OPERATING THE BUG DETECTOR WITH RF AND LENS
FINDER
HOW TO USE LENS DETECTOR MODE
1. Switch the power ON.
2. The device should automatically be in Lens Detector ode.
• If not, press the ode Button until the Lens Detector
ode light is on.
3. You can push the LED Speed Button to change the blinking
speed of the LED lights, but it is not necessary.
• The light emitted by the hidden camera you are
looking for will appear in sync with the flashing of the
LED lights.
4. Look through the Viewing Lens to find hidden cameras
throughout your environment.
• In the right position, you will see the red light reflect
off the lens of any possible hidden cameras.
*NOTICE: The red reflection light will be small and difficult to see, so
look slowly and carefully.
HOW TO USE RF ALARM MODE
1. Switch the power ON.
2. Draw out the antenna.
3. Push the ode Button until the RF Alarm ode light is on.
4. Adjust the Sensitivity Dial accordingly.*
5. Hold the detector close to any area you suspect has a
transmission device.
6. If there is a transmission device, the detection gauge will start
to light up and the alarm will begin to sound.
• If you are far away from a transmission device, the RF
Signal Low light will be lit and the alarm will be a slow
tick.
• As you get closer to a hidden spy device, the RF Signal
edium, High, and Strong lights will come on, and the
alarm will also increase in speed.
HOW TO USE RF VIBRATION MODE
1. Switch the power ON.
2. Draw out the antenna.
3. Push the ode Button until the RF Vibrate ode light is on.
4. Adjust the Sensitivity Dial accordingly.*
5. Hold the detector close to any area you suspect has a
transmission device.
6. If there is a transmission device, the detection gauge will start
to light up and the device will vibrate.
• If you are far away from a transmission device, the RF
Signal Low light will be lit.
• As you get closer to a transmission device, the RF
Signal edium, High, and Strong lights will come on.
*NOTICE: If you are in an area with little to no transmission de ices,
then high sensiti ity is suggested.
If you are in an area with many transmission de ices, proceed with
the following actions:
1. Mo e away from all possible transmission de ices —
usually by standing in the middle of a large room or going outside.
2. Adjust the sensiti ity down until all the indicators lights
are off or at least only the first indicator light is on.
3. Go back inside and start mo ing around the room you
suspect has a transmission de ice. As you get closer to the source, the
indicator lights will light up one by one.
Ultimately, you may ha e to adjust the sensiti ity as you go to find
the best le el for your en ironment.
HOW TO USE SILENT MODE
1. ove the ode Switch into Alarm ode.
2. Plug earphones into the device.
• When the alarm sounds, only you will be able to hear it
through your headphones.
