Folgende grundlegenden Anforderungen der EG Maschinenrichtlinie //EG
sind angewandt und eingehalten:

Die speziellen technischen Unterlagen wurden gemäß Anhang VII Teil B der EG-
Maschinenrichtlinie //EG erstellt. Wir verpflichten uns diese Unterlagen oder
Teile davon per Post oder in elektronischer Form, einzelstaatlichen Stellen, auf deren
begründetes Verlangen, innerhalb einer angemessenen Zeit, zu übermitteln. Für die
Zusammenstellung der technischen Unterlagen ist bevollmächtigt: Herr Ralf Burgho ·
Heßlingsweg  -  ·D- Dortmund
Die unvollständige Maschine – Spannsystem – darf erst dann in Betrieb genommen
werden, wenn gegebenenfalls festgestellt wurde, dass die Maschine, in welche die
unvollständige Maschine – Spannsystem – eingebaut werden soll, den Bestimmungen
der Maschinenrichtlinie //EG entspricht.

This partly completed machinery – tensioning system - must not be put into service un-
til the nal machine into which it is to be incorporated has been declared in conformity
with the provisions of this Directive //EC, where appropriate.
