliance is not to be installed in locations where freezing can occur.
This water heater is suitable for home, apartment or certain commercial uses. It can be
installed anywhere in the house where hot water is needed, such as bathing, hand
washing, kitchen, etc.
This water heater does not use plugs; This water heater must be connected directly to a
power switch with leakage protection. When installing, please distinguish between the
wire and the ground wire, do not connect wrong.
Do check whether the amperes of the household wiring enough before installation, and
dedicated circuit must be used when installation.
The distance between water heater installed and water output should be as nearby as
possible to avoid loss of heat.
The electric water heater may be damaged if the water hardness is too high. Damage to
the unit caused by scale or a high mineral count is not covered under the warranty.
In time of lightning/thunder, switch “O” the Circuit Breaker in advance to protect the
water heater against possible damage.
Do cut-o power supply before any maintenance. Any maintenance or adjust-ment
towards this product by non-professional is highly prohibited.
The damaged power cord must be replaced by a good power cord provided, and the
replacement should be done by a qualified technician or engineer or profes-sionals of
the similar products.
In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the Circuit Breaker, this
appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as timer or
connected to a circuit that is regularly switched “On” and “O” by the utility.
The water heater is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced

The electric water heater can be set to: OFFand 30-50°C (The actual outlet water
temperature depends on the inlet water temperature and water flow).
Households with small children, disabled, or elderly may need to set the thermostat
at 45°C or lower to prevent possible injury from hot water.
Please set the temperature according to your personal needs. Please check the water

The appliance is intended to be permanently connected to the water mains and not
connected by a hose-set.
The water inlet of this appliance shall not be connected to inlet water obtained from any
other water heaing system.
The appliance must be permanently connected to fixed wiring.
Circuit breakers and products should be installed in a dry, no splash, principle of
flammable objects or gases.
Do not use damaged cords, old or loosen electrical outlets. Otherwise, it may cause
accidents such as electric shock, short circuit or fire and so on.

Before First Use

2. Brief description of each function
1. Startup of electric water heater and adjust the
setting of the water inlet.

water discharge is 150L. If it is necessary to

3.[AI]:
1) Start "AI" when the set temperature is
not between 38-44° C:
The ambient temperature is greater than
or equal to 28 ° C. The preset temperature
is 40 ° C.
The ambient temperature is 22-27 ° C.
The preset temperature is 42 ° C.
The ambient temperature is 16-21 ° C,
and the preset temperature is 43 ° C.
The ambient temperature is less than or
equal to 15 ° C. The preset temperature
is 44 ° C.
2) When the set temperature is between
38-44℃, start "AI" : recommend the
current set temperature to the user;

Before Installation
Installation Method
PRODUCT INSTALLATION
DO NOT install this product in a location where it may be subjected to freezing
temperatures. If the water inside your tankless water heater freezes, it can cause
severe and permanent damage that is not covered under your warranty.
DO NOT locate the water heater in a location that is dicult to access. Make sure
that the water heater and hot water outlet pipe are out of reach of children so tthat
they cannot get access to the temperature controls or injure themselves by touching
the hot water outlet pipe. The outlet water pipe can get very hot.
This product does NOT require venting. Avoid installing your tankless water heater in
a location prone to excessive humidity, moisture, or dust, or in an area where it may
be splashed with water or other liquids.
DO NOT install under water pipes or air conditioning lines that might leak or
condense moisture that could then drip onto the heater.
DO NOT install this product on the top of electrical boxes or junctions.
The water heater should not be located in area where leakage will result in damage to
the area adjacent to it or to lower floors of building. If the installation at such areas
cannot be avoided, it is recommended that a suitable drip pan with adequate drainage
should be installed under the water heater. Please check the requirement for this type of
installation at your area. It is recommended that a drip pan (connected with a proper
drainage) should be installed below the water heater to avoid property damage in the
unlikely occasion of leakage. Alternatively, you can install an active water leak detector
and shuto valve to turn o your water supply whenever leakage is detected.
CAUTION
Manufacturer recommends that this product should be installed by a licensed and
qualified electrician in accordance with all applicable electrical standards. As all other
electrical appliances, under no circumstances should you attempt to install, repair or
disassemble this water heater without shuttng o all power to the unit directly at the
fuse or breaker box. Make sure to shut o all breakers. SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR
DEATH COULD OCCUR IF YOU IGNORE THIS WARNING.All wiring (wire gauge) and
circuit protection (breakers) must comply with local standard.

height of more than 1.6 meters to prevent children from playing with the temperature

The specification of this water heater pipe is G1/2。Rubber seal gasket must be
added to the threaded end surface in order to avoid water leakage.It is also recom-
mended to set up the pressure relief valve to the inlet of the main body, sealgasket
with filter screen should be used in the joint position.

Choose air switch with leakage protection according to the power of the water
heater. The switch must be readily accessible, clearly identifiable and out of reach of
person using a fixed bath or shower. The wiring must be connected to the switch
without the use of a plug or socket outlet.
When connecting the water heater to electric network, please pay attention when
connecting the live line, and earth line with corresponding line in the electric network.
A T&P valve may be required to meet the installation standard in your area when the
water pressure is over 150 psi.

Connection of wire

Confirm the water heater installation position, then reserve one water outlet and one
water inlet accordingly. The distance between these two points is 10 cm. Connect the
special copper core wire from the main power supply at home to the C40 air switch,
reserve a certain length under the wall and connect it to the wire connector in the
bathroom. The copper core wire must meet the requirements of this water heater.
Confirm the position of the water heater in the bathroom, reserve copper core
connection at a distance measuring 4 cm from the right of the water inlet and at 6 cm
from the bottom of the water heater as shown in below diagram.
Make sure you have established the correct connection. Wiring must be done according
to the diagram to ensure the normal operation of the machine. The ground and live wire
must not be misconnected.
CAUTION
1. This product must be connected to the circuit breaker(RCBO), otherwise it may cause
electric shock. Required rating of circuit breaker : 3x50A

Function description
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
On/O: Turn on or turn o the machine.
Water flow tesing function: Through signal sending from the water flow sensor, the
PCB plate will test if the water flows into the water heater. The heating system only
start when the water flow is higher than 2.5L/min.
Thermostatic function: Reaching the pre-set outlet temperature within 20 seconds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The water heater should only be repaired and maintained by the Company’s recog-
nized professional service sta. Improper repairing or maintenance may cause serious
injury accident or property loss
Before opening machine or repairing and maintaining machine, power must be cut o

When using machine, please keep the water heater surrounding area clean.
Before cleaning, power must be cut o, use wet cloth with neutral wash clean to wipe
smoothly, do not use petrol or other liquor, after finish, use dry cloth to wipe again
and keep the machine dry
If the machine is not used for a long-term, or if used in cold weather, need take
necessary actions to avoid frozen to damage machine.
Inlet fillter washer need regular cleaning.(Figure 3)
Note
After cleaning, turn on the faucet and run
water for 60 seconds, and check whether
there is water leakage in the connection
position.
