Note, the device you have purchased is not a final product intended to and
ready to work as a household or office appliance. The system builder company
will assemble appropriate devices and components inside a case and configure
the computer before sale. Depending on given configuration of components
installed in a case, appropriate user manual will be attached.
1. Disassembly of case cover.
Remove securing screws then slide the right cover ca. 2,5 cm backwards
and raise upwards. Disassemble left cover in the same way.
2. Installing the fan.
Fix the fan in its place using the screws provided. After installing the
Motherboard, connect fan electrical wires to a socket on the Motherboard,
according to its installation manual.

3. Assembling / Disassembling front panel.
Depends on model You own :
•Harry Midi, Feel 307, Fresh, Step 107, Step 107 LCD, Step 207, I-Zone
Plus, Digital, Ex-2:
Disassembly both sides covers then remove front panel by squeezing &
pushing towards (outside of the case) panel mounting pins.
•Feel 109, Rainbow, Prism, Enjoy, Winner, Nice II, Magic II, Feel V,
Prostation, Impact, Prime II, Feeling:
Disassembly both side covers then remove front panel by pulling gently
four latches sideward.
•Platinum, Fine I, Fine II
Disassembly both side covers then remove front panel by unscrewing it.
4. . Installing internal devices: FDD, HDD, CD-ROM, DVD,
CD-RW, etc.
Caution : When installing devices follow their manufacturer’s instruction
attached.
Installing 3,5 ” HDD and FDD drives:
A. Insert drive into its place in 2,5 “ or 3,5’’ bay and position it in the right
place.
B. Secure it with the screws provided.
Installing 5,25” CD ROM, DVD or FDD drives:
Caution : To remove 5,25’’ blinds, removing front panel is needed
first.

5. Installing the Motherboard.
Caution: When installing, follow the attached manufacturer’s instructions.
•Lay the case on its side, providing an access to the Motherboard
compartment.
•Secure the Motherboard using the screws provided and connect all
cables, according to Motherboard’s installation manual.
Special plastic posts are intended to secure the Motherboard to the
standardized openings and they are the only components to secure it. Special
kind of plastic absorbs vibrations of Motherboard caused by devices mounted
inside, and minimizes transmission of external shocks (e.g. during transport).
It also provides electrostatic isolation.

6. Connecting USB & audio outlets
Caution: When installing USB & Audio outlets follow the motherboard
and Sound Card manufacturer’s instructions.
Connect USB wires to appropriate pins on the Motherboard, according to USB
wires layout attached to USB harness and the Motherboard installation manual.
Guide USB wires outside the case through the rear slot blind. Connect Audio
wires to Mic and Phones outlets in the Sound Card.
USB 1.1 wires layout:
red : (Supply, Vcc 5V)
white : (USB D-)
green : (USB D+)
black : (Ground)
USB 2.0 wires layout:
white & yellow : (USB D-)
greek & blue : (USB D+)
black & orange : (USB V+)
black & brown : (Ground)

7. Connecting LCD Display ( f.e. Step 107 LCD)
Caution: When installing LCD Display outlets follow the motherboard instructions.
Connect LCD Display wires to appropriate pins on the Motherboard, according to LCD
Display wires layout attached to LCD Display harness and the Motherboard installation
manual.
8. Assembly / disassembly of Power Supply.
Insert Power Supply into its bay and secure it with the screws provided.

9. Assembly of side covers.
Assembly side covers using their inner side rulers, then slide them forward.
Secure side covers with screws.
10. Working conditions.
•Working temperature: from 10° C until 50° C,
•Storage temperature: from –40° C until 60° C,
•During assembling components inside case, power should be
disconnected by pulling out the electrical plug from the power socket.
•The device should be protected against shocks and mechanical damages.
•The Power Supply mounted in the case is a 1st class device intended to
work in power networks with internal grounding installation (the socket
must be equipped with grounding bolt),
•Laminates used in devices mounted inside a case must be conformed to
the requirements of flammability class V1 or higher.
WARNING !!!
The device should be located close to easy accessible electrical
outlet. The device is fully disconnected from mains only by removing
the plug from electrical socket. The voltage selection switch located
at the rear side of Power Supply must be set according to the voltage
of electrical network (in Europe: 230V).
