eventofany applianceproving tobefaulty within
28days of purchase it should be returned to the
placeof purchase forit to bereplaced.
Ifthe fault developsafter 28 daysand within
24months oforiginal purchase,you should
contacttheHelplinenumber quotingModel
numberand Serialnumber onthe product,or
writeto Morphy Richards at theaddress shown.
You will be asked to return the product (in
secure,adequatepackaging) totheaddress
belowalong witha copy ofproof of purchase.
Subjectto theexclusions setout below (see
‘Exclusions’)thefaulty appliancewill thenbe
repairedorreplacedand dispatchedusually
within7 working daysof receipt.
Iffor any reasonthis item is replacedduring
the2year guarantee period,the guarantee on
thenew item will be calculatedfrom original
purchasedate. Thereforeit isvital to retainyour
originaltill receiptor invoice toindicate thedate
ofinitial purchase.

toaccidental use, misuse, negligent useor
usedcontrary tothe manufacturers
recommendationsorwhere thefault has
beencausedby powersurges ordamage
causedin transit.
2 Theappliancehasbeen usedona voltage
supplyother thanthat stampedon the
products.
3 Repairshavebeenattempted bypersons
otherthan our service staff(or authorised
dealer).
4 Wherethe appliancehas beenused for hire
purposesornon-domestic use.
5 MorphyRichards arenot liableto carry out
any type ofservicing work, underthe
guarantee.
6 Plasticfilters for allMorphy Richards kettles
andcoffeemakers are not covered bythe
guarantee.
Thisguarantee doesnot conferany rights
otherthanthose expresslyset outabove and
doesnotcover anyclaims forconsequential
lossor damage.This guaranteeis offeredas an
additionalbenefit and doesnot affectyour
statutoryrights as aconsumer.
