Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Benutzer ohne
besondere Fachkenntnisse. Bitte lesen Sie die
Anleitung vor dem Betrieb gründlich durch und
heben Sie sie für ein späteres Nachlesen auf.
Auf der ausklappbaren Seite3 finden Sie alle
beschriebenen Bedienelemente und Anschlüsse.
1 Übersicht

2 Sicherheitshinweise
Das Gerät (einschließlich Netzgerät und Fernbe-
dienung) entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien
der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.
WARNUNG Das Netzgerät wird mit lebens -
gefährlicher Netzspannung
versorgt. Nehmen Sie des-
halb niemals selbst Eingriffe
am Netzgerät vor! Es besteht
die Gefahr eines elektrischen
Schlags.
•
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur im Innenbereich.
Schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser
und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Der zulässige
Einsatztemperaturbereich beträgt 0– 40°C.
•
Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Ge-
fäße, z.B. Trinkgläser, auf das Gerät.
•
Trennen Sie sofort das Netzgerät von der
Steckdose,
1. wenn sichtbare Schäden am Verstärker, am
Netzgerät oder am Netzkabel vorhanden
sind,
2. wenn nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem
der Verdacht auf einen Defekt besteht,

3. wenn Funktionsstörungen auftreten.
Geben Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall zur Repa-
ratur in eine Fachwerkstatt.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel
aus der Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Ste-
ckeran.
•
Verwenden Sie zum Säubern nur ein tro-
ckenes, weiches Tuch, niemals Wasser oder
Chemikalien.
•
Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, nicht rich-
tig angeschlossen, falsch bedient oder nicht
fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung für
daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personen-
schäden und keine Garantie für das Gerät
übernommen werden.
Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem
Betrieb genommen werden, entsor-
gen Sie es gemäß den örtlichen Vor-
schriften.
3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Der Mini-Stereo-Verstärker SA-160BT mit IR-
Fernbedienung ist universell einsetzbar, z.B. im
Heimbereich. Er lässt sich wahlweise auf Wie-
dergabe einer angeschlossenen Tonquelle mit
Line-Signalpegel (z.B. CD- oder DVD-Player, PC)
schalten oder auf Wiedergabe einer Bluetooth-
Quelle (z.B. Smartphone, Tablet-PC, Notebook).
Die Bluetooth-Verbindung kann unkompliziert
über NFC („Near Field Communication“) aufge-
baut werden, sofern die Bluetooth-Quelle diese
Technologie unterstützt.
3.1 Konformität und Zulassung
Hiermit erklärt MONACOR INTERNATIONAL, dass
das Gerät SA-160BT der Richtlinie 2014/53/EU
entspricht. Die EU-Konformitätserklärung ist im
Internet verfügbar:
www.monacor.de
Das Gerät ist für den Betrieb in den EU- und
EFTA-Staaten allgemein zugelassen und an-
melde- und gebührenfrei.
4 Aufstellung/Anschluss
Den Verstärker auf eine ebene, feste Fläche stel-
len und die Antenne (7) senkrecht ausrichten.
Alle Anschlüsse nur bei ausgeschaltetem Ver-
stärker vornehmen oder trennen.
1) Für eine Tonquelle mit Line-Signalpegel (z.B.
CD- oder DVD-Player, Tuner, Mischpult, PC)
den Stereo-Eingang LINE IN (8) verwenden.
Der Anschluss erfolgt über Cinch-Buchsen
(L= linker Kanal, R = rechter Kanal).
2) Soll das Audiosignal an ein nachfolgendes
Gerät mit Line-Eingang (z.B. aktiver Subwoo-
fer, Recorder) weitergeleitet werden, dieses
an die 3,5-mm-Stereo-Klinkenbuchse LINE
OUT (9) anschließen.
3) Die beiden Lautsprecher (Mindestimpedanz
8Ω) an die Lautsprecher-Terminals (10) an-
schließen: L = linker Kanal, R = rechter Kanal;
die Polarität +/−beachten. Der Anschluss
kann über die Schraubklemmen oder die Ba-
nanenbuchsen der Terminals erfolgen.
Sollen mehrere Lautsprecher an einem
Kanal zusammengeschaltet werden, darf die
Lautsprecher-Gesamtimpedanz 8 Ω pro Kanal
nicht unterschreiten, anderenfalls kann der
Verstärker beschädigt werden. Wenn Sie sich
mit dem Zusammenschalten von Lautspre-
chern nicht auskennen, wenden Sie sich an
eine Fachkraft.
4) Zur Stromversorgung das beiliegende Netz-
gerät an die Kleinspannungsbuchse „24V
⎓
“
(11) anschließen und über das Netzkabel
mit einer Netzsteckdose (230V/50Hz) ver-
binden.
5 Fernbedienung
Die Fernbedienung wird mit einer Batterie be-
trieben. Ist bei Auslieferung bereits eine Batterie
eingesetzt, die Isolierfolie (zum Schutz vor Ent-
ladung) aus dem Batteriehalter herausziehen.
Dann ist die Fernbedienung funktionsbereit.
Beim Drücken einer Taste die Fernbedienung
immer auf den IR-Sensor (4) richten. Dabei muss
Sichtverbindung zwischen Sensor und Fernbe-
dienung bestehen.
Bei längerem Nichtgebrauch die Batterie si-
cherheitshalber herausnehmen, damit die Fern-
bedienung bei einem eventuellen Auslaufen der
Batterie nicht beschädigt wird.

