MP1 Model railway motor switch
The motor switch is used for electric operation of the two-position mechanisms in models, such as turnout points or mechanical signals and barriers. The
travel distance can be set in three steps, 3 mm,6mmand 9mm see the illustration
Both d.c. and a.c. power supplies are suitable, with a current consumption aprox 150 mA during motion. The mechanism has a end of travel detection
switch, i.e. the control voltage can be applied permanently, to be disconnected automatically once a respective position is reached and the motion stops.
For accessory and frog control purposes, there is a 1-amp switch SPDT contact with ressetable thermal protection fuse set to 0.5A short-circuit protection
on the point frog.
Connect to the COM+ terminal with d.c. power
supply. The F1 contact will close once the
movement ends up at the Position 1 (or the Position
2 in case of the F2 contact respectively)
How to change the distance of travel

steps
A) Unscrew 3 screws on the housing bottom
B) Remove the slider assembly
C) Set the pin to a desired position
D) Reassemble the set and fit the housing. Carefully retighten screws.
The switches must get in contact with cams, but beware of plastic parts while
retightening. Excessive effort might cause damage to them; try with the screw
first.

Motorischer Weichenantrieb für die Modelleisenbahn MP1
Der Weichenantrieb dient zur elektrischen Steuerung von Ein-Aus-Mechanismen in Modellen, typisch Weichen oder mechanische Signale oder
Schranken. Der Hub wird in drei Stufen 3, 6 und 9 mm eingestellt – siehe Zeichnung.
Die Spannungsversorgung ist Gleich- und Wechselstrom 8 – 16 V, Stromaufnahme ca. 150 mA beim Lauf. Der Mechanismus ist mit Endlagenschaltern
ausgestattet, d.h. Steuerungsspannung kann dauerhaft angeschlossen sein, nach dem Erreichen der betreffenden Lage werden die Stromaufnahme und
die Bewegung automatisch getrennt.
Für Hilfszwecke ist er mit einem Wechselkontakt 1 A, mit Wärmeschutz durch eine Sicherung 0.5 A (Schutz vor Kurzschluss auf dem Herzstück der
Weichen) ausgestattet.
Bei Verwendung von Gleichstrom an der Klemme
COM + die Polarität anschließen. Nach dem Ende
der Bewegung auf Position 1 schließt sich der
Kontakt F1 (analog Position 2 bzw. F2).

Vorgehen
A) 3x Schraube der unterenAbdeckung lösen.
B) Die Baugruppe des Reiters herausnehmen.
C) Den Bolzen des Mitnehmers in die gewünschte Position versetzen.
D) Wieder einsetzen und abdecken. Die Schrauben sorgfältig anziehen, damit die
Stecker in den Nocken aufliegen, aber die Kunststoffteile nicht durch zu starkes
Anziehen beschädigen.An der mit bezeichneten Schraube ausprobieren.A
Einstellen der Position der Nadel in Längsrichtung
(Lösen von 2x Schraube und Verschieben des Reiters).

(2 Rillen für unterschiedliche Nadeldurchmesser)
Die Schelle kann ersetzt und der Mechanismus
direkt durch die Schraube M2 befestigt werden.

Motorický pøestavník pro modelovou eleznici MP1
Pøestavník slouí pro elektrické ovládání dvoupolohových mechanismù v modelech, typicky výhybky èi mechanická návìstidla a závory. Zdvih se
nastavuje ve tøech stupních 3, 6 a 9 mm- viz nákres.
Napájení je stejnosmìrné i støídavé 8-16V, odbìr cca 150mA pøi chodu. Mechanismus je vybaven koncovými spínaèi polohy, tj ovladací napájení mùe
být pøipojeno trvale , po dojezdu do pøíslušné polohy se odbìr proudu a pohyb samoèinnì odpojí.
Pro pomocné úèely je vybaven pøepínacím kontaktem 1A, s ochranou tepelnou pojistkou 0.5A(ochrana zkratu na srdcovce výhybek)
Pøi pouití DC napájení pøipojit na svorku COM +
polaritu. Po dokonèení pohybu na pozici 1 se
sepne kontakt F1, (ekvivalentnì pozice 2 resp F2)
