U.L.Zelt
●This shelter is designed with lightweight materials and for use in emergency situations. Although
this shelter can be used like a tent with a set of poles, continuous use as a tent can damage
shelter fabric and is not recommended.
●This shelter is made with synthetic fibers which are weak against heat. Keep this shelter away
from flame sources.
●Always stake the shelter with pegs (sold separately). Different pegs may be necessary depending
on ground conditions, such as sand or snow.
●Choose a campsite free of danger and as level as possible.
●Ultraviolet rays from the sun can damage the shelter’s fabric. Sulfur gas from natural hot springs
can also shorten the shelter’s lifespan.
●Ventilate the shelter at all times by keeping ventilators or shelter door(s) open.

Care
◯
Wash away stains and soiling with water. Avoid direct sunlight and allow to air dry in a cool well
ventilated area. If stored wet or soiled, mold can grow and the fabric can start to prematurely deteriorate.
◯Over time the tarp’s water repellant treatment will degrade. To restore the tarp’s water repellant
abilities, reapply a water repellant spray (sold separately).
◯Do not dry clean or wash in washing machine. This can damage the tarp’s fabric.
◯
If zipper movement becomes stiff, use Smooth Slider (sold separately) or candle wax to restore function.
Improper care and storage will shorten the lifespan of this product.
