ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep these instructions for future reference. Adult assembly required.
This table is not a toy & is intended for use by or under the supervision of adults.
Please do not sit, climb or lean on the table.
This table is intended for indoor use only.
Note: this product is supplied in 2 separate boxes.
1. Find a clean & level place to begin the assembly of your TOUR table football game. You will need a Phillips
screwdriver, a 13mm spanner, a 3mm allen key, a 4mm allen key & a hammer. Remove all parts except the
table carcass from the box. Check all parts present against the ‘Parts Identifier’ page & save all packing
materials until the parts have been inspected & the table is assembled. Slit the 4x corners of the cardboard
bottom box lid & use it as a clean surface on which to assemble the table on the floor.
2. Attach the 2x metal legs onto the table carcass by sliding the carcass inside each leg. Make sure the carcass
is upside down when sliding into position & ensure the 2x screw holes for attaching the score cubes are
visible on the outside as shown below.
3. Using the 13mm spanner attach & tighten 3x 13mm hexagon bolts to each of the 4x leg corners as shown
below. Each hexagon bolt has a large star washer & flat washer threaded onto it.

4. Next insert the end panels into the legs at each end using the 4x metal hole locators to guide you. See below
for guidance.
5. Now secure the end panels to the carcass using the 4mm allen key bolts. Screw 1x bolt with a small star
washer to each of the 4 corners – please note that the table is only supplied with 1x bolt per corner.

6. Two adults should now stand the table up on its legs & prepare to fit the poles. Push the player rods into the
table, pushing the handle-end of the pole through the hole first from the inside. Do not fit the handles onto
the poles at this stage.
Then starting from one end of the table insert the poles as follows:
Home 1-man pole
Home 2-man pole
Away 3-man pole
Home 5-man pole
Away 5-man pole
Home 3-man pole
Away 2-man pole
Away 1-man pole
There should now be 4 poles on each side of the table with both teams facing each other.
7. Fit the pole bearings as shown below. At both ends of the poles fit 2x half-moon bearings with legs to the
inside of the table & then 2 half-moon bearings without legs to the outside of the table. Secure with screws.

8. Finally hammer on the handles to the end of the poles & insert the pole studs into the other ends of the
poles. Attach the 2x sets of score cubes to each leg using the 3mm allen key.
You are now ready to play
Cleaning & Maintenance
Use everyday household glass cleaner for both the glass & the laminate surface.
