Installing the MS AutoHoofClean
1. Drill 2 x 8 mm holes horizontally at 345 mm (see image). Then mount the pump unit with
the 2 supplied plugs and bolts.
2. Grab the supplied hose, mount the GK-coupling and the hose clamp onto it. Then connect
these to output 7.
3. Put the mat at the desired location.
4. Ensure that the hose of the pump unit runs to the mat and tie it properly to existing
installations, for example with the supplied tie wraps. Place the hose in such a way that
bends or kinds are avoided.
5. Cut the hose to the correct length so that it can be connected to the mat. Mount the last
GK-coupling and hose clamp to the hose on the side of the mat. Then connect it to the inlet
on the mat.
6. Make sure that clean (tap) water is fed through inlet 4.
7. Place a jug with MS AutoHoofClean under the pump unit. Connect the transparent hose to
the dosing unit and ensure that the hose can reach all of the fluid. Connect the transparent
hose to connection 5 of the pump unit (front connection) and ensure that the hose ends up
at the bottom of the jug.
8. Place the jug with alternative product under connection 6 (rear connection) of the pump
unit. Connect the hose to connection 6 (rear connection) and make sure that the hose
comes out at the bottom of the jug.
9. Insert the plug (8) into the outlet.
Commissioning of the MS AutoHoofClean
1. Disconnect the hose at inlet 7 on the pump unit.
2. Put a bucket underneath outlet 7 to collect the liquids.
3. Press the water button (1) until water flows out of output 7.
4. Turn the water knob and “MS HoofClean” (2) until the transparent suction hose is full of
product and check whether a mixture of water and “MS HoofClean” comes out. Then turn
the knob back in its original position
5. Turn the water knob + Alternative product until the transparent suction hose is full of
product and check whether a mixture of water and the Alternative product comes out.
Then turn the knob back in its original position.
6. Reconnect the hose to output 7 on the mat.
7. Fill the mat by turning the water knob and “MS HoofClean” (2) to the right and then return
the knob in its original position.
8. Test it by walking over the mat once and look if the product is present everywhere.
9. The system now works automatically at the following times.
3 times a day 10 minutes of water + 2.7% main cleaning on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
and Sun at 8:00 am, 4:00 pm and 12:00 am
3 times a day 15 minutes of water + alternative product on Tues and Thurs at 8:00
AM, 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM

Het installeren van “MS AutoHoofClean”
1. Boor 2 gaten van 8 mm horizontaal op 345 mm (zie afbeelding). Monteer vervolgens
de pompunit met de 2 meegeleverde pluggen en bouten.
2. Pak de meegeleverde slang, monteer hieraan een meegeleverde GK-koppeling en
slangenklem. Koppel deze vervolgens aan uitgang 7.
3. Plaats de mat op de gewenste locatie.
4. Zorg dat de slang van de pompunit naar de mat loopt en bevestig deze degelijk,
bijvoorbeeld met behulp van de meegeleverde tiewraps aan de bestaande leidingen.
Positioneer de slang zo dat er geen haakse bochten of knikken ontstaan in de slang.
5. Maak de slang op lengte, zodat deze op de mat aan te sluiten is. Monteer aan de mat
zijde van de slang de laatste meegeleverde GK-koppeling en slangenklem. Koppel
deze vervolgens op de ingang van de mat.
6. Zorg voor toevoer van schoon (kraan)water op ingang 4.
7. Plaats een kan met “MS AutoHoofClean” onder de pompunit. Koppel de transparante
slang aan op aansluiting 5 van de pompunit (voorste aansluiting) en zorg ervoor dat
de slang op de bodem van de kan uitkomt.
8. Plaats de kan met alternatief prodcut onder aansluiting 6 (achterste aansluiting) van de
pompunit. Koppel de slang aan aansluiting 6 (achterste aansluiting) en zorg ervoor dat
de slang op de bodem van de kan uitkomt.