5.1 Batterie einsetzen/wechseln
1) Die Verriegelung des Batteriehalters nach
rechts drücken (1. Pfeil in Abb. 5) und den
Halter gleichzeitig herausziehen (2. Pfeil).

2) Bei einem Batteriewechsel die verbrauchte
Batterie entfernen.
3) Eine neue Batterie (3-V-Knopfzelle vom Typ
CR2025) mit dem Pluspol nach oben in den
Halter legen. Den Halter zurück in die Fern-
bedienung schieben.
Batterien dürfen nicht im Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Geben Sie sie gemäß
den örtlichen Vorschriften in den Son-
dermüll.
6 Bedienung
1) Zum Einschalten des Verstärkers den Schal-
ter POWER (12) betätigen. Die LED POWER (1)
leuchtet blau. Der Betriebsmodus wird durch
die jeweilige grün leuchtende LED angezeigt:
– LED LINE IN (2) leuchtet: Die Tonquelle am
Eingang LINE IN (8) ist gewählt.
– LED BLUETOOTH (3) leuchtet: Der Blue-
tooth-Modus ist gewählt. Informationen
zum Betrieb mit einer Bluetooth-Quelle
finden Sie in Kap. 6.1.
Zum Umschalten zwischen den Betriebs-
modi den Bedienknopf (5) am Verstärker
drücken oder die jeweilige Taste auf der Fern-
bedienung (Taste AUX = Quelle am Line-Ein-
gang, Taste = Bluetooth-Modus).
2) Zum Einstellen der Lautstärke den Bedien-
knopf (5) am Verstärker drehen oder die
Tasten VOL+ und VOL− auf der Fernbedie-
nung verwenden.
VORSICHT Stellen Sie die Lautstärke nicht
zu hoch ein. Hohe Lautstärken
können auf Dauer das Gehör
schädigen! Das Ohr gewöhnt
sich an sie und empfindet sie
nach einiger Zeit als nicht mehr
so hoch. Darum eine hohe
Lautstärke nach der Gewöh-
nung nicht weiter erhöhen.
3) Zur Stummschaltung die Taste MUTE auf der
Fernbedienung drücken. Bei Stummschaltung
blinkt die LED POWER (1). Um den Ton wieder
einzuschalten, die Taste erneut drücken.
4) Zum Schalten auf Standby (Bereitschaft)
die Taste POWER auf der Fernbedienung
drücken. Die LED POWER (1) wechselt auf
Rot. Zum Wiedereinschalten die Taste POWER
erneut drücken.
Auto-Standby:
– im Betriebsmodus „LINE IN“:
Erhält der Verstärker für 15 Minuten kein
Audiosignal über den Line-Eingang, schal-
tet er automatisch auf Standby. Sobald wie-
der ein Signal am Eingang anliegt, schaltet
er sich wieder ein.
– im Betriebsmodus „Bluetooth“:
Erhält der Verstärker für 15 Minuten kein
Audiosignal von einer Bluetooth-Quelle,
schaltet er automatisch auf Standby. Be-
steht die Bluetooth-Verbindung weiterhin
(z.B. wenn die Quelle nicht ausgeschaltet,
sondern auf Pause geschaltet ist), lässt sich
der Verstärker durch Starten der Wieder-
gabe an der Quelle wieder einschalten.
5) Zum Ausschalten des Verstärkers den Schal-
ter POWER (12) betätigen.
Bei längerem Nichtgebrauch das Netzge-
rät von der Netzsteckdose trennen. Es ver-
braucht auch bei ausgeschaltetem Verstärker
einen geringen Strom.
6.1 Betrieb mit einer Bluetooth-Quelle
1) Der Verstärker muss sich im Betriebsmodus
„Bluetooth“ befinden, angezeigt durch die
LED BLUETOOTH (3). Das Blinken der LED
signalisiert, dass keine Bluetooth-Verbindung
aufgebaut ist.
2) An der Bluetooth-Quelle die Bluetooth-
Funktion einschalten. Der SA-160BT wird
auf dem Display der Bluetooth-Quelle mit
„BTSpeaker“ angezeigt. Die Quelle mit dem
SA-160BT koppeln (siehe dazu ggf. die An-
leitung der Bluetooth-Quelle).
Nach erfolgter Kopplung leuchtet die LED
BLUETOOTH konstant.
3) Die Audiowiedergabe an der Bluetooth-
Quelle starten und die Bluetooth-Quelle wie
gewünscht bedienen.

