Rekommenderade Verktyg
Följande verktyg följer inte med modellen men rekommend-
eras för dess underhåll:
• Sax, små skruvmejslar, insexnycklar; 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5
mm, 3.0 mm, 4-vägs hylsnyckel (liten), 4-vägs hylsnyckel
(stor), avbitare och spetstång.
Säkerhet
• Vi rekommenderar att hela denna manual läses igenom
innan produkten används för första gången.
• Var noga med var du kör med din radiostyrda modell.
Undvik platser med mycket folk och trak då en modell i
full fart kan åsamka stora skador.
Modellen behöver kompletteras med följande:
• 8 st AA(R6) batterier till sändaren (ingår ej).
Ladda Batteriet
• Anslut laddaren till vägguttaget. Lysdioden lyser grönt.
• Anslut batteriet till laddaren. Lysdioden lyser rött.
• Laddningen startar automatiskt. Laddtiden för ett tomt
batteri är 4 timmar. Sedan måste laddaren kopplas loss
från både vägguttag och batteri.
Notera!
• Ladda aldrig batteriet mer än 4 timmar. Överladdning
genererar mycket värme och skadar batteriet.
• Lämna aldrig en pågående laddning utan tillsyn.
• Använd aldrig laddaren i närheten av vatten eller om den
är blöt/fuktig. Detta gäller även batteriet.

S60 Polestar STCC bilen i skala 1/10 är licencierad av Polestar/
Brandon och har bilen det Svenska Volvo Polestar Racing Team
kör som förebild. För att ge Dig en optimal upplevelse rekom-
menderar vi att Du läser igenom denna manual innan du drar
iväg på din första körning.

Sändaren
Installera Batterierna
Ta bort batteriluckan genom at skjuta den bakåt.
Installera 8 st AA(R6) batterier (ingår ej). Var noga med i vilken
riktning varje batteri installeras.
• OBS! Använd aldrig batterier av olika typer samtidigt och
blanda aldrig nya och gamla batterier.
Sändarens Funktioner
Förutom de uppenbara funktionerna, avtryckaren för att
reglera gas/broms/back och ratten för att styra höger och vän-
ster, så har sändaren ytterligare några strömbrytare, knappar
och rattar som är bra att känna till. Dessa sitter under locket
på ovansidan av sändaren.

1. Steering reverse switch – Byter rörelseriktning på styrser-
vot.
2. Throttle reverse switch – Byter rörelseriktning på gasser-
vot (endast bränslebilar).
3. Power LED – Lyser rött när sändaren är påslagen.
4. Signal LED – Lyser grönt när batterispänningen är god.
5. BIND button – Används vid bindning av sändare mot
mottagare.
6. Steering trim dial – Justerar neutralläget på styrservot
7. Throttle trim dial – Justerar neutralläget på fartreglage
eller trottelservo (bränslebilar).
8. Steering Dual Rate dial – Justerar styrutslaget i modellen.
9. Huvudströmbrytare
Binda Sändaren till Mottagaren
Normalt är mottagaren redan bunden (elektroniskt ihopkop-
plad) till sändaren men om du av någon anledning tappar
signalen eller byter mottagare så behöver du binda om
utrustningen.
• Koppla den medföljande BIND-kontakten (kontakt med
sladd-loop) till BIND / CH3 uttaget på mottagaren.
• Koppla in batteriet och slå på strömmen. Mottagarens
LED börjar blinka.
• Håll inne sändarens BIND-knapp (på panelen under
locket) och slå samtidigt på strömmen.
• Mottagarens LED slutar blinka inom några sekunder för
att indikera att bindningen är genomförd
• Ta bort BIND-kontakten från mottagaren och anläggnin-
gen är klar att använda igen.
Installera Batteriet
Placera batteriet på avsedd plats i modellen och lås det på
plats med hjälp av batterihållaren som du xerar med klips i
vardera änden.
Väl på plats kopplar du batteriets kontakt till fartreglaget.
Kontakten går bara att montera på ett sätt men notera att du
får rätt polaritet – röd mot röd och svart mot svart.
Slå på och av Strömmen
Slå alltid på strömmen i sändaren först och därefter i model-
len. Då säkerställer du att modellen aldrig är påslagen utan att
ha kontakt med sändaren. En strömsatt modell med avslagen
sändare kan köra iväg på egen hand utan kontroll.
Slå på strömmen
• Slå på strömmen i sändaren och ström- och signallamp-
orna tänds.
• Slå på strömmen i modellen. Fartreglaget är inställt på
fabrik och är klart att använda. Mottagarens LED ska lysa
med fast sken. Om lampan blinkar saknas det kontakt
mellan sändare och mottagare och en bindning behövs.
Slå av strömmen
• Slå av strömmen i modellen.
• Slå av strömmen i sändaren.
• Koppla loss batteriet från modellen.
Finjustera Inställningarna
Steering Trim
Om framhjulen inte pekar rakt fram med sändaren påslagen
sändarratten i neutralläge så justeras detta med ”Steering
trim” på sändaren. Små justeringar kan också krävas under
körning.
Om hjulen pekar rakt fram i rattens neutralläge behöver ingen
justering göras.

