Pairing of your WisePad with the
Device (Mobile/Tablet)

Prepare your WisePad to pair with your Device (Mobile/Tablet).
Ensure that the WisePad is fully charged via the microUSB slot (1a)
on the left.
Switch on your WisePad using the Power button (1b), it takes
approximately 3-4 seconds. The display will show STANDBY.

Ensure that BlueTooth is switched on on your Device
(Mobile/Tablet)
Press the Bluetooth button (1a) on your WisePad for 4-5 seconds.
This will put your WisePad in Bluetooth pairing mode.
The blue light (1b) on your WisePad will start blinking.

To pair with passkey, ensure the passkey on the Device
(Mobile/Tablet) is the same as that on your WisePad.
Then press Pair.
DEVICE

Press on your WisePad and press Accept on the application.
The Bluetooth pairing is complete.
The WisePad will display:
PASSKEY 123456

Transaction on your WisePad using a
Magnetic Stripe Card or Chip Card

On the Device (Mobile/Tablet) open the Mswipe Application.
Login using your Username and Password.

Your WisePad will show STANDBY on the screen when switched
on but not in use.

In the Mswipe Application on the Device (Mobile/Tablet), open
the Card Sale option.
When you select Card Sale, your WisePad will detect the
command and show WISEPAD READY on the screen.
DEVICE

Enter the Amount and Mobile Number in the Card Sale option,
then press Next.
Conrm the total Card Sale amount by pressing OK.
DEVICE

Follow the instructions on screen, press Start.
DEVICE

When you press Start on the Device (Mobile/Tablet), your
WisePad will show SWIPE / INSERT
SWIPE /INSERT

Swipe the card in the slot on the top of your WisePad, with the
Magnetic Stripe facing towards you. The Magnetic Stripe should
be at the bottom.
After swiping the card it may prompt you to enter the PIN for the
same.
For Magnetic Stripe Card
INPUT PIN

After putting in the PIN, the Device (Mobile/Tablet) will show the
card details. Conrm the details and press Submit.

Card Sale APPROVED will pop up, press Ok to proceed.

On the Device (Mobile/Tablet) it will bring you to the digital
signature screen.
After signing on the screen, press Submit and the signature
gets uploaded to the server and the transaction is complete.

For Chip Card
ICC INSERTED
Insert the Chip Card into the slot on the lower side of your
WisePad, with the chip side of the card facing upwards and the
chip being inserted into your WisePad.
Your WisePad will show ICC INSERTED.

Press on your WisePad to proceed. It may prompt you to enter
the PIN for the same.
The WisePad will display the amount:
