INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
T ls required:
Screwdriver / trim tool, torx set, socket set, spa ers
FIESTA ST INTERCOOLER

STEP 1: Secure the car safely o a ramp / axle sta ds, the with the bo et ope ,
u do the two headlight retai i g screws o both sides
STEP 2: Loose a d remove the fixi g screws coveri g the slam pa el cover

STEP 3: Withdraw both headlights by pulli g upwards - o ce lifted partially out of
place you’ll be able to u do the electrical co ector o the rear
STEP 4: U do the foglight co ectors o both sides via the access created by
removi g the headlights

STEP 5: U do both wi g-to-bumper bolts o both sides of the bumper
STEP 6: U do the faste ers holdi g the wheel arch li er to the bumper o both
sides
STEP 7: U der eath the car, u do the faste ers holdi g the cooli g pack cradle
to the bumper

STEP 8: U do the remai g slam pa el cover bolts ext to the bo et release catch
STEP 9: The bumper ca ow be removed by pulli g forwards - as show
REF: The fro t of the car should ow look similar to the shot below.

STEP 10: U do the jubilee clip holdi g the boost pipe a d withdraw (repeat o opposite side)
STEP 11: U do the two bolts holdi g the cooli g pack cradle to the mai cooli g pack
STEP 12: U do the three bolts supporti g the lower cooli g pack cradle

STEP 13: Carefully withdraw the lower cooli g pack cradle as show
STEP 15: You will ow be able to u hook a d withdraw the OE i tercooler
STEP 14: U do the i tercooli g mou ti g bolts o both sides

STEP 16: I stall the mou tu e i tercooler by reverse procedure -
e sure the rubber locati g mou ts are tra sferred across
STEP 17: With the mou tu e i tercooler i place, secure with the origi al bolts
STEP 18: E sure the boost hoses are fully e gaged a d the tighte usi g the
origi al jubilee clip

STEP 19: Re-fit the lower cooli g pack cradle by reverse of removal
STEP 20: The fro t of the car should ow look like this; re-fit the bumper a d headlights
by the reverse procedure to i stalatio .
STEP 21: With the bumper a d headlights rei stalled, e sure the headlights a d
fog lights operate correctly, before taki g for a road test.
