Getting Ready for Use
1. Downloading the MOES App
The MOES App offers enhanced compatibility compared to the
Tuya Smart/Smart Life App. It functions seamlessly with Siri for
scene control, provides widgets, and offers scene
recommendations as part of its brand-new, customized service.
(Please note: While the Tuya Smart/Smart Life App still works, we
highly recommend using the MOES App.)

2. Register or Log In
Download the "MOES" application and
proceed to the Register/Login interface. If
you're a new user, tap "Register" to create
an account by entering your phone number
to receive a verification code and setting a
password. If you already have a MOES
account, simply choose "Log in" to access
your account.

1. Make sure the device is within the effective signal range of your ZigBee gateway for

2. Ensure your MOES Smart APP is successfully connected to a Zigbee gateway.
3. Reset the device: Press the reset button for more than 5 seconds until the indicator
flashes, then follow the App instructions to add the device.

4. Access the gateway. Follow the steps below: "Add subdevice →LED blinks, and the
connection will take approximately 10 - 120 seconds to complete, depending on your
network conditions."

5. Once the device is successfully added, you can edit its name on the device page by
clicking "Done."

6. Click "Done" to enter the device page and start enjoying your smart home automation
experience.

Instructions for Applying Double-sided Adhesive
a. Ensure the surface to be adhered is clean and smooth, free from rust, oil, or dust.
b. To achieve optimal adhesion, apply sufficient pressure to ensure full contact between
the adhesive and the surface being bonded.
c. VHB double-sided tape exhibits initial adhesion, but it reaches its maximum strength
after 72 hours. Avoid any structural operations during this period.
d. The application temperature should not be lower than 10 °C. If the temperature is too
low, the initial adhesion may significantly decrease, leading to a longer curing time.
Consider heat-treating the bonding surface before applying the tape.

Installation Guidelines
This product is designed for indoor use only; outdoor installation is not permitted.
Avoid installation near areas with strong air convection, such as fan outlets, windows,
or air conditioner vents, as these can cause false alarms due to disruptions in hot air
flow and human movement. If possible, use curtains to minimize disturbances.
Do not install the product near heat sources such as direct sunlight, heaters, or stoves.
Ensure there are no obstructions like screens, furniture, or large bonsai within the
detection range of the device.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Why isn't the device connecting to the APP?
A1: Ensure compatibility with MOES/TUYA ZigBee gateway.
A2: Check router connection and Wi-Fi signal strength of the gateway;
reconnect if necessary.
A3: Verify the device's proximity to the gateway and other ZigBee devices for
mesh networking. Maintain recommended moderate distance (less than 5 m).
A4: Confirm the device is in network distribution mode.
2. Why is the light unresponsive after installation when I press the switch
button?
A1: Cut off power supply and review wiring according to the manual.
3. Can Zigbee devices interact locally if the Zigbee gateway is not connected to
the Internet?
A1: Yes, if scenarios are pre-set and local linkage is prompted in the App,
ZigBee devices can interact locally when triggered, even without an external
network connection.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for
which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or
failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning
by inappropriate means, etc.).
Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries,
etc.).
Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic
discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate
polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.

Příprava na použití
1. Stažení aplikace MOES
Aplikace MOES nabízí lepší kompatibilitu než aplikace Tuya
Smart/Smart Life. Bezproblémově spolupracuje se Siri pro ovládání
scén, poskytuje widgety a nabízí doporučení scén jako součást
zcela nové, na míru přizpůsobené služby. (Upozornění: Aplikace
Tuya Smart/Smart Life sice stále funguje, ale důrazně
doporučujeme používat aplikaci MOES.)

2. Zaregistrujte se nebo se
přihlaste
Stáhněte si aplikaci "MOES" a přejděte do
rozhraní Registrace/Přihlášení. Jste-li nový
uživatel, klepněte na "Register"
(Registrovat) a vytvořte si účet zadáním
telefonního čísla, na které obdržíte
ověřovací kód, a nastavením hesla. Pokud
již účet MOES máte, jednoduše zvolte "Log
in" (Přihlásit se) pro přístup ke svému účtu.
Specifikace produktu
1. Ujistěte se, že je zařízení v dosahu signálu vaší brány ZigBee, aby bylo připojení přes
aplikaci MOES úspěšné. Pokyny pro výměnu/instalaci baterie:

2. Zkontrolujte, zda je aplikace MOES Smart APP úspěšně připojena k bráně Zigbee.
3. Resetování zařízení: Stiskněte tlačítko resetování na dobu delší než 5 sekund, dokud
indikátor nezačne blikat, a poté podle pokynů aplikace přidejte zařízení.