Zur Bedienung der Bluetooth-Quelle können
auch die Tasten , und der Fernbe-
dienung verwendet werden (☞Kap. 1.1).
Hinweise:
1. Die Quelle muss das A2DP-Profil verwenden, da sonst
keine Signalübertragung möglich ist.
2. Für die beste Audioqualität sollte die Quelle die
aptX
®-Technologie unterstützen.
6.1.1 Aufbau der Bluetooth-Verbindung
über NFC
Unterstützt die Bluetooth-Quelle NFC („Near
Field Communication“ = Datenübertragung
über kurze Distanz), lässt sich die Bluetooth-Ver-
bindung schnell und unkompliziert durch Anein-
anderhalten der Geräte herstellen.
Hinweis: Es kann nicht garantiert werden, dass die
Kopplung per NFC bei allen Quellen ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert.
1) Die NFC-Funktion an der Bluetooth-Quelle
einschalten.
2) Befindet sich die Bluetooth-Quelle in einer
Schutzhülle oder -Tasche diese abnehmen, da
sie die Datenübertragung verhindern kann.
3) Den Bereich der Bluetooth-Quelle, an dem
sich die NFC-Antenne befindet (bei Smart-
phones/Tablet-PCs meist an der Rückseite)
ganz nah an den NFC-Bereich (6) auf der Ver-
stärkeroberseite halten (max. 3cm Abstand).
Die Kopplung per NFC bewirkt an der Blue-
tooth-Quelle ein automatisches Einschalten
der Bluetooth-Funktion, wenn die Funktion
vorher ausgeschaltet war.
Wird die Kopplung per NFC zum ersten
Mal durchgeführt, erscheint auf dem Dis-
play der Bluetooth-Quelle eine Anfrage,
ob die Verbindung mit „BT Speaker“ her-
gestellt werden soll. Diese Anfrage bestäti-
gen, danach sind die Geräte gekoppelt. (LED
BLUETOOTH leuchtet konstant). Bei allen
zukünftigen Kopplungen per NFC ist keine
Bestätigung mehr erforderlich.
Hinweis: Sind die Geräte gekoppelt, kann erneutes
Aneinanderhalten ihrer NFC-Bereiche zu einem Trennen
der Verbindung und einem Ausschalten der Bluetooth-
Funktion an der Bluetooth-Quelle führen.

These instructions are intended for users without
any specific technical knowledge. Please read
these instructions carefully prior to operation
and keep them for later reference.
All operating elements and connections de-
scribed can be found on the fold-out page 3.
1 Overview

2 Safety Notes
The unit (including power supply unit and re-
mote control) corresponds to all relevant direc-
tives of the EU and is therefore marked with .
WARNING The power supply unit uses dan-
gerous mains voltage. Leave ser-
vicing to skilled personnel only.
Inexpert handling may result in
electric shock.
•
The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect
it against dripping water, splash water and
high air humidity. The admissible ambient
temperature range is 0– 40°C.
•
Do not place any vessel filled with liquid on
the unit, e.g. a drinking glass.
•
Immediately disconnect the power supply unit
from the socket
1. if the amplifier, the power supply unit or
the mains cable is visibly damaged,
2. if a defect might have occurred after the
unit was dropped or suffered a similar ac-
cident,

3. if malfunctions occur.
In any case the unit must be repaired by skilled
personnel.
•
Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the
power supply unit from the socket; always
seize the plug.
•
For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never
use water or chemicals.
•
No guarantee claims for the unit and no liabil-
ity for any resulting personal damage or mate-
rial damage will be accepted if the unit is used
for other purposes than originally intended, if
it is not correctly connected or operated, or if
it is not repaired in an expert way.
If the unit is to be put out of operation
definitively, dispose of the unit in ac-
cordance with local regulations.
3 Applications
The mini stereo amplifier SA-160BT with infra-
red remote control is suitable for a wide range
of applications (e.g. for home applications). It
can either be switched to the reproduction of
a connected audio source with line signal level
(e.g. CD player, DVD player, PC) or to the repro-
duction of a Bluetooth source (e.g. smartphone,
tablet PC, notebook). The Bluetooth connection
can most conveniently be established via NFC
(Near Field Communication) provided that the
Bluetooth source supports this technology.
3.1 Conformity and approval
Herewith, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL declare
that the unit SA-160BT complies with the di-
rective 2014/53/EU. The EU declaration of con-
formity is available on the Internet:
www.monacor.com
The unit is generally approved for operation in
EU and EFTA countries; it is licence-free and re-
quires no registration.
4 Setup/Connection
Set up the amplifier on an even, solid surface
and align the antenna (7) vertically.
Always switch off the amplifier prior to connec-
tion/disconnection.
1) For an audio source with line signal level (e.g.
CD player, DVD player, tuner, mixer, PC), use
the stereo input LINE IN (8). Make the con-
nections via the RCA jacks (L = left channel,
R = right channel).
2) To route the audio signal to a subsequent
unit with line input (e.g. active subwoofer,
recorder), connect the unit to the 3.5mm
stereo jack LINE OUT (9).
3) Connect the two speakers (minimum im-
pedance: 8Ω) to the speaker terminals (10):
L=left channel, R = right channel; observe
the polarity +/−. The connection can be made
via the screw terminals or via the banana
jacks of the terminals.
If multiple speakers are connected to a
single channel, the total speaker impedance
per channel must be at least 8Ω; otherwise,
the amplifier may be damaged. Contact
skilled personnel if you are not familiar with
how to connect multiple speakers.
4) For power supply, connect the power sup-
ply unit provided to the low voltage jack
“24V⎓” (11) and then, using the mains
cable, to a mains socket (230V/50 Hz).
5 Remote Control
The remote control is operated with a battery.
Ifthe remote control is supplied with a battery
inserted, remove the insulating film (to protect
the battery from being discharged) from the
battery holder. After that, the remote control is
ready for operation. When pressing a button,
always point the remote control to the IR sen-
sor (4). Make sure that there are no obstacles
between the sensor and the remote control.
If the remote control is not used for a longer
time, remove the battery as a precaution so that
the remote control will not be damaged in case
the battery should leak.
5.1 Inserting/Replacing the battery
1) Push the latch of the battery support to the
right (first arrow in figure 5) and pull out the
support (second arrow).