9. Steek de stekker (8) in het stopcontact.
Ingebruikname van “MS AutoHoofClean”
1. Koppel bij de pompunit de slang op uitgang 7 los.
2. Zet onder uitgang 7 een emmer om de vloeistoffen op te vangen.
3. Draai de knop voor het water (1) tot er water uit uitgang 7 komt. Draai de knop
daarna terug.
4. Draai de knop water + “MS HoofClean” (2) tot de transparante aanzuigslang vol
middel zit en check of er een mengsel van water en “MS HoofClean” uit komt. Draai
de knop daarna terug.
5. Draai de knop water + alternatief product tot de transparante aanzuigslang vol middel
zit en check of er een mengsel van water en alternatief product uit komt. Draai de knop
daarna terug.
6. Sluit de slang naar de mat weer aan op uitgang 7.
7. Vul de mat door middel van de draaiknop water en “MS HoofClean” (2) naar rechts te
draaien en draai de knop daarna terug.
8. Loop als test een keer over de mat, kijk daarbij of het middel overal aanwezig is.
9. Systeem werkt vanaf nu automatisch op de volgende tijden.

Installation des „MS AutoHoofClean“
1. Zwei Löcher von je 8 mm horizontal auf 345 mm bohren (siehe Abbildung). Daraufhin
das Pumpenaggregat mit den beiden mitgelieferten Dübeln + Bolzen befestigen.
2. Den mitgelieferten Schlauch nehmen und daran eine mitgelieferte GK-Kupplung und
Schlauchklemme befestigen. Diese dann an den Auslass 7 anschließen.
3. Die Matte an die gewünschte Stelle legen.
4. Dafür sorgen, dass der Schlauch vom Pumpenaggregat zur Matte verläuft. Er muss -
beispielsweise mithilfe der mitgelieferten Kabelbinder - ordentlich an den bestehenden
Leitungen befestigt werden. Den Schlauch so positionieren, dass keine 90-Grad-Winkel
oder Knicke im Schlauch entstehen.
5. Den Schlauch auf die richtige Länge zuschneiden, sodass er an die Matte angeschlossen
werden kann. An der Mattenseite des Schlauchs die letzte mitgelieferte GK-Kupplung und
Schlauchklemme anbringen. Dann den Schlauch in den Einlass der Matte einstecken.
6. Für die Zufuhr von sauberem (Leitungs-) Wasser am Einlass 4 sorgen.
7. Einen Behälter mit „MS AutoHoofClean“ unter dem Pumpenaggregat aufstellen. Den
transparenten Schlauch an die Dosierungseinheit (5) anschließen, wobei darauf zu achten
ist, dass der Schlauch mit der gesamten Flüssigkeit in Kontakt steht.
8. Stellen Sie die Behälter mit alternatives Produkt unter Anschluss 6 (hinterer Anschluss) der
Pumpeneinheit. Schließen Sie den Schlauch an Anschluss 6 (hinterer Anschluss) an und
stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schlauch am Boden der Kanne endet.
9. Den Stecker (8) in die Steckdose einstecken.
Inbetriebnahme des „MS AutoHoofClean“
1. Am Pumpenaggregat den Schlauch am Auslass 7 lösen.
2. Unter dem Auslass 7 einen Eimer zum Auffangen der Flüssigkeiten bereitstellen.
3. Drehen den Knopf für das Wasser (1) drücken, bis Wasser aus dem Auslass 7 austritt.
Dann drehen Sie den Knopf zurück.
4. Drehen den Knopf Wasser + „MS HoofClean“ (2) drücken und festhalten, bis der
transparente Ansaugschlauch mit dem Mittel gefüllt ist; überprüfen, ob eine Mischung aus
Wasser und „MS HoofClean“ herausfließt. Dann drehen Sie den Knopf zurück.
5. Drehen den Knopf Wasser + alternatives Produkt bis der transparente Saugschlauch mit
Medium gefüllt ist, und prüfen Sie, ob eine Mischung aus Wasser und alternatives Produkt
austritt. Dann drehen Sie den Knopf zurück
6. Den Schlauch zur Matte wieder an den Auslass 7 anschließen.
7. Die Matte füllen durch den Drehknopf Wasser und „MS HoofClean“ (2) nach rechts zu
drehen und drehen Sie dann den Knopf zurück
8. Zur Überprüfung einmal über die Matte gehen; dabei ist sicherzustellen, dass überall
Mittel vorhanden ist.
