B. BENEFITS USING VACUUM BLENDER
Traditional blenders allow a lot of air to mix in with the ingredients during blending, so that food
can become oxidized. On the other hand, the vacuum blenders can retard the oxidization by
controlling the incipient oxidization through vacuuming before blending. In addition, this blender
can maintain the freshness of previously processed/blended food that has been vacuum stored
and retarded its oxidization by using its vacuum storage function. However, such foods stored in a
refrigerator should be consumed at the earliest possible opportunity because vacuum storage
itself does not inhibit the growth of bacteria.