Om framhjulen pekar åt vänster i rattens neutralläge justeras
ST-TRIM medurs tills hjulen pekar rakt fram.
Om framhjulen pekar åt höger i rattens neutralläge justeras
ST-TRIM moturs tills hjulen pekar rakt fram.
Throttle Trim
Normalt justerar fartreglaget sig själv när du slår på model-
len men om det behövs så kan du justera neutralläget med
”Throttle trim” (TH-TRIM).
Steering Dual Rate
Detta är en mycket användbar funktion som ger dig möj-
ligheten att ställa in hur stora styrutslag du vill ha på din bil
där 0 är ingen styrning alls och 6 är full styrning. Observera
att det inte alltid är att föredra full styrning och vi rekommen-
derar nybörjare att ställa ned styrningen för att lättare kunna
kontrollera bilens framfart.
Justera Karossens Höjd
Karossens höjd justeras enkelt med hjälp av de justerbara
karosstolparna. Flytta det nedre klipset upp eller ned för att
erhålla den önskade höjden.
Körning
Läs gärna följande tips innan du kör med din modell för första
gången.
• Kör gärna modellen på en stor öppen yta de första
gångerna. Då hinner du få en känsla för hur bilen reagerar
på din ratt- och trottelinput.
• Kör aldrig på platser med mycket folk och trak då en
modell i full fart är svår att kontrollera och kan åsamka
stora skador.
• Undvik att köra i sand och vatten.
• Undvik att köra modellen i full fart tills du är bekväm med
att hantera bilen i lägre farter.
Underhåll efter Körning
• Regelbundet underhåll är mycket viktigt för att din mod-
ell ska fungera på bästa möjliga sätt vid varje körning.
• Rensa och städa bort all smuts från modellen. Speciellt
viktigt är det runt ädring, drivaxlar och styrning. Efter
rengöringen så kontrollera du att allt ser rätt ut. Leta
framförallt efter lösa delar och skruvar som behöver
åtgärdas.
• Kontrollera även att hjulen sitter på ordentligt och att de
snurrar utan onödigt motstånd.

Recommended Tools
These tools are not included with the product but are recom-
mended for use whilst working with this vehicle:
• Scissors, mini screwdrivers, hexagonal screwdrivers; 1.5,
2.0, 2.5 & 3.0 mm, 4-way cross wrench (small), 4-way cross
wrench (large), side cutters and needle nose pliers.
Safety Precautions
• We recommend that you read the entire manual before
the product is used for the rst time.
• Be careful where you run with your radio-controlled
model. Avoid places with lots of people and trac as a
model at full speed can cause great damage.
Items Required for Operation
• 8x AA Batteries for the Transmitter (not included).
Charging the Battery Pack
• Connect the charger to the wall socket (100-240VAC). The
LED turns green.
• Connect the battery to the charger. The LED turns red.
• The charger will automatically start to charge the battery.
• Charging time for an empty battery pack is about 4 hours.
Then the charger must be disconnected from the both
the wall socket and the battery.
Cautions!
• Do not charge the battery pack for more than 4 hours.
Overcharging generates excessive heat and will damage
the battery pack.
• Never leave an ongoing charge without any monitoring.
• Never use the charger near water or when wet. This goes
for the battery as well.

Congratulations to your purchase of a real radio controlled car!
This 1/10 scale Volvo S60 Polestar STCC car is licensed by Pole-
star/Brandon and is a replica of the car the full-scale Swedish
Volvo Polestar Racing Team is using. To prepare you for a good
R/C experience we recommend that you read through this
manual before you take it out on your rst race.
We wish You an Enjoyable Experience and lots of R/C Fun!

