INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing a quality product MM. Several years of experience led us to the creation of a
multifunction machine for the ecological steam weeding and the hot water high pressure cleaning.
Every machine is carefully tested and inspected before leaving our factory to assure you the right operation.
Buying this machine you did an important investment that will reward you if you use it accurately.
Similarly to the others mechanical equipments even this product requires a proper installation as well as a
proper use and maintenance, as indicated in this manual
We suggest to carefully read all the manual before starting with the installation and the use of your
machine paying attention to the security instructions. Verify that the machine, its accessories and the
packaging are not damaged or that there aren’t missing parts. It is necessary to immediately communicate to
the courier or to MM company any complaint regarding missing parts or damages.

INTENDED USE
Before starting the machine, it is necessary to know how to quickly stop it and understand the correct use of
all the commands and to know the security instructions.
Don’t allow someone to use the machine before having carefully read the instructions.
This machine has to be use only by trained people that are also aware of the security rules.
Use the machine just to remove the weed (steam weeding version) or to the high pressure washing
(high pressure washing function) or as a sprayer
The water in the tank is sucked and sent under pressure by a pump driven by a gasoline generator and sent
to a boiler or burner powered by car diesel fuel that warms the water to the desired temperature: steam at
120-140 °C for weeding mode, water at 80 °C maximum for the washing mode. The action on the two
lances operates the burner warming the water up at the chosen temperature. When the burner is off the
water goes out at the outside temperature.
Don’t use the machine with flammable liquids, corrosive acids or any other product that doesn’t refer
to the treatment, use only clean water.
These instructions are integral parts of the machine and they have to be delivered with the machine
when it is sold or rented.

CONTROL, PROTECTION AND SAFETY DEVICES
A) FLOW METER
It starts and stops the burner during the opening and closing of the lance or the boom in order to avoid the
overheating and to have a more constant temperature
The flashing light (10) indicates an insufficient flow of water in the circuit when the steam
outputs are open
B) WATER SUPPLY FILTER
Preserve the system from impurities like sand or rust.
C) FUEL FILTER
(On the suction filter). Preserve the fuel pump from fuel tank impurities.
(In the pump). Preserve the fuel pump from the impurities that could come from the first filter.
D) FLOATING DIESEL FUEL
The diesel fuel float is placed in the diesel fuel tank. The electric floating placed in the diesel fuel
tank turns off the burner before the tank is empty. This allows not to damage the diesel fuelpump.
E) WATER FLOAT
The electric float placed inside the water tank stops the machine when inside the tank remains the 10%
of water
So, the operator has the time to start again the machine (stopping cycle switch) to cool the water circuit
(about 7 min). When this cycle is finished the machine completely stops. It will be necessary to fill
again the tank to start working again.
Do a new starting procedure.
F) THERMOSTAT / THERMOMETER
The thermostat allows to adjust the temperature between 40°C and 140°C Max.
It isn’t possible to overcome these temperatures.
G) SAFETY VALVE
Placed at the bottom outlet of the boiler protect the system against an excessive pressure caused
by an improper use of the pressure regulator. It protects the system against the overheating
caused by an improper use of the thermostat. However, the maximum temperature is of 140 °C
H) FUSES
Inside the control panel. Protect the electric controls from the short circuits.
I) OIL ALARM
On the panel of the generator. Turn off the engine il the level of the oil is too low.
When some parts of the machine are replaced always use original spare parts produced by the
manufacturer of the machine.

4) Star the burner through its switch (pos. 1). For the use with cold water (washing or irrigation) the
burner has to stay off.
Use only car diesel fuel. Don’t use gasoline or any other product containing fuel oil, solvents or water.
Pay attention not to invert the two fuels (gasoline for the generator, diesel for the burner).

20
Follow one of the two procedures shows below to do the weeding or the washing:
WEEDING MODE PROCEDURE
To obtain the best weeding results you have to work with one or two weeding shields at the same
time (one for each lance) or with a 40 cm boom on only one lance. The use with a weeding shield on
a lance and the boom on the other lance doesn’t allow to reach the maximum temperature of work.
1. Connect the accessory desired (weeding shield or 4 nozzles boom) to the lance with the quick connector
Always check the nozzles are clean and not clogged.
Caution: hot parts. Danger of burn.
2. Adjust the pressure gauge to 20 bar with the pressure regulator’s knob.
Caution: it is dangerous to work at a pressure of more than 20 bar if the temperature of the
boiler exceeds 80 °C. Risk of damaging of the boiler.
3. To adjust the working temperature desired push and release the button on the thermostat
(pos. 5)
The red display shows "Set 1"
use the key to increase the temperature (always 140°C MAX).
use the key to reduce the temperature (always 40° C MIN).
After 10 seconds the new value will be stored in the green display
The red display will show the current value.
The temperature suggested for a good weeding result is 120-140° C.
4. To increase the water temperature till 140° C let it circulate by pushing the lever gun:
- of the 2 lances if they works at the same time
- of one lance if only one person works.
5. Check the temperature in the red display of the thermostat (Pos. 5).
When the water temperature shown on the thermostat (pos. 5) exceeds 120° C you can start the
weeding treatment.
TO REDUCE THE CONSUMPTION OF FUELS YOU CAN WORK AT A TEMPERATURE OF120°C AND
THE GENERATOR IN ECONOMIC MODE AUTO P-SAVE
Avoid to pass on the grass you don’t want to remove with water warmer than 70° C.
NOTE:
The burner automatically stops warming when the lever of the gun is released or when the temperature
reaches about 140°C (temperature alarm on) and it starts again operating when the lever is push again or
when the temperature drops below 130°C