9. Ab sofort funktioniert das System automatisch zu den folgenden Zeiten.

Installation du “MS AutoHoofClean”
1. Percer 2 trous de 6 mm horizontalement sur 345 mm (voir figure). Monter ensuite l’unité
de pompage avec les 2 chevilles et boulons fournis.
2. Prendre le tuyau fourni, monter sur ce dernier le raccord GEKA et le collier de serrage
fournis. Puis le raccorder à la sortie 5.
3. A. Fixez solidement le tapis à la glissière de guidage vers le robot de traite à l'aide des
grandes attaches fournies.
B. Placer le tapis à l’endroit souhaité.
4. Veiller à ce que le tuyau de l’unité de pompage aille jusqu’au tapis et le fixer correctement
aux conduits existants, par exemple avec les attaches autobloquantes fournies. Positionner
le tuyau sans le plier ou le pincer.
5. A. Couper le tuyau à la bonne longueur de manière à pouvoir le raccorder au tapis.
Monter, côté tapis du tuyau, le dernier raccord GEKA et collier de serrage fournis. Puis les
raccorder sur l’entrée du tapis.
B. Dirigez le tuyau de remplissage sous le bord latéral du tapis jusqu'à un coin ou un
endroit près du tapis où il peut être dévié en toute sécurité et relié à l'alimentation en
liquide du tapis sans aucune charge de traction. Utilisez les petites attaches fournies.
6. Veiller à une arrivée d’eau claire (du robinet) en quantité suffisante sur l’entrée 4.
7. Placer un bidon de “MS AutoHoofClean” sous l’unité de pompage. Raccorder le tuyau
transparent à l’unité de dosage et veiller à ce qu’il puisse atteindre le fond du bidon.
8. Placer un bidon d’autre produit sous la connexion 6 (connexion arrière) de l’unité de
pompage. Raccorder le tuyau à la connexion 6 (connexion arrière) et veiller à ce qu’il
puisse atteindre le fond du bidon.
9. Brancher la fiche (6) sur la prise électrique.
Mise en service du “MS AutoHoofClean”
1. Débrancher le tuyau de l’unité de pompage de la sortie 5.
2. Placer un seau sous la sortie 5 afin de recueillir les liquides.
3. Faire tourner le bouton pour l’eau (2) jusqu’à ce que de l’eau sorte de la sortie 5. Faire
ensuite tourner le bouton dans le sens opposé.
4. Faire tourner le bouton eau et “MS HoofClean” (3) jusqu’à ce que le tuyau d’aspiration
transparent soit rempli de produit et vérifier qu’il en sorte un mélange d’eau et de “MS
HoofClean”. Faire ensuite tourner le bouton dans le sens opposé.
5. Faire tourner le bouton eau et autre produit jusqu’à ce que le tuyau d’aspiration
transparent soit rempli de produit et vérifier qu’il en sorte un mélange d’eau et d’autre
produit. Faire ensuite tourner le bouton dans le sens opposé.
6. Raccorder le tuyau allant vers le tapis à la sortie 5.
7. Remplir le tapis en faisant tourner le bouton rotatif eau et “MS HoofClean” (3) vers la
droite. Faire ensuite tourner le bouton dans le sens opposé.

8. Faire un test en marchant une fois sur le tapis et vérifier la présence de produit sur toute sa
surface.
9. Désormais, le système fonctionne automatiquement aux horaires suivants :
-3x par jour (lundi, mercredi, vendredi, samedi et dimanche), 10 minutes eau + 2,7 %
HoofClean : 8h00 –16h00 –00h00 (UTC+1)
-3x par jour (mardi et jeudi), 15 minutes eau + autre produit : 4h00 –12h00 - 20h00
(UTC+1)
-6x par jour (tous les jours), 7 minutes eau : 10h40 –13h20 –18h40 –21h20 –
02h40 –05h20
