Warnings!
-Plastic bags and small parts contained in this product can be dangerous. To
avoid the risk of suffocation, keep out of the reach of babies and children.
-Read the instructions carefully before starting to avoid assembly errors.
-Do not use lubricants for the screws and for the base since the chemicals
could damage the plastic.
-Always make sure that the fishing rod holder is correctly inserted into the
base before each fishing trip.

1. Prepare all piece and tools on a
worktable (protect the surface
with a towel).
2. Insert the washers into the 1.5 "screws.
3. Take the main tube and place the slit
down. At the other end insert the first
bottom piece (the side doesn’t matter).
4. Insert the middle piece (the side
doesn’t matter) and line it up roughly
with the first piece inserted. You can
line up any of the 8 spaces.

5. Take a fishing rod tube and insert the
bottom first (1). Slide the bottom part
to align with the top part (2).
6. Repeat to insert the other 3 tubes
and turn the assembly upside
down.
7. Insert the gray pieces into the tubes
aligning the notch at the end.
Note: The gray insert is required for rods with a handle
diameter smaller than 1 ¼ "(31mm). Test by inserting
your fishing rods to find out if you should install it or
not. If your rod fits well with the gray insert, keep it, if
not do not install it. You can leave some tubes without
the gray insert and others with depending on your rod
variety.
8. Adjust the drill torque. Set it as
low as possible to start and
increase it as needed.

9. Take the 1.5 "screws with the stainless-steel
washers inserted previously. Point it up and tilt
the assembly so the screw stays in place on the
drill. Look inside the tube to line up the screw in
the hole and screw in until the pieces are thighted
together. If necessary, increase the torque.
Warning!
-There must be a stainless-steel washer in each
screw for the tubes that support the fishing rods.
This will avoid damaging grey plastic parts.
-The threads of the screw can damage the plastic
part if you tighten too hard.
-Do not use an impact drill. For more precaution
start with the drill and finish the last turns with a
screwdriver.
10. Repeat for other 3 tubes.
11. Insert the top piece (the notch
in the central tube) and align.

12. Take a fishing rod tube and insert the
bottom first (1). Slide the bottom part to
align with the top part (2).
13.Repeat steps 6 to 10 for the
new installed tubes.
14. Double check to make sure all 12
screws and washers are in place.
15. Press down while turning to
make sure the main tube is
properly engaged in the notch.

16. Maintain pressure to keep the tube engaged in the notch and screw into the hole
between the tubes. There is no hole in the center tube, they will form when screwing.
Repeat for the 3 others screws of the same level.
Note: There is no stainless-steel washer for the 6 screws which are used to fix on the central tube.
17. Do the same for the middle
piece. Repeat for the 3 other
screws of the same level.
Ready to fish!