2) To replace a battery, remove the discharged
battery.
3) Insert a new battery (3V button cell of the
type CR2025) into the support, positive pole
facing up. Push the support back into the
remote control.
Never put batteries in the household
waste. Always dispose of the batteries
in accordance with local regulations.
6 Operating the Amplifier
1) To switch on the amplifier, use the POWER
switch (12). The LED POWER (1) will light
up in blue. The operating mode will be in-
dicated by the corresponding LED, lighting
up in green:
– LED LINE IN (2) lights up: The audio source
at the input LINE IN (8) has been selected.
– LED BLUETOOTH (3) lights up: The Blue-
tooth mode has been selected. Information
on operation with a Bluetooth source can
be found in chapter 6.1.
To switch between the operating modes,
press the control knob (5) at the amplifier
or use the corresponding button on the re-
mote control (button AUX = source at the line
input, button = Bluetooth mode).
2) To adjust the volume, turn the control knob
(5) at the amplifier or use the buttons VOL+
and VOL− on the remote control.
CAUTION Never adjust a very high vol-
ume. Permanent high volumes
may damage your hearing!
Your ear will get accustomed
to high volumes which do not
seem to be that high after
some time. Therefore, do not
further increase a high volume
after getting used to it.
3) To mute the sound, press the button MUTE
on the remote control. The LED POWER (1)
will flash while the sound is muted. To un-
mute the sound, press the button again.
4) To switch to the standby mode, press the
button POWER on the remote control. The
LED POWER (1) will light up in red. To switch
on the amplifier, press the button POWER
again.
Auto standby:
– in the operating mode “LINE IN”:
If the amplifier does not receive any audio
signal via the line input, the amplifier will
automatically switch to the standby mode
after 15 minutes. As soon as a signal is
available at the input, the amplifier will be
switched on again.
– in the operating mode “Bluetooth”:
If the amplifier does not receive any audio
signal from a Bluetooth source, the ampli-
fier will automatically switch to the standby
mode after 15 minutes. If the Bluetooth
connection is still available (e.g. because
the source has not been switched off but
set to pause), the amplifier can be switched
on again by starting the replay at the source.
5) To switch off the amplifier, use the POWER
switch (12).
If the amplifier is not used for a longer
time, disconnect the power supply unit from
the mains socket. The power supply unit has
a low power consumption even when the
amplifier is switched off.
6.1 Operation with a Bluetooth source
1) The amplifier must be in the operating mode
“Bluetooth”, indicated by the LED BLUE-
TOOTH (3). The LED will flash if no Bluetooth
connection has been established.
2) At the Bluetooth source, switch on the Blue-
tooth function. On the display of the Blue-
tooth source, the SA-160BT will be indicated
by “BT Speaker”. Pair the source with the
SA-160BT (please refer to the instruction
manual of the Bluetooth source, if required).
Once the pairing has been made, the LED
BLUETOOTH will light up constantly.
3) Start the audio replay at the Bluetooth source
and operate the Bluetooth source as desired.
The buttons , and on the remote
control may also be used to operate the Blue-
tooth source (☞chapter 1.1).
Notes:
1. To allow signal transmission, the source must use
the A2DP profile.
2. To ensure the best audio quality, the source should
support the aptX
®technology.

6.1.1 Establishing the Bluetooth connection
via NFC
If the Bluetooth source supports NFC (Near Field
Communication), the Bluetooth connection can
be most conveniently established by holding the
respective units close together.
Note: It cannot be guaranteed that NFC pairing will
work properly with all sources.
1) Switch on the NFC function at the Bluetooth
source.
2) If the Bluetooth source is in a protective sleeve
or protective bag, remove the sleeve/bag;
otherwise, it may prevent data transmission.
3) Hold the section of the Bluetooth source
with the NFC antenna (usually on the rear
side of smartphones/tablet PCs) very close to
the NFC section (6) on the upper side of the
amplifier (max. distance: 3 cm). NFC pairing
will automatically switch on the Bluetooth
function of the Bluetooth source (if it was
switched off).
When NFC pairing is made for the first
time, a message will appear on the display
of the Bluetooth source asking whether the
connection with the “BT Speaker” shall be
established. Confirm this message to pair
the units (LED BLUETOOTH will light up con-
stantly). Future NFC pairings will not require
any confirmation.
Note: When the units have been paired and when their
NFC sections are held close together again, the units
may be disconnected and the Bluetooth function at the
Bluetooth source may be switched off.

2 Conseils de sécurité
L’appareil (y compris bloc secteur et télecom-
mande) répond à toutes les directives néces-
saires de l’Union européenne et porte donc le

Ne touchez jamais l’intérieur
du bloc secteur, vous pour-
riez subir une décharge élec-
trique.

L’appareil n’est conçu que pour une utilisa -
tion en intérieur. Protégez-le de tout type de
projections d’eau, des éclaboussures et d’une
humidité d’air élevée. La plage de tempéra-
ture ambiante admissible est de 0– 40°C.
•
En aucun cas, vous ne devez poser d’objet
contenant du liquide ou un verre sur l’appareil.
•
Débranchez immédiatement le bloc secteur
du secteur lorsque :
1. des dommages visibles apparaissent sur
l’amplificateur, le bloc secteur ou le cordon

avez un doute sur l’état de l’appareil,
3. des dysfonctionnements apparaissent.
Dans tous les cas, les dommages doivent être
réparés par un technicien spécialisé.

Ne débranchez jamais le bloc secteur en tirant
sur le cordon secteur, tenez-le toujours par
la fiche.
•
Pour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement un
chiffon sec et doux, en aucun cas, de produits
chimiques ou d’eau.
•
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de
dommages matériels ou corporels consécutifs
si l’appareil est utilisé dans un but autre que
celui pour lequel il a été conçu, s’il n’est pas
correctement branché ou utilisé ou s’il n’est
pas réparé par une personne habilitée ; de
même, la garantie deviendrait caduque.
Lorsque l’appareil est définitivement
retiré du service, éliminez-le confor-
mément aux directives locales.

3 Possibilités d’utilisation
Le mini amplificateur stéréo SA-160BT avec
télécommande infrarouge est prévu pour une
utilisation universelle, p.ex. pour applications
à la maison. Il peut, au choix, commuter sur
lecture d’une source audio reliée avec niveau
de signal ligne (p.ex. lecteur CD ou DVD, PC)
ou sur lecture d’une source Bluetooth (p.ex.
Smartphone, tablette PC, ordinateur portable).
La connexion Bluetooth peut être établie faci-
lement via NFC («Near Field Communication»)
dans la mesure où la source Bluetooth supporte
cette technologie.
3.1 Conformité et autorisation
Par la présente, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL
déclare que l’appareil SA-160BT se trouve en
conformité avec la directive 2014/53/UE. La
déclaration de conformité UE est disponible sur
Internet :
www.monacor.com
L’appareil est autorisé pour un fonctionnement
dans les pays de l‘Union européenne et les pays
de l‘A.E.L.E. sans déclaration ni taxe.
4 Positionnement/branchement
Placez l’amplificateur sur une surface plane et
fixe et orientez l’antenne (7) à la verticale.
Eteignez l’amplificateur avant d’effectuer les
branchements ou de les séparer.
1) Pour une source audio avec niveau de signal
ligne (par exemple lecteur CD ou DVD, tuner,
table de mixage, PC), utilisez l’entrée stéréo
LINE IN (8). Le branchement se fait via des
prises RCA (L = canal gauche, R = canal droit).
2) Si le signal audio doit être dirigé vers un
autre appareil avec entrée ligne (par exemple
subwoofer actif, enregistreur), branchez-le à
la prise jack 3,5 stéréo LINE OUT (9).
3) Reliez les deux enceintes (impédance mini-
male 8Ω) aux borniers haut-parleurs (10) :
L = canal gauche, R = canal droit ; veillez à
respecter la polarité +/−. Le branchement se
fait via les bornes à vis ou les prises banane
des borniers.
Si plusieurs enceintes doivent être reliées
à un canal, l’impédance totale des enceintes
ne doit pas être inférieure à 8 Ω par canal
sinon l’amplificateur pourrait être endom-
magé. Si vous n’avez pas la compétence pour
brancher les enceintes, adressez-vous à un
technicien.
4) Pour l’alimentation, reliez le bloc secteur livré
à la prise d’alimentation «24V⎓» (11) et, via
le cordon secteur livré, à une prise secteur
230V/50 Hz.

5 Télécommande
La télécommande fonctionne avec une batte-
rie. Si une batterie est déjà insérée en usine,
retirez la feuille d’isolation (pour protéger de
toute décharge) sur le support de batterie. La
télécommande est alors prête à fonctionner.
Lorsque vous appuyez sur une touche de la té-
lécommande, dirigez-la toujours vers le capteur
infrarouge (4). Il ne doit pas y avoir d’obstacle
entre le capteur et la télécommande.
En cas de non utilisation prolongée, retirez
la batterie, elle pourrait couler et endommager
la télécommande.
5.1 Insertion/Remplacement de la
batterie
1) Poussez vers la droite le verrouillage du sup-
port de batterie (flèche 1 sur le schéma 5) et
retirez le support (flèche 2) simultanément.

