Part I
1. Introduction
Currently, the ultrasonic cleaner is a widely used and popular instrument. It can
effectively replace the hand-wash activities in daily life. It can be operated easily,
conveniently, and swiftly and fix the problem of hard-to-wash items. It's safe and
efficient.
2. Advantages
(1) It has a strong power output, improving the function of ultrasound.
(2) It has a constant temperature system, enhancing cleaning precision.
(3) It's made of stainless steel, safe, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion
resistance.
(4) It has a touch screen, and the buttons are sensitive and easy to operate.
3. Working Principle
It mainly uses a transducer to translate electric energy into high-frequency mechanical
vibration and reflects ultrasonic waves onto the cleaning solution in the wash sink
through the wall of the wash tank. Due to ultrasound radiation, micro-bubbles in the
liquid can keep vibrating under the influence of sound waves. It destroys the
absorption formed between dirt and cleaning items, causing the endurance failure of
dirt and thus removing it. The bubbles' vibration wipes and cleans the surface of the
solid.
4. Range of application
The instrument has advantages that other physical or chemical cleaning can not
compete. It's widely used in the service sector, electronics industry, medical industry,
experiments, machines, etc.

1. Detailed Operations
General functions are as shown in the following:
(1) Installation and preparation
a) Check whether the parts are loose after unboxing.
b) Put the machine in a ventilated and dry place and ensure it locates on a flat
surface.
c) Connect the power plug properly and make sure it's tightly linked.
d) Add the cleaning solution per the needs.
(2) How to clean
Just use water to clean the regular items. If the items are not cleaned for a long time,
or they are too dirty, please pour a proper amount of cleaning solution, enhancing the
cleaning effect. Wash the long items section by section.

3. Precautions on Use
(1) If the machine runs properly, even sound produced by the resonance of
ultrasound and wash tank should be heard, and the cleaning solution's surface is
quiet, and only spray can be seen that caused by cavitation. If the vibration is
discontinuous, please add cleaning solution to eliminate vibration, which
contributes to cleaning the items.
(2) Please try to make the device work discontinuously (it's better not to use the
device continuously for more than 60 minutes) on the premise that the items can
be cleaned. Long-term use of ultrasound will raise the temperature inside the
device body, which accelerates the burn-in of the electron device.
(3) Do not use flammable detergent.
(4) If there is no cleaning solution in the wash tank, do not start the heating or
ultrasound function.
(5) Prevent cleaning solution or water from splashing over the device body and
vibrator. If the vibrator is wetted, it may cause electric leakage and short circuit
and make the vibrator's chips burnt-out.
(6) If an object falls into the wash tank or the device body, please take it out
immediately.
(7) Change the cleaning solution or discharge it when it's under normal temperature
and off the ultrasound and heating switch and take out the power plug.
(8) Clean the device or remove dirt from the wash tank immediately after use.
4. Troubleshooting
(1) I can't start the device.
A. Make sure you plug the power cord into a good power socket.
B. Check whether the fuse tube in the back is loose or burnt out.
(2) The device can't heat.
A. Check whether the temperature switch is adjusted.
B. Check whether the device's power plug is closely linked.
(3) The device doesn't output ultrasound.
A. Check whether the ultrasound switch is adjusted.
B. Check whether the device's power plug is closely linked.

5. FAQs
(1) Q: Does ultrasonic cleaning damage cleaning items?
A: No. Ultrasound mainly utilizes vibration to do cleaning and translates electric
energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration. It will not damage the cleaning item
while cleaning it.
(2) Q: Can I add cleaning solution while the device is running?
A: No. If there is no cleaning solution in the wash tank, the heating or ultrasound
function can not be launched.

7. Operating Steps
(1) Start ultrasound and heating function:
a) Add cleaning solution into the wash tank;
b) Connect the power;
c) Click the switch, and the wash tank generates sound due to working, which
means the ultrasound runs properly (the device can not work continuously over
one hour);
d) Just adjust the temperature switch to raise the temperature (the temperature can
be properly adjusted per cleaning item)
(2) Stop ultrasound and heating function:
a) Off the time or temperature switch;
b) Cut off the device's power.
c) Dump the cleaning solution when it cools down; clean the tank and its periphery
with a clean dishcloth; put the device in a shady and cool and dry place for future
use.
