Before first use:
1. Remove the parts from the packaging.
2. Prior to initial use, wash frying basket and pan in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
3. Your appliance is now ready for normal use.
4. Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.
1. Place the inner steel pot in your unplugged 6Qt Instant Pot electric pressure cooker.
2. Set the Steam Rack from Roaster kit in the steel pot and the Frying Mesh Basket. Make sure no food is sitting above the
Basket in the steel pot.
3. Put your chosen products in the basket so that there is a small distance between them.
4. Place the Roaster on top of the Instant Pot 6 Qt electric pressure cooker aligning the tabs on the Roaster with the
pressure cooker tabs.
Please read these notes carefully BEFORE using your appliance
Check that the voltage of the main circuit corresponds with the rating of the appliance before operating.
• If the supply cord or appliance is damaged, stop using the appliance immediately and seek advice from the manufacturer, its
service agent or a similarly qualified person.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, serious burns may result from the Roaster being pulled off the
counter where it may be grabbed by children or become entangled with the user.
• Do not carry the appliance by the power cord.
• Do not use any extension cord with this appliance.
• Do not pull the plug out by the cord as this may damage the plug and/or the cable.
• Switch off at the wall socket then remove the plug from the socket when not in use or before cleaning.
• Switch off and unplug before fitting or removing tools/attachments, after use and before cleaning.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Children should not play with the appliance.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance should not be undertaken by children without supervision.
• Take care when any appliance is used near pets.
• Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use.
• This appliance is for household use only. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
• Please ensure that the appliance is used on a stable, level, and heat resistant surface.
• Do not immerse cords, plugs or any part of the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Do not place the Roaster on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or curtain.
• Do not place the Roaster against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10cm free space on the back and sides
and 10cm free space above the appliance.
• Allow the Roaster cool down for approx. 30 minutes before you handle or clean it.
• Make sure the food prepared in the Roaster comes out golden-yellow instead of dark brown. Remove burnt remnants.
• During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance
from the steam and from the air outlet openings.
• Hot steam and air may escape when you remove the pan from the Roaster.
• Always use oven gloves when handling or removing anything from the Roaster.
• Do not fill the Roaster pan with oil as this may cause a fire hazard.
• Always put ingredients to be fried in the basket. Do not press the basket release button during shaking.
• Do not place anything on top of the Roaster.
• Ensure that food is completely dry before adding any oil to it and/or putting it in the Roaster.
• In the unlikely event the appliance develops a fault, stop using it immediately and seek advice from our Customer Support
Team.

Settings:
The below reference table will help you to select the basic settings for preparing different types of food.Keep in mind that
these settings are indications, as ingredients differ in origin, size, shape and brand, we cannot guarantee the best settings
for your ingredients.
Small ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
During the cooking process, turning the food in the middle can improve the final cooking effect and help the ingredients to
obtain a uniform frying.

The brief instruction for using Roaster:
1. Ensure the 6Qt pressure cooker is off and unplugged, and the inner pot is in place and empty.
2. Place Steam Rack into the inner pot. Place Frying Mesh Basket on top of Rack.
3. Place food into the Basket.
4. Put Roaster on top of Instant Pot electric pressure cooker and plug it into the outlet.
5. Select the temperature.
6. Set up time.
Cooking has begun.
Lift the lid at any time during the cooking process to pause cooking.
CAUTION!
10.Always use tongs and oven/silicon mitts when working with hot items to prevent burns. Never place a hot Roaster directly
on your countertop or another non-heat-resistance surface.
11.At the end of the cooking time, a short bell rings.
12.Check if the ingredients are cooked by a thermometer. If the ingredients still need to be cooked, please put the Roaster
back on the Instant Pot pressure cooker and continue cooking according to the required temperature and time.
13.To prevent possible illness, ALWAYS use a thermometer to verify that food is cooked to the temperature recommended by
the Food and Drug Administration.
5. Connect the power wire to the Roaster. For your safety, the Roaster will not turn on until you install it on the pressure cooker,
and thus, two safety buttons are pressed simultaneously on the seat ring of the cover.
6. Plugin the Roaster and set up the temperature you need using the Temperature control knob.
7. Determine the cooking time that you need following the recipe and set the timer by turning the Time control knob to the
desired time marking.
At this point, the On/Off indicator and Heating Indicator are ON, and the Roaster will turn on and start cooking.
If you want to stop the Roaster operation completely, you can reset the cooking time by turning the Time control knob
counterclockwise until the bell rings.
8. We recommend turning the cooked foods halfway through the cooking time for a more even cooking. To do this, you can
remove the Roaster from the pressure cooker, and the device will pause for a while. ALWAYS place the Roaster on a
heat-resistant surface while it is hot.
9.To continue cooking using this algorithm, place the Roaster back to the cooker, and the cooking process will continue.
The Frying basket and Steam Rack are dishwasher safe.
• Remove plug from the mains socket, and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the lid unit of the appliance in water and make sure no water enters the appliance.
• Clean the base unit by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
• Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance,
as they may damage the outside surfaces of the appliance.
• Clean all accessories in warm soapy water, do not use any scouring pads, steel wool or any strong solvents or abrasive
cleaning agents when cleaning accessories.
• For stubborn dirt or oil in the pan or basket, soak them in hot water with some detergent for 10 minutes.
• Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again.
• Do not use the appliance if damp. Ensure the appliance is completely clean and dry before storing.
• Unplug power cord from the power outlet and clean as instructed.
• Store on a flat, dry level surface out of reach of children.
Note:
The Roaster uses hot air heating technology. Never pour oil or fat into the fryer.
Tips:
Because the homemade chips are too hydrated and the shape is uneven, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect. It is
recommended to use frozen chips.