2) Pour remplacer la batterie, retirez la batterie
usagée.
3) Insérez une batterie neuve (pile bouton 3V
de type CR2025), pôle plus vers le haut, dans
le support puis remettez ce dernier en place.
Ne jetez pas les batteries usagées dans
la poubelle domestique. Déposez-les
dans un container spécifique ou rame-
nez-les à votre revendeur.
6 Utilisation
1) Pour allumer l’amplificateur, appuyez sur
l’interrupteur POWER (12). La LED POWER (1)
brille en bleu. Le mode de fonctionnement
est indiqué par la LED correspondante qui
brille en vert :
– la LED LINE IN (2) brille : La source audio à
l’entrée LINE IN (8) est sélectionnée.
– la LED BLUETOOTH (3) brille : Le mode
Bluetooth est sélectionné. Dans le cha-
pitre 6.1, vous trouverez les informations
nécessaires sur le fonctionnement avec une
source Bluetooth.
Pour commuter entre les modes de fonc-
tionnement, appuyez sur le bouton de
commande (5) sur l’amplificateur ou utilisez
la touche correspondante sur la télécom-
mande (touche AUX = source à l’entrée Line,
touche = mode Bluetooth).
2) Pour régler le volume, tournez le bouton de
commande (5) sur l’amplificateur ou utilisez
les touches VOL+ et VOL−sur la télécom-
mande.
ATTENTION Ne réglez pas le volume trop
fort. Un volume trop élevé
peut, à long terme, générer des
troubles de l’audition. L’oreille
s’habitue à des volumes élevés
et ne les perçoit plus comme
tels au bout d’un certain
temps. Nous vous conseillons
donc de régler le volume et de
ne plus le modifier.
3) Pour couper le son, appuyez sur la touche
MUTE sur la télécommande. Lorsque le son
est coupé, la LED POWER (1) clignote. Pour
réactiver le son, appuyez à nouveau sur la
touche.
4) Pour commuter sur Standby, appuyez sur la
touche POWER sur la télécommande. La LED
POWER (1) passe en rouge. Pour rallumer,
appuyez à nouveau sur la touche POWER.
Standby automatique :
– en mode «LINE IN» :
Si l’amplificateur ne reçoit pas de signal
audio pendant 15 minutes via l’entrée
ligne, il commute automatiquement sur
Standby. Dès qu’un signal est présent à
l’entrée, l’amplificateur se rallume.
– en mode «Bluetooth»
Si l’amplificateur ne reçoit pas de signal
audio pendant 15 minutes d’une source
Bluetooth, il commute automatiquement
sur Standby. Si la connexion Bluetooth est
toujours disponible (par exemple lorsque la
source n’est pas éteinte mais simplement
sur pause), l’amplificateur peut être rallumé
en redémarrant la lecture sur la source.
5) Pour éteindre l’amplificateur, appuyez sur
l’interrupteur POWER (12).
En cas de non utilisation prolongée, dé-
branchez le bloc secteur du secteur. Même
si l’amplificateur est éteint, le bloc secteur a
une faible consommation.

6.1 Fonctionnement avec une source
Bluetooth
1) L’amplificateur doit être sur le mode de fonc-
tionnement «Bluetooth», signalé par la LED
BLUETOOTH (3). Lorsque la LED clignote, il
n’y a aucune connexion Bluetooth.
2) Sur la source Bluetooth, activez la fonc-
tion Bluetooth. Le SA-160BT est signalé
sur l’affichage de la source Bluetooth par
«BTSpeaker». Appairez la source avec le
SA-160BT (si besoin, reportez-vous à la no-
tice de la source Bluetooth).
Une fois l’appairage effectué, la LED
BLUETOOTH brille en continu.
3) Démarrez la lecture audio sur la source Blue-
tooth et utilisez la source Bluetooth comme
souhaité.
Pour utiliser la source Bluetooth, vous
pouvez également utiliser les touches ,
et de la télécommande (☞chapitre 1.1).
Conseils :
1. La source doit utiliser le profil A2DP sinon aucune
transmission de signal n’est possible.
2. Pour une meilleure qualité audio, il faut que la source
supporte la technologie aptX
®.
6.1.1 Etablissement de la connexion
Bluetooth via NFC
Si la source Bluetooth accepte NFC («Near Field
Communication» = communication en champ
proche), la connexion Bluetooth s’établit facile-
ment et rapidement en tenant les deux appareils
proches l’un de l’autre.
Remarque : on ne peut pas garantir que l’appairage
par NFC fonctionne convenablement avec toutes les
sources.
1) Activez la fonction NFC sur la source Blue-
tooth.
2) Si la source Bluetooth se trouve dans une
sacoche de protection, retirez-la car elle gêne
la transmission de données.
3) Tenez la section de la source Bluetooth sur
laquelle se trouve l’antenne NFC (sur les
Smartphones/tablettes PC, en général sur la
face arrière) très près de la zone NFC (6) sur
la partie supérieure de l’amplificateur (dis-
tance max. 3 cm). L’appairage par NFC active
automatiquement la fonction Bluetooth sur
la source Bluetooth si la fonction a été préa-
lablement désactivée.
Lorsque l’appairage par NFC est effectué
pour la première fois, l’affichage de la source
Bluetooth demande si la connexion avec
«BTSpeaker» doit être effectuée. Confirmez,
les appareils sont ensuite appairés (la LED
BLUETOOTH brille en continu). La confirma-
tion n’est plus nécessaire pour les appairages
par NFC futurs.
Remarque : si les appareils sont appairés et si les deux
sections NFC sont à nouveau proches l’une de l’autre,
cela peut conduire à une rupture de la connexion et à
l’arrêt de la fonction Bluetooth sur la source Bluetooth.

Per la riparazione rivolgersi sempre ad un’of-
ficina competente.

