IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS
Read all instructions carefully before use
Retain this productmanual for future reference.
Use this product only in the manner described.
Only use a water-dampened soft-cloth to clean the surface of the camera including the
lens. Removeparticulate such as dirtor grease before you do so otherwise you may
risk scratching the case.The camera is not waterproof when it is outside its waterproof
case
Be aware of environmentalconditions such extreme heat and cold, humidity, dusty,
saltyor sandy environments.In extremely cold weather and afterprolonged usage,
condensation may form inside the case which may cause the lens to fog up. We would
recommend to stop using the camera and letthe condensation evaporate (i.e.: don’t
try to wipe it off)
Do not expose to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like. Do not leave unit in
the car during hot weather.
For first time use, it is recommended to charge overnight to ensure a full battery
charge. Subsequent charges can be as required. During charging, or extended use, the
productmay become warm.
There are no user serviceable parts in this product.
Un-authorized attempts to dismantle or repair this product willvoid your
productwarranty
Do not pointthe camera directly at the sun as this may damage the video sensor
Do not wipe the lens surface with your fingers. Instead use an appropriate lens cleaning cloth
or lens cleaningsolution.
Do not use this device outdoors without the waterproof case.
CAUTION
DANGER OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS INCORRECTLY REPLACED.
REPLACE ONLY WITH THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT TYPE.

2) Switch on your NAVSPORT4KX2 sport camera.
3) Search and wait for the Device named NAVSPORT4KX2- to appear.
4) Connect using the password “12345678”if required.

For Apple IOS devices, visit the App Store and search for “LIVE DV”
and install the App.
Connect your Device and App via WiFi

CHARGING THE BATTERY
Turn the camera oand connect the USB cable to the camera and to your power source (i.e. in-car charger,
PC USB port or USB Mains Power Adaptor) The charging indicator light will turn RED. When the baery
charge is full, the light will turn OFF. A typical full charge takes up to 4 hours.
NOTE: The baery does not need to be removed under normal usage and charging condions. If
removed, please note the polarity of the baery when re-inserng. Take note of the input voltage and
current required by this device when connecng an external charger.
WATERPROOF CASE
1. Use your ngerp to gently pull the release lock and clamp, in the direcon of the arrow (on the
clamp)
2. Inspect the white rubber water seal gasket to ensure it is in good condion, and then insert the camera
in the correct orientaon.
Note 1: You can test the gasket by closing the case without the camera inside and submersing it completely
in a bowl of water for a few minutes. Remove the case from the water, dry offthe exterior with a towel, and
then open the case carefully. If the interior is dry, the camera and case will be safe for use under water.
Note 2: Only two buons are required for recording video and images: the Shuer Buon, and the On/Off
buon.
Note 3: Remember, when the unit is turned OFF and ON again, the unit will default to VIDEO modes and
the default resoluons.

INSERTING THE MICRO SD CARD
Carefully push the memory card into the card slot, as shown in the diagram
below (using your ngernail). The Micro SD card will “click into place”. To take
the memory card out, gently press the end of the memory card inward using
your ngernail un a click is heard. An internal spring will then release the card.
Note: This camera has no built-in memory. A memory card is needed for operaon.
Note 2: High Definion and High Frame Rate video capture devices, place huge demands on memory cards.
Pending your user sengs, it is recommended that a CLASS 10 MICRO SD Card be used to avoid Read/Write
complicaons, which will appear as an error message on the screen during use. If you are not sure, please
test any lower class cards (Read/Write speed) in the device before use.
START-UP/SHUTDOWN
START-UP: Press and hold the power buon un the welcome screen is displayed.
2. SHUTDOWN: Press and hold the power buon un the Goodbye screen is displayed.
Note 1: The camera may automacally shut down aer 5 minutes of inacve use to conserve power.
Note 2: If there is not enough power the low power baery icon will flash. When power has been exhausted
the camera will shut down.