Transmitter
Insert the batteries
Remove the battery cover by sliding it rearwards.
Insert 8 AA batteries (not included). Please note the correct
direction/polarity of each battery.
• Note! Do not use batteries of dierent types and do not
mix old and new batteries.
Transmitter Functions
Besides the obvious trigger to control forward/brake/reverse
and steering wheel to turn left and right the transmitter have
some more switches, buttons and dials that are good to know.
These are located under the lid on the top of the transmitter.

1. Steering reverse switch - Changes direction of steering
servo.
2. Throttle reverse switch - Changes direction of Throttle
servo (gas car).
3. Power LED – Lights red when transmitter is turned on.
4. Signal LED – Lights green when voltage is good.
5. BIND button – Used when binding transmitter and re-
ceiver.
6. Steering trim dial – Adjusts neutral on steering servo.
7. Throttle trim dial – Adjusts neutral on speed control or
throttle servo (Gas models)
8. Steering Dual Rate dial – Adjusts the amount of steering
in the model.
9. Power switch.
Binding the Transmitter and Reciever
Normally the binding procedure is done at the factory but if
you for some reason loose signal or change to a new receiver
you have to re-bind the equipment.
• Insert the supplied binding loop into channel BIND / CH3
of the receiver.
• Connect the battery and turn on the power of the re-
ceiver. The receiver LED will start ashing.
• Press and hold the transmitter BIND-button (located on
the panel) and at the same time switch on the power.
• If the binding is successful the LED on the receiver should
become solid in a couple of seconds.
• Take out the Binding loop from the receiver and you are
good to go.
Installing the Battery Pack
You need to insert the battery pack in the open section for the
battery. Use the strap provided to place on top of the battery
and then use the 2 retaining clips to secure the battery.
Once fastened and secured please connect the battery plug
into the speed controller plug noting correct polarity. Red to
red, black to black.
Turn the Power On and Off
Always turn on the transmitter rst and then turn on the
power in the model and always turn o the model rst before
you turn o the transmitter. In this way you secures that the
model never has power without being connected to its trans-
mitter. A model with the power on without connection to the
transmitter could drive away on its own without control.
Turning the power on
• Turn on the transmitter Power switch and the LED power
and battery indicator will light up.
• Turn on the power switch in the model. The speed con-
troller is factory set and will be ready to use. The LED on
the receiver will turn solid. If the LED ashes you have no
connection and have to do the binding process.
Turning the power o
• Turn o the model Power switch.
• Turn o the transmitter Power switch.
• Disconnect the battery connector from the model.
Trim Setup
Steering Trim
If the front tires are not pointing straight forward with the
transmitter on and the steering wheel in neutral, adjust the
steering trim. If needed, make ne adjustments with the
steering trim whilst driving the vehicle.
If the front tires are straight no adjustement is needed.

If the front wheels are pointed to the left when the steering
wheel is at neutral then turn the ST-TRIM nob clockwise until
they point straight forward.
If the front wheels are pointed to the right when the steering
wheel is at neutral then turn the ST-TRIM nob counter-clock-
wise until they point straight forward.
Throttle Trim
Normally the speed controller is setting itself up when power
is turned on but if needed you can adjust its neutral with
Throttle trim.
Steering Dual Rate
This is a very nice setup function which allows you to set the
amount of steering in your model where 0 is no steering at all
and 6 is full steering. Note that it isn´t always full steering that
is the best setup. For beginners we recommend that the steer-
ing is turned down for easier driving.
Adjusting the Height of the Bodyshell
The height/stance of the bodyshell can easily be altered with
the adjustable body posts. Move the lower clip to the prefered
height you want to set the bodyshell at.
Driving
Please read the following before you drive your car for the rst
time.
• Drive the vehicle in a very large space in the beginning.
At least until you get the feel of driving the product
• Avoid places with lots of people and trac as a model at
full speed can cause great damage.
• Do not run in water or sand.
• Keep practicing until you feel comfortable with the steer-
ing, throttle and brake at low speeds.
Maintenance after Driving
• Proper maintenance is very important. Make sure to
always perform appropriate maintenance after driving so
that you can enjoy driving without problems next time.
• Completely remove all dirt and debris from the vehicle,
especially in the suspension, drive shafts and steering
parts. Inspect each part and screw for loosening, missing
or damages.
• You should always make sure your wheels are tight and
parts move freely after and before use.
