IoT Fan Heater (IW5S)
This is a smart heater with a relatively small size design, suitable for home
or office use.
Introduction Quick Start Guide
1. Download ‘MOMAX Smart’ APP
Download “MOMAX Smart” from iOS App Store, Android Google
Play Store or other platforms. Then, enable the Bluetooth function on
your phone.
2. Register
Register an account and log in using your mobile number or email
address.
3. Wireless Pairing
Click “+”, then tap “MOMAX Smart Heater” to add device.
Please turn on the power switch on the back of the machine, then
press the power button to turn on the machine. Hold the Timer button
until the Wi-Fi indicator light is fast blinking. Tap “Confirm indicator
rapidly blink”. Then, tap ‘Next’ to proceed.
 •This product cannot be paired directly through the Bluetooth list of the mobile
phone.
 •Thepairingprocessmaytake2minutes,pleasedonotperformotheroperation.
4. Successfully connected
Once the connection is completed, you can edit the name of the
Heater.

Power
•InStandbymode,pressthepowerbuttononceto
enter the natural wind mode (no indicator light).
Press again to enter warm air mode (warm air
indicator light on). Press again to enter the hot air
mode (hot air indicator light on). Then press it again
to Re-enter the natural wind mode cycle.
•Whentheheaterisoperating,holdthepower
button to turn off the machine and enter Standby
mode.
Auto-off

•Whentheheaterisoperating,pressthetimer
buttontosetthetimerfor1hr,2hr,4hrand8hr
respectively.
•Theindicatorlightonthepanelwillshowthe
remainingtimeofthetimer.Ifan8hrtimerwas
set, while the device has operated for 4 hours, the
4H indicator light will turn on, showing that the
remaining time of the timer is within 4 hours.
•Longpressthetimerbuttonfor5secondstoenter
Pairing mode.
Oscillation
•Whentheheaterisoperating,tabthebuttonand
the fan will start to oscillate. Tab the button again to
stop oscillation.
Safety Lock
•Whentheheaterisoperating,holdthebuttonfor3
seconds to turn on safety lock. When the safety lock
is on, other buttons will not work. Hold the button for
3 seconds again to unlock.

MaintenanceSafety Features
Tip-over protection:
•Tip-overprotectionfeaturewill cutothepowerandturnothePTC
when the heater falls over in any direction. A notification sound will turn
on for 1 min, until the heater put back to a normal direction.
Thermal overload protection:
•Whenturningofftheheaterwiththepowerbuttonafterusingwarmair
mode or hot air mode, the PTC heating component will be turned off
first, while the fan will continue operate for 1 more minute to allow the
PTC component to dissipate. If warm air mode or hot air mode have not
been turned on during the operation, the fan will be turned off together
with the PTC component.
Shut down protection:
•Whentheheaterhas beenturned oncontinuouslyfor24hours,it will
automatically shut down and enter the standby mode..
Ensure the machine is unplugged before maintenance.
Cleaning:
1. Turn off and unplug the machine. Wait for the heating component to
cool down.
2.Cleanthedustordebrisoftheairinlet/outlet.Usealightlymoistened
soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean the surface of the unit.
3. Take the dustproof filter out from the back and clean it.
Warning: When wiping the air outlet, prevent water to get inside the machine.
Storage:
1. After cleaning the machine and drying it completely, put on a dust
cover/bag and place it in awell-ventilatedplace that isnotexposed
directly to sunlight.
2.Ifnotusingitforalongperiodoftime,pleaseoperatetheheaterfora
few minutes from time to time.

