Set
the
powerswitch
to
the
"OFF" position.Plug
the
surge protectorInto
a standardgrounding
wall
receptacle byfully Inserting
the
plug
and
ensure
that
thereare no exposed conductors.
2.
Make sure electronic
equipment
Is turned
off
beforeplugging intothe
surge protectoroutlets.
Do
not
useextension cords
to
connect
equipment
to
the
surge protector.
3.
Setthe
power
switch
to
the
"ON" position. Thesurge protector
will
now
be
providing power
and
surge protection.
4. Connected equipmentcan
now
beturned on.

LifeworksTechnologyGroup,

warrants
this
surge protector
to
befree
of
defectsin workmanship
and/or
materials
for
the
life*
of
the
surge
protector.
If
such a
defect
should ariseduring
the
life
of
the surge protector,
LifeworksTechnologyGroup,
LLC
will,
at
Itsoption,eitherrepair
or
replace
the
surge protector
without
charge. Thiswarranty does
not
coverdamage
caused bylightning, accident, misuse
or
alterations
to
the
surge protector.
* Thissurge protector, like
all
surge protectors, has a finite lifespan. Even
under
normal
circumstances
and
in
the
absence
of
defects,
the
product's
life
will
expirewhen
the
surge protector's
component
capacityhas been
exceeded,therebyceasing
to
provide protection
from
surges.
In
this
event,
the
LifetimeWarranty
Is
nolongervalid
and
the
surge protectorshouldbe
replaced.

surge protector,
freight
prepaid,
to
LifeworksTechnologyGroup,
LLC
surge protectorsreturned
to
Lifeworks
Technology Group,
LLC
must
have
an
RA# Includedin
the
mallingaddress
to
be accepted.
3.
The original purchaser
will
be asked
to
send
the
surge protector, a copy
of
the
sales receipt
for
the product, your name, address, phonenumber
and
a description
of
the
problem.

designate,

repairfacility

Inspectand estimate

cost
to
repairsuch equipment. The cost,

any,
of
shipping
the
equipment
to
and
from
such repairfacility
and
of
such estimateshallbe borne solely
by
the
purchaser. Damaged
equipment
must
remain available
for
Inspection
until
the
claim
Is
finalized. Wheneverclaimsare settled, Lifeworks
TechnologyGroup,
LLC
reserves
the
right
to
be
subrogated underany
existing insurance policies
the
claimant
may
have.
There are
no
other
warranties, express orImplied,exceptas required
by

CSA approved.
2.

surge protector
must
be plugged
Into properlywired and grounded outlets,
no
extension cords, adapters,
otherground wires, or electricalconnectors
may
be
used,
with
the
sole
exception
of
other
standardLifeworksTechnologyGroup,
LLC
120
volt
productsapproved for
that
use.The Installation
must
comply
with
all
applicableelectrical and safetycodesset
forth
pursuant
to
the
National
ElectricalCode (NEC.)
3.
Any claimunder
the
warranty
policy
must
be
made
within
15
days
of
the
date
of
the
alleged damage
to
the
connected equipment. For connected
equipmentcoverage,
the
following
conditions
must
be satisfied:
A)
All
equipmenteligible
for
warranty
coverage
must
be plugged directly
Into
the
LifeworksTechnologyGroup,
LLC
surge protector.Equipment
connected
to
the
protectedequipment,
but
not
pluggeddirectly
into
the
surge
protector
will
not
be
covered.
B) The
equipment
must
have been damaged
by
a covered
power
disturbance
that
passedthrough
the
LifeworksTechnologyGroup,
LLC
surge
protector.
C) The LifeworksTechnology Group,
LLC
surge protector
must
be
damaged
from
the
power
disturbance.
D) The LifeworksTechnologyGroup,
LLC
surge protector'sprotection
capacity
must
not
have been exceeded.

E)
All
connected
equipment
must
be safetycertified
by
a Nationally
Recognized Testing Laboratory.
F)
The
Installation
must
comply
with
all
applicableelectrical
and
safety
codes set
forth
pursuant
to
the
NationalElectrical Code (NEC).
G)
Not
valid
If
ImproperlyInstalled,
tampered
with,
If
used extensioncords,
if
used 3 prongadapter, daisychained, othersurge protectorsInvolved, etc.
4. Thiswarranty
Is
secondary
to
any existingcoverage
of
anyconnected
equipment,Including
but
not
limited
to,
any
manufacturer'swarranty,
extended warranties.
or
Insurance coverage.
5.
Warrants originalpurchaseronly.
6. LifeworksTechnologyGroup,

reserves
the
right
to
Inspectequipment,
surge protector
and
site.
7.
Customerpays
for
Inspectioncosts.
8. Covered only
If
disturbance
was
through
the

9.
Lightningstrike
not
covered.
10.
Fair
market
value
of
connected
equipment
or
purchase price.
11.
Noconsequential damages. No

recoverycoverage. Valid onlyin

time

own

Authorize a service center
to
repairdamagedequipment.
b)
Replace
damaged
equipment
with
equivalentor better.
c) Reimburse
customer
the
fair
market
value
of

damaged equipment.
d)
Reimburse
customer
the
initialpurchase price
of
the
damaged
equipment
(customer
to
provide
dated
bill
of
sale).

right

determine
whether

damage
to

connected

due
to

by

that
