1. Introduction
Currently, the ultrasonic cleaner is a widely used and popular instrument. It can
effectively replace the hand-wash activities in daily life. It can be operated easily,
conveniently, and swiftly and fix the problem of hard-to-wash items. It's safe and
efficient.

3. Working Principle
It mainly uses a transducer to translate electric energy into high-frequency mechanical
vibration and reflects ultrasonic waves onto the cleaning solution in the wash sink
through the wall of the wash tank. Due to ultrasound radiation, micro-bubbles in the
liquid can keep vibrating under the influence of sound waves. It destroys the
absorption formed between dirt and cleaning items, causing the endurance failure of
dirt and thus removing it. The bubbles' vibration wipes and cleans the surface of the
solid.
4. Range of application
The instrument has advantages that other physical or chemical cleaning can not
compete. It's widely used in the service sector, electronics industry, medical industry,
experiments, machines, etc.