Points for attention
Before using, please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future
reference.
1. To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
2. Do not block the air inlet and outlet, keep a distance of more than
30cmfromthewallorobstacles.
3. Clean the filter regularly to avoid insufficient air intake to overheat
the internal temperature.
4. Donotletwaterorotherliquidsorflammablecleaningagentsenter
the product to avoid electric shock or fire.
5. Do not spray insecticide, perfume or other flammable sprays around
the product.
6. Before connecting the product to the power supply, please check
whether the voltage marked on the bottom of the product matches
the local voltage.
7. Please check whether the power cord and plug are broken or
damaged before use. If the power cord is damaged, it must be
replacedbythemanufactureroritsserviceagentasimilarlyqualied
person in order to avoid danger.
8. Do not use this product on an unstable or inclined place to avoid
accidents such as injury or firer caused by product dumping. It must
be placed and used on a stable, flat and level surface.
9. Theproductisforbiddentobesprayedwithwaterorliquidtoavoid
dangers such as short circuit and electric shock.
10. Do not use this product in high temperature, humidity or volatile
places.
11. Do not use this product around the bathtub or swimming pool.
12. Do not place flammable or explosive materials around the product. It
is forbidden to use in dusty places to avoid accidents.
13. Do not place the product under the air conditioner.
14. Do not insert fingers or objects into the air outlet or inlet to prevent
physical damage or malfunction of the product.

Warranty Conditions
15. This product is strictly prohibited to be used in a flammable and
explosive environment. The environment for using this product
shouldnotbeover30°C,andthereshouldbeatleast1meteraway
from combustibles to prevent fire.
16. The fire protection cover of this heater is used to prevent direct
contact with heating elements. When the heater is working, the fire
protection cover must be installed in place.
17. When using the product, do not touch the metal cover of the air
outlet or put your hands close to the air outlet to avoid burns.
18. Before cleaning the product or performing other maintenance, be
sure to unplug the product.
19. If you need to move the product, please disconnect the power supply
of the product first, and do not move the product by pulling the
power cord.

快速入門指南
1. 下載“MOMAX Smart”應用程式
在iOS或Android或任何平台上下載“MOMAX Smart”應用程式。

觸碰鍵 功能
開關鍵
•在待機狀態下，按一次開關鍵進入自然風模式 (無
指示燈)，再按一次進入暖風模式 (暖風指示燈亮)，
再按一次進入熱風模式 (熱風指示燈亮)，之後再按
則會重新進入自然風模式循環。
•在開機狀態下，長按開關鍵關機進入待機狀態。
定時鍵
•在開機狀態下，按下定時鍵可以設置定時時間分別
為1H, 2H, 4H, 8H。
•定時剩餘時間會通過控制面板上的指示燈顯示。如
按下8H，當產品運行了4H，指示燈會自動跳到4H
處，繼續運行2H，就會自動跳到2H，如此類推。
•長按定時鍵約5秒，進入配網模式。
擺動鍵
•在開機狀態下，按此鍵左右擺動80度。再按一次停
止擺動模式。
安全鎖
•在開機狀態下，長按此鍵3秒進入安全鎖狀態，
此時其他鍵會不起作用。再長按3秒取消安全鎖
狀態。

保護功能 清潔保養
傾倒保護
• 當機器發生傾倒時斷電保護，關閉PTC。設備會連續發出聲響1分鐘，直到復
位後進入待機狀態。
過溫保護
• 在開啟暖風或熱風模式後長按開關鍵關機時，會先關閉PTC發熱組件，風機
會延時一分鐘後關閉，以便PTC發熱組件散熱。如在開機時只開啟自然風後
關閉，風機則不會延時關閉。
關機保護
• 當機器連續運行24小時，會自動關機進入待機狀態。
保養前，請確保拔除電源插頭。
清潔
1. 關機並拔下電源插頭，待發熱器冷卻 。
2. 清潔進/出風口，使用蘸有中性清潔劑的微濕布擦拭暖風機的外殼 。
3. 拆下機器背部的隔塵網清洗 。
注意：擦拭出風口時，不能有水滴落進入機器內部。
存放
1. 清潔機器並完全晾乾後，套上防塵罩/袋，並放置在不被陽光直射且通風良好
的地方 。
2. 如長時間不使用，應不定時進行通電運轉幾分鐘。
