Installation & Maintenance Guide
This guide provides instruction and tips for installing and caring for your
NanoFlex flexible linear luminaires, including diagrams and steps for the
various surface and pendant mounts available.

Depending on the location of the install site, a ladder or scissor lift
may be required for the product and the installers.

CLEANING NANOFLEX
NanoFlex fixtures are low-maintenance and easy to clean.
Simply use a soft cloth or tissue and glass cleaner to remove
dust and scuff marks from the NanoFlex lens.

FIELD CUTTING

ATTACHING OVERLAP CAPS
Installation & Maintenance Guide
Measure the NanoFlex fixture to the desired length and cut using a utility
knife.
Attach provided overlap caps using silcone glue. Follow the glue
instructions for bonding and setting times.
When cutting NanoFlex fixtures in the field, please first refer to
the spec sheetto ensure correct cut increments to avoid damaging
the LEDs and wiring.
Please also note that some NanoFlex fixtures are only cuttable at exact
locations indicated with a dashed line. Consult manufacturer for additional
information if needed.

METAL CLIP
FLEXIBLE CHANNEL
If required, route into mounting surface per profile channel dimensions.
Secure channel with mounting screws. Attach flexible channel to the
mounting surface, bending to the desired pattern. Press Dual Bend fixture
firmly into the channel.
When arranging clips or flexible channel for
mounting, be sure not to exceed the minimum bend
radius of the fixture. Doing so may damage the LEDs.

Cut aluminum channel to desired length and attach to mounting surface.
Press Dual Bend fixture into the channel.

CONTINUOUS CONCEALED WIRE CHANNEL
CONTINUOUS CHANNEL
Cut aluminum channel to desired length and attach to mounting surface.
Press Dual Bend fixture into the channel. The concealed wire channel is
recommended for fixtures with back feeds.