Staccare il cavo rete afferrando la spina, senza
tirare il cavo.
•
Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,
asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso acqua
o prodotti chimici.
•
Nel caso d’uso improprio, di collegamenti
sbagliati, d’impiego scorretto o di riparazione
non a regola d’arte dell’apparecchio, non si
assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali
danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non
si assume nessuna garanzia per l‘apparecchio.
Se si desidera eliminare l‘apparecchio
definitivamente, consegnarlo per lo
smaltimento ad un’istituzione locale
per il riciclaggio.
3 Possibilità d‘impiego
L‘amplificatore stereo mini SA-160BT con tele-
comando IR è previsto per usi universali, p.es. a
casa. A scelta, si può impostare la riproduzione
di una fonte audio collegata con livello Line
(p.es. lettore CD o DVD, PC) oppure la riprodu-
zione di una fonte Bluetooth (p.es. smartphone,
tablet-PC, notebook). La connessione Bluetooth
si crea facilmente tramite NFC (“near field com-
munication”), se la fonte Bluetooth supporta
tale tecnologia.
3.1 Conformità e omologazione
La MONACOR INTERNATIONAL dichiara che
l‘apparecchio SA-160BT è conforme alla direttiva
2014/53/UE. La dichiarazione di conformità UE
é disponibile in Internet:

L’apparecchio è omologato per l‘impiego negli
stati dell‘UE e dell‘EFTA e non richiede né regi-
strazione né pagamento di tasse.
4 Collocamento/collegamento
Posizionare l‘amplificatore su una superficie
piana, robusta e mettere l‘antenna (7) in senso
verticale.
Effettuare o staccare tutti i collegamenti solo
con l‘amplificatore spento.
1) Per una fonte audio con livello Line (p.es.
lettore CD o DVD, tuner, mixer, PC) usare l‘in -
gresso stereo LINE IN (8). Il collegamento va
fatto tramite prese RCA (L = canale sinistro,
R = canale destro).
2) Se si deve inoltrare il segnale audio a un
apparecchio a valle con ingresso Line (p. es.
subwoofer attivo, registratore), collegare
detto apparecchio con la presa jack 3,5 mm
LINE OUT (9).
3) Collegare i due altoparlanti (impedenza mi-
nima 8Ω) con i terminali (10): L = canale si-
nistro, R = canale destro; rispettare la polarità
+/−. Il collegamento è possibile tramite i mor-
setti a vite o le prese banana dei terminali.
Se a un canale si devono collegare più
altoparlanti, l‘impedenza totale degli alto-
parlanti non deve essere inferiore a 8 Ω per
canale per non danneggiare l‘amplificatore.
Se non siete pratici nell‘assemblaggio di più
altoparlanti dovreste rivolgervi a un esperto.
4) Per l‘alimentazione collegare l‘alimentatore
in dotazione con la presa DC “24V⎓” (11) e
collegarlo con una presa di rete (230 V/50Hz)
per mezzo dell‘apposito cavo.
5 Telecomando
Il telecomando viene alimentato da una batteria.
Se il telecomando viene fornito con una batteria
inserita, rimuovere la pellicola protettiva (per
proteggere la batteria dalla scarica) dal supporto
della batteria: il telecomando sarà quindi pronto
per l’uso. Premendo un tasto del telecomando
orientarlo sempre verso il sensore IR (4). Fra
sensore e telecomando non ci devono essere
degli ostacoli.
In caso di non uso prolungato, conviene to-
gliere la batteria per sicurezza per evitare che il
telecomando venisse danneggiato se la batteria
dovesse perdere.
5.1 Inserire/sostituire la batteria
1) Spingere a destra il blocco del portabatterie
(1. freccia di fig. 5) e sfilare il portabatterie
(2. freccia).