SWITCH BETWEEN VIDEO AND PHOTO MODES
Use the mode buon to change between modes. A dierent icon will appear each me at the top leof
screen.
Video mode: Record video
(To start recording press the shuer buon)
Picture mode: Digital Sll Camera operaon
(To take a single picture, press the shuer buon)
START RECORDING / TAKE PHOTO
When the camera is turned on, it will automacally enter video mode. Either select another mode or start
recording videos by simply pressing the shuer buon. To stop video recording, press the shuer buon
again. When the memory card is full or the baery is too low, the camera will also automacally stop
recording.
PLAYBACK MODE
Aer turning on the camera, press the mode buon to select playback mode. A e screen will then
appear with a preview thumbnail image. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to select your e and tap
the le name secon to begin playback. Note: During extended sessions of playback, the screen may
automacally turn offto conserve power. Press the display buon or the shuer to turn the screen
back on if required.
PLAYBACK VIDEO: OPTIONS
The opons available on playback are: PAUSE and PLAY.
Note: The UP and DOWN buons control volume.
PLAYBACK PHOTOS: OPTIONS
The opons available on playback are: PREVIOUS IMAGE and NEXT IMAGE.
CONNECTING TO A COMPUTER
Files can be played back directly from the Camera to a Windows ® Computer via a USB cable. The
camera will appear as a common removable disk under Window Explorer. (Drivers are not required)

CONNECTING TO A HD TV
Connect the camera to a high-denion TV (or HDMI equipped monitor) with a Micro HDMI to HDMI cable (as
shown above). The HDMI signal will carry Full HD video and 2 channel stereo audio.
FAQ
Windows media player cannot play the
recorded video les?
Try installing a CODEC pack, otherwise we nd most
customers have beer luck with VLC Player.
How many minutes of video can I record to
my SD card?
In 720p mode, each minute will record up to 50MB
of data. So a 4GB card will store up to 80 minutes
and a 16GB card up to 320 minutes.
How long does a full charge take and how
long will it last?
A full charge can take up to 4 hours and will record
up to 90 minutes of video, depending on your
sengs and situaon e.g. me of day and detail of
image.
How many meters deep can I use the
waterproof case in water?
The waterproof case can safely go down to 30
meters in depth.
REMOTE CONTROL
When your Navsport4kx2 is in Video or Photo mode, you can use remote
control to take videos or photos. Simply press red button for photo taking and
press white button for video taking.

Warranty against Defects
Laser Corporaon Pty Ltd (“Laser”) warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for 12 months, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with
accompanying recommendaons or instrucons where provided. The benefit of this warranty is in addion to your
rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in
relaon to the goods or services to which the warranty relates. Through a network of retailers and resellers, Laser
will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes
defecve within the warranty period. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteraon,
accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect or improper storage. Please retain your receipt as proof of
purchase.
How to make a product warranty claim:
Step 1: Find your receipt which proves the date of purchase. Where the date of purchase cannot be verified, your
place of purchase or Laser will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture, the condion of the Laser
product and the type of defect. Step 2a): Contact your place of purchase. They will assess the nature of the fault
and refund or replace the product as per their store refund or warranty policy. Step 2b): If your place of purchase
cannot be contacted, then you can contact Laser Customer Service with details of your defecve Laser Product
Phone (02) 9870 3388; or Email: [email protected]om.au or online www.laserco.com.au/warranty (click on “Apply
for an RA number”). Our business address is at 1/6-8 Byfield Street, North Ryde, NSW 2113 Step 3: Laser will
issue you with a Return Authorisaon (RA) number within 48 hours. When requested, send us the defecve
product and a copy of your receipt. Laser will cover the cost of the return delivery. Step 4: Wait for us to contact
you. Once we have received your defecve Laser product for inspec�on, we will inform you of our assessment of
your claim within 7 days. When we contact you, we will firstly let you know whether you have a valid claim under
this Warranty, and if so, we will inform you whether your defecve Laser product will be replaced or repaired,
together with the number of days you can expect to wait to receive your replaced or repaired Laser product.
