28 days of purchase it should be returned to the
placeofpurchase for it to be replaced.

24months of original purchase,youshould

numberand Serial number on theproduct,or
writeto Morphy Richards at the address shown.
You will be asked to return the product (in
secure,adequate packaging)tothe address
belowalong with a copy of proof of purchase.
Subjectto the exclusions set outbelow(see
‘Exclusions’)the faulty appliancewillthen be
repairedor replacedand dispatchedusually
within7working days of receipt.
Ifforanyreasonthisitemisreplacedduring
the2 yearguaranteeperiod, theguaranteeon
thenew item willbecalculatedfrom original
purchasedate. Therefore it is vital toretainyour
originaltill receipt or invoice toindicatethe date
ofinitial purchase.
Toqualifyforthe 2 year guaranteetheappliance

MorphyRichards shallnotbe liableto replace
orrepairthegoodsunderthetermsofthe
Guaranteewhere:
1 Thefault has been caused orisattributable
toaccidental use, misuse,negligentuseor
usedcontrary to the manufacturers
recommendationsor wherethefault has
beencaused bypowersurges or damage
causedin transit.
2 Theappliance hasbeen usedona voltage
supplyother than that stamped onthe
products.
3 Repairshave beenattempted by persons
otherthan our service staff(orauthorised
dealer).
4 Wherethe appliance has been usedforhire
purposesor non-domesticuse.
5 MorphyRichards are not liable to carryout
any type of servicing work, under the
guarantee.
6 Plasticfiltersfor all Morphy Richards kettles
andcoffeemakersarenot covered by the
guarantee.
Thisguarantee does not conferanyrights
otherthan those expresslysetout above and
doesnot cover anyclaimsfor consequential
lossor damage.Thisguarantee is offeredas an
additionalbenefit and doesnotaffectyour
statutoryrightsas a consumer.