2) Per sostituire la batteria, togliere quella sca-
rica.
3) Inserire nel portabatterie una nuova batte-
ria (3V, a bottone, tipo CR2025) con il polo
positivo rivolto verso l’alto. Spingere il porta-
batterie nel telecomando.
Non gettare le batterie nelle immondi-
zie di casa bensì negli appositi conteni-
tori (p.es. presso il vostro rivenditore).
6 Funzionamento
1) Per accendere l‘amplificatore azionare l‘in-
terruttore POWER (12). Il LED POWER (1) si
accende di color blu. Il modo di funziona-
mento viene segnalato tramite il relativo LED
acceso di color verde:
– LED LINE IN (2) è acceso: È stata scelta la
fonte audio all‘ingresso LINE IN (8).
– LED BLUETOOTH (3) è acceso: È stato scelto
il modo Bluetooth. Informazioni sull‘uso
con una fonte Bluetooth si trovano nel
cap. 6.1.
Per cambiare fra i modi di funzionamento
premere la manopola (5) sull‘amplificatore
oppure usare il relativo tasto sul telecomando
(tasto AUX = fonte all‘ingresso Line, tasto
= modo Bluetooth).
2) Per impostare il volume girare la mano-
pola (5) sull‘amplificatore oppure usare i tasti
VOL+ e VOL− sul telecomando.
ATTENZIONE Mai tenere molto alto il vo-
lume. A lungo andare, il vo-
lume eccessivo può procurare
danni all’udito! L’orecchio si
abitua agli alti volumi e dopo
un certo tempo non se ne
rende più conto. Perciò non
aumentare il volume succes-
sivamente.
3) Per la messa in muto premere il tasto MUTE
sul telecomando. Con la messa in muto, il
LED POWER (1) lampeggia. Per riattivare l‘au-
dio, premere ancora una volta il tasto.
4) Per passare allo standby, premere il tasto
POWER sul telecomando. Il LED POWER (1)
passa al rosso. Per una nuova accensione
premere ancora il tasto POWER.
Auto-standby:
– nel modo “LINE IN”:
Se per 15 minuti, l‘amplificatore non riceve
nessun segnale audio tramite l‘ingresso
Line, passa automaticamente allo standby.
Quando all‘ingresso è nuovamente pre-
sente un segnale, si riaccende.
– nel modo “Bluetooth”:
Se per 15 minuti, l‘amplificatore non ri-
ceve nessun segnale audio da una fonte
Bluetooth, passa automaticamente allo
standby. Se la connessione Bluetooth con-
tinua a esistere (p.es. se la fonte non è stata
spenta, ma messa in pausa), l‘amplificatore
può essere riacceso avviando la riprodu-
zione sulla fonte.
5) Per spegnere l‘amplificatore azionare l‘inter-
ruttore POWER (12).
In caso di non uso prolungato conviene
staccare l‘alimentatore dalla presa di rete
perché consuma un po‘ di corrente anche
se l‘amplificatore è spento.
6.1 Funzionamento con una
fonteBluetooth
1) L‘amplificatore deve trovarsi nel modo “Blue-
tooth”, segnalato dal LED BLUE-TOOTH (3).
Il lampeggìo del LED indica che non esiste
nessuna connessione Bluetooth.
2) Sulla fonte Bluetooth attivare la funzione
Bluetooth. Il SA-160BT è segnalato sul display
della fonte Bluetooth con “BT Speaker”. Ac-
coppiare la fonte con il SA-160BT (vedi, se ne-
cessario, le istruzioni della fonte Bluetooth).
Dopo l‘accoppiamento riuscito, il LED
BLUETOOTH rimane acceso.
3) Avviare la riproduzione audio sulla fonte Blue-
tooth e usare i comandi della fonte Bluetooth.
Per i comandi della fonte Bluetooth si
possono usare anche i tasti , e del
telecomando (☞Cap. 1.1).
N. B.:
1. La fonte deve usare il profilo A2DP, dato che altrimenti
non è possibile la trasmissione dei segnali.
2. Per una qualità audio ottimale, la fonte dovrebbe
supportare la tecnologia aptX
®.

6.1.1 Creazione della connessione
Bluetooth tramite NFC
Se la fonte Bluetooth supporta NFC (“near field
communication” = comunicazione wireless a
corto raggio), la connessione Bluetooth si fa
velocemente e senza complicazioni avvicinando
gli apparecchi.
N. B.: Non si può garantire che l‘accoppiamento tramite
NFC funzioni correttamente con tutte le fonti.
1) Attivare la funzione NFC sulla fonte Blue-
tooth.
2) Se la fonte Bluetooth si trova in una custodia,
toglierla perché può impedire la trasmissione
dati.
3) Avvicinare al massimo la zona della fonte
Bluetooth dove si trova l‘antenna NFC (negli
smartphone/tablet-PC di solito sul retro), alla
zona NFC (6) sul lato superiore dell‘ampli-
ficatore (distanza massima 3cm). L‘accop-
piamento tramite NFC provvede sulla fonte
Bluetooth all‘attivazione automatica della
funzione Bluetooth se tale funzione è stata
spenta precedentemente.
Se l‘accoppiamento tramite NFC si fa
per la prima volta, sul display della fonte
Bluetooth appare la domanda se si deve ef-
fettuare la connessione con “BT Speaker”.
Confermata la domanda, gli apparecchi
sono accoppiati (il LED BLUETOOTH rimane
acceso). Negli accoppiamenti futuri tramite
NFC, tale conferma non è più necessaria.
N. B.: Se gli apparecchi sono accoppiati, un nuovo
avvicinamento delle loro zone NFC può portare alla
separazione della connessione e alla disattivazione della
funzione Bluetooth sulla fonte Bluetooth.

Deze handleiding is bedoeld voor de gebruiker
zonder bijzondere vakkennis. Lees de handlei-
ding grondig door, alvorens het apparaat in
gebruik te nemen, en bewaar ze voor latere
raadpleging.

overzicht van alle bedieningselementen en de
aansluitingen.
1 Overzicht
1 POWER-led

Als de led knippert, dan is de functie
MUTE (demping) ingeschakeld.

2 Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Het apparaat (inclusief netadapter en afstands-
bediening) beantwoordt aan alle relevante
EU-richtlijnen en is daarom voorzien van het
-kenmerk.
WAARSCHUWING De netspanning van de net-
adapter is levensgevaarlijk.
Open de netadapter daarom
nooit zelf ! U loopt het risico
van een elektrische schok.

Het apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor ge-
bruik binnenshuis. Vermijd druip- en spatwa-
ter en plaatsen met een hoge vochtigheid.
Het toegestane omgevingstemperatuurbereik
bedraagt 0–40°C.

Plaats geen bekers met vloeistof zoals drink-
glazen etc. op het apparaat.
•
Trek de stekker van de netadapter onmiddel-
lijk uit het stopcontact,
1. wanneer de versterker, de netadapter of
het netsnoer zichtbaar beschadigd is,
2. wanneer er een defect zou kunnen op-
treden nadat het apparaat bijvoorbeeld is
gevallen,
