Measurement Guide

CAUTION: All measurements are extremely critical. Any deviation may cause damage to the canvas top or boat.
Use these measurements as a guide for installation on both sides of the tower.
Use a center punch to create a
divot for each screw to start in.
Use a 9/64” drill bit to start
a pilot hole for each screw.

During this install we started with the port side first then went to the starboard side.

Step 1: Installing Hardware to Rear Legs
Step 2: Installing Hardware to Front Legs

Measure up to 40” and that
is where the bottom hole will
be mounted. The 90 Degree
Swivel Mount will face
outwards and follow the curve
of the tower. Use #10x3/4
self-tapping screws. Thread
side faces outside.
Measure up to 17” and that is where
the bottom hole will be mounted.
The strap eye will be attached facing
upwards on the leg. Use #8x3/4 self-
tapping screws.
Repeat this process on the other leg starting back at Measuring Guide through Step 1.

ON THE UNDERSIDE, measure up
to 38” and that is where the bottom
hole will be mounted. The Swivel
Mount will be attached in the center
of the leg.

Measure out 12” on both the front left and right
sides starting from the center of the front header.
Make a mark.
Center the swivel mount on the
measurement. Mount should be sloping
downward slightly. The THREADED SIDE
FACES UP. Repeat for both sides.

Step 3: Installing Front Header Hardware
Step 4: Securing Bimini Canvas Top to Tower
Unfold the bimini and place it over
the tower, making sure the tow point
goes through the hole in the canvas.

Step 5: Attaching Tension Arms to Tower
Make sure the NON-THREADED HOLE on
the swivel mount is FACING OUTSIDE. Align
and attach both back metal bow legs to the
swivel mounts.
At the front of the tower, locate the support
poles and align them with the fixed angle
mounts. Thread the knob in from the bottom.

Align the front bow arms to the swivel
mount on the front leg. Thread the knob
from inside the boat to the outside.
At the rear of the tower attach the adjustable
straps to the strap eyes on the rear leg. Pull
down on the back of the bimini then tighten
the buckle until the straps are taught.
Repeat for both sides.
