From 1929 to the early 1950‘s, two lenses meant
serious photography and Rollei were at the
forefront of twin-lens cameras. Tradition in optics
and precision mechanics are common to both the
Rolleiflex and Minox.With the new edition Digital
Classic Camera Rolleiflex, Minox, the miniature
camera specialists from Wetzlar, Germany have
revised a legend.
Featuring fine body detail in either classic black
or a special ‚Italian red‘, these cameras are highly
attractive additions to the digital camera market.
Tucked into the tiny DCC Rolleiflex body is an
autofocus lens and a 1.1“ monitor screen in the
waist-level viewfinder which make the camera
easy to use while achieving up to 5 megapixel
resolution.
With this fully functioning high precision replica
of the world famous Rolleiflex 6x6 camera (scale
1:2) Minox has put on the market yet another
exclusive design with the technical ability to make
it a perfect ‚pocket‘ camera. Many of the functions
of the camera reproduced to scale create that
true retro Rolleiflex feeling when taking photos.
Its also unique, no other camera maker has a
camera taking images this way because just like
the original Rolleiflex this camera produces square
format digital photos. The explicit detail – to scale
– make the new MINOX DCC Rolleiflex a highly
sought after product for both users and collectors.

in particular will appreciate the digitalization of
one of the most famous names in the history of
film photography. View the subject on the LCD
screen in the waist level finder and shoot.That‘s it,
the miniSD card takes care of the rest. For the next
shot the camera is manually prepared by turning
the famous metal hand crank and when done the
the camera is ready to shoot again.The autofocus
takes care of focussing and allows close-up shots
down to a highly impressive 10cm. The 256 MB
MiniSD card can store up to 250 images at the
highest resolution. If you need more, the camera
can take MiniSD cards up to 4 GB.
Weighing in at just 100 grams the sturdy metal
body shows all the style and detail you would
