E02 Motor 2 Fault

E04 Motor 1 Hall Signal
Missing
Cause: The Hall
cord of motor 1 is
not connected.
1. Ensure that the Hall cord of
motor 1 is securely connected
to the control box.
2. Check whether the Hall cord
of motor 1 is undamaged.
3. After troubleshooting, press
any key (except M key) to
clear the error code and
return to normal operation.
E05 Motor 2 Hall Signal

E07 Motor 1 Over-
Current
Causes: Overload,
Mechanical Fault
1. Reduce the load to stay within
the maximum capacity, or
troubleshoot any mechanical
issues.
2. After 8 seconds, press any
key (except M key) to clear
the error code and resume
normal operation.
E08 Motor 2 Over-
Current
Causes: Overload,
Mechanical Fault

E10 Desk Unbalanced
Cause: The two
motors are running
out of sync.
To reset the desk, use only the
DOWN key. Hold both the UP
and DOWN keys together for 5
seconds until the reset finishes.
Afterward, the error code will
be cleared.
Hot Motors Overheating
Cause: The system
automatically detects
when the motor tem-
perature becomes
too high, causing it
to pause operation.
Any key is invalid. When the
motors resume operation, the
hand control will display the
current height.

3. Operations
• Press the UP key to raise the desk. Release the key to stop the desk's
movement.
• Press the DOWN key to lower the desk. Release the key to stop the
desk's movement.
• Reset: If it's the first time using the desk, if the desk becomes
unbalanced, or if the LED displays incorrect height data, a reset is
needed. Press and hold the UP and DOWN key simultaneously for 5
seconds. Release the keys when the desk returns to its lowest displayed
height. Reset is complete.
• After the motor remains inactive for 60 seconds, the LED screen will
automatically turn off, entering standby mode. Press any key (except
the M key) to resume normal operation.
How to Save a Position:
①Press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the desk to your desired height.
②Press the M key; the display will flash for 5 seconds.
③Within these 5 seconds, press one of the memory keys to store the
position.
④Repeat the same process to set up the other 2 memory positions. The 1,
2, and 3 keys on the hand control can each store a different height
position, and this data is retained even in case of a power outage.
⑤To recall a stored position: Hold down the memory key to reach your
saved height, or press the memory key once for the desk to automatically
adjust to the stored position. (Both modes can be configured based on
customer preferences.) You can also stop the desk by pressing any key
during its movement.

Setting the Lower Limit:
While holding down both the M key and the 1 key, the digital display will
blink and show the real-time height. Use the UP or DOWN key to adjust
to the desired minimum height, then press S key to confirm and save the
setting.
Setting the Upper Limit:
While holding down both the M key and the 2 key, the digital display will
blink, showing the real-time height. Use the UP or DOWN key to adjust
to the desired maximum height, then press M key to confirm and save
the setting.
Switching the Height Display Unit:
Press and hold both the M key and the 3 key simultaneously to switch the
display unit between centimeters (cm) and inches (inch).
Setting Anti-Collision Sensitivity:
Press and hold both the 2 key and the 3 key for 5 seconds simultaneous-
ly. The digital display will start flashing. Then, press either the 1 key, 2 key,
3 key, or the S key to configure the anti-collision sensitivity level: high,
medium, low, or default.
Setting the Base Height:
①Press the DOWN key to lower the desk to its minimum height.
②Hold the DOWN key for 10 seconds to enter the basic height setting
interface.
③Use the UP or DOWN key to adjust the value (press the 3 key to switch
between adjustments). After adjusting the parameters, press the 1 key
and the 2 key to complete the setting.

4. Precautions for Use
• This product is intended solely for use with adjustable desks; do not
use it for any other purposes.
• Prior to use, ensure that the control box, hand control, and power cord
are all in good condition. If you encounter any quality issues, please
contact the manufacturer or authorized agents for replacements.
• Note that the control box can only be connected to the voltage
specified on the label.
• Avoid using this product in locations susceptible to corrosion or
oxidation.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and high-temperature environments;
this product is designed for indoor use only.
• Non-professionals should refrain from disassembling this product to
prevent electrical hazards.
• Any required after-sales service should be carried out by the
manufacturer or an authorized service representative.
• Do not attempt to install or operate the product if it is
damaged or if parts are missing. Doing so may result in
equipment damage or personal injury.
• Ensure that the control box is only connected to the
specified voltage mentioned on the label.
• To prevent electrical hazards, refrain from disassembling
this product if you are not a qualified professional.
