Reac f Touch
Sec on 1 Introduc on
The Reac f Touch Urine Analyzer is a portable, easy to use analyzer. It is designed to read
only Reac f Urinalysis Reagent Strips.
The analyzer can be plugged into an electrical outlet and used on a bench top. It can also
be powered by ba eries to be able to freely move the analyzer from one tes ng site to
another.
The instrument performs a system test each me it is turned on. It automa cally calibrates
each me a test is run.
Results are displayed on the touchscreen and can be printed (if desired). The results can
also be transferred to a computer using an RS232 serial port or USB port on the back of the
instrument. The analyzer stores results from 2000 pa ent tests and is able to recall past
pa ent test results using the Records Review func on.
Note: Keys on the touchscreen are listed in bold. Display items on the screen and set-
ngs are listed in bold italics in this manual.
Note: Contains useful ps on using the analyzer.
Cau on: Should be followed carefully to ensure analyzer operates correctly and is
not damaged.
