warnings and guidelines. Please keep this manual
in a safe place for future reference.
•Do not expose this device to water or
moisture of any kind. Do not place drinks or
other containers with moisture on or near the
device. If moisture does get in or on the
device, immediately power it off and allow it
to fully dry before reapplying power.
•Do not touch the device, the power cord, or
any other connected cables with wet hands.
•If operating in a humid environment, ensure
that no condensation occurs. Condensation
could cause damage and could cause a short

in the electrical components, which in turn
could cause fire or severe electric shock.
•Do not expose this device to excessively high

radiator, etc. Do not leave it in direct sunlight.
•Do not place or install this device in an area
where it can be exposed to excessive amounts

•Prior to operation, check the unit and power
cord for physical damage. Do not use if
physical damage has occurred.
•Before charging the unit, ensure that the
output device provides the same type and
level of power required by the device.

•Ensure that power is turned off and
disconnected before making any electrical
connections.
•Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use
chemical cleaners, solvents, or detergents. For
stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth with
warm water.
•This device has no user serviceable parts. Do
not attempt to open, service, or modify this
device.

OPERATION
Power On/Off

•Power On/Off: Press the
MFB button
for 3
seconds. (If the product had previously been
connected to another device it will
automatically reconnect to that device, if
available, when powered on)
•Play/Pause: A quick, single press of the
MFB
button
will play or pause the current playback.
•If no connection is made after 5 minutes, the
device will automatically power off.
Bluetooth
®
Pairing (Transmitter – TX Mode)
•Paring Mode: Make sure the device is off and
the TX/RX switch is set to “
TX
.” Press the
MFB
button
for 3 seconds to turn the product on,
then quickly press the
MFB
twice to enter
pairing mode. The LED indicator light will
quickly flash
blue.
Put your Bluetooth audio
device (speaker/headphones etc.) into pairing
mode. Once 38070 has paired with the

Bluetooth audio device the LED indicator will
slowly flash blue.
•Connect 38070 to your media player via the
3.5mm AUX cable and then you can use 38070
to connect to the paired speaker/ headphones
or other Bluetooth audio device.
*TVs and monitors can also connect to 38070 via the
Fiber Optic cable and ports.
Bluetooth Pairing (Receiver – RX Mode)
•Pairing Mode: Make sure the device is off and
the TX/RX switch is set to “
RX
.” Press the
MFB
button
for 3 seconds to turn the product on,

then quickly press the
MFB
twice to enter
pairing mode. The LED indicator light will
quickly flash
blue and red.
Open your device’s
Bluetooth settings, locate and select
“
MP38070.
” Once 38070 has paired with the
device the LED indicator will be solid blue.
•Connect a speaker, headphones or other audio
device to 38070 via the 3.5mm audio port to
play audio from your paired Bluetooth device.

Multi-device Pairing
•Pair the first device as you would normally,
then double press the
MFB
again to re-enter
pairing mode.
•Repeat the pairing steps for the second
device, the LED indicator light will be solid
green
when both devices are connected.
Charging
•When the battery reaches a low enough level
the LED indicator light with flash
red
.
•When charging the LED indicator light will be
blue
and supersede other LED light indications
such as the red and blue pairing flashes.
•To charge, please only use the included Micro-
USB cable to connect to a compatible charger,

computer, or outlet. A full charge will take
approximately 2 hours.
