for easier searching, you can easily find any item you want.
For further information, see ‘Guidelines to using the Manual’.

run it.

1. Do not operate the system with the interlock switch and the door
sensor released.

1. The system should be installed only by Mirae staffs.

2. Firmly connect the power connector.

3. Check the safety related I/O.
(See the I/O check procedure in the Operation Manual.) Physical

4. Make sure to grounding the system.

5. The system should be only operated by persons who have
completed the Mirae training session.

6. Do not connect or disconnect connectors as long as the unit is
plugged in.

7. Make sure of the fan ventilator is not closed or.
Fire or malfunction could be caused by overheating.
8. Do not put unauthorized parts.

9. Do not put anything into the system while the system is running.

10. Make sure to check safety of the workers on the opposite side
when running the system.

11. Do not touch internal charging units. Electric shock could
result.
12. Do not attempt electric check or maintenance when MCCB
(Molded Case Circuit Breaker) is ON.

13. Maintenance should be done by authorized persons who have
completed the training session.

14. Check wiring errors or connector defects after repairing.

2. Installation of the system should be placing on a stable ground. Severe
noise could be created and an accident may occur if the ground
cracks.
3. Arrange the wires after installation.
Fire or malfunction could be caused by damaged cables.
4. Once installation is completed, remove unnecessary tools around the
system.

5. Do not step on the system.
Physical injury could be caused by falling into the system.
6. Do not impact against the monitor.
Physical injury could be caused by breakage.
7. Remove magnetic objects near the magnet stator (X, Y driving units).
Malfunction could result.
8. Remove any unnecessary objects inside the system before operating.
Electric shock or malfunction could result.
9. Do not place objects around the emergency stop buttons.
The emergency button may not be pressed in an emergency.

10. Do not drop the feeder while operating the machine.
