Put the rubber rings on the aluminum pipe (pivot)
※ The distance from the bottom can affect the performance
of generator.

Insert the pipe thru the hole in the center of lower plate
till the rings.

Fix the wings to upper plate
(component #4).
※
Be careful not to fix the wings
with wrong side, refer to <Fig. 1-a>
to see the difference between
upper plate and lower plate.

Fix the magnets to lower plate.

Assemble the upper plate to the pivot (aluminum pipe,
component #10)

Assemble the upper plate and lower plate to make a
rotating body.
※ Fix the wings firmly one by one not to fall out from the plate.

Put a ring on the top of the pivot.

Set the coil windings to the base body of Mini-Turbine.
8.1. Connect the coil(A, left) to the terminal hole.

8.2 Connect the coil(B, right) to the terminal holes on the
base body.
8.3 Place the coils to the prepared place in the base body.
8.4 Put the iron ball in the hole for pivot in the center
of the body.
※ Be careful not to miss the ball.

Mount the rotating body of Mini-Turbine on the
base body.

Joint two aluminum pipes (pillars,
7mm diameter, component #9).

Joint the complex of the roof and
the pillars to the base body.
※ Slap slightly the top of the roof
to fix well.

brightness of LED, while you are blowing.
