App Instructions
First, please go to your App Store/Google Play Store and install the „REIMA“
App. Once you have successfully loaded it, you can open the App and
see all devices that are in the closer environment (see Figure 1). Now
select your desired device.

Afterwards you will be asked to enter a password (2). Please enter “8888“
in the empty input field and confirm with Login. If the Login is successful,
you will hear a “beep“. Now you may enter the Device control area to set
your Mystic Air (3).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Make sure, Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone. If your AromaStreamer® does not immediately connect to the App,
please press the repeat arrow in the right top corner (see Fig.1).
Note on setting the time: The AromaStreamer® automatically accepts the time set with each pairing with your smartphone
or tablet. Therefore, please connect your smartphone/tablet to the AromaStreamer® with each time change (from
summer time to winter time and back) so that the diffuser can accept the current time and the set operating times will
remain correct.

By pressing the “+“button, you can define up to 5 different scent settings.
Set different days or switch off the device during the lunch break. Through
various settings, you can configure your Mystic Air perfectly to your needs
(5).

The start time:
Scroll to your desired start time.
The end of time:
Scroll to your desired end time.
Set the days to active and inactive.
Red frame: active days
Grey frame: inactive days
Grade to adjust: Set the intensity level.
You can choose from level 1 to 20.
Save: Confirm your settings at the top right
with Save and you will return to the Device
control.
By using the buttons on the right side, you
can switch flexibly the times into active
and inactive (6).
Red: active

You can delete each setting at any time
and add a new one (7).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Deleting with iOS: Move the desired line to the left and confirm with Delete.
Deleting with Android: Press “X“ to the left in the middle and then the red Delete button.

App Instructions
You can change your password at any time. Click the About tab in the
main menu/Device control. Then press the Change password-button.
A new window will open in which you have to enter your new password
twice. Finally, confirm your input with Save to return to the menu (8).

If you do not want to make any further adjustments or changes to your
Mystic Air, you can close the App. Now the device will scent your rooms
according to your wishes.
Reset button: If you forget the password of your Mystic Air, you can
reset the password to „8888“ by pressing the reset button (see red
marking, Illustration 9).

Connect device to power, turn on the switch. You will hear a “beep” sound. Current time and
grade of fragance intensity appears on the screen. The screen turns off after the switch is turned
off or the power is disconnected.
Auto-lock and unlock
Screen is locked (switched off) automatically if no further
manual settings are made within 60s. Press SET (approx. 5s) until
you hear a „beep“. The screen is now unlocked.
Local time setting
Press the SET button for about 5 seconds until you hear a “beep”.
The date display starts to flash. Press ▲or ▼to adjust the date.
After date setting has been saved, press ENT to switch to time
setting. Press ▲or ▼to adjust the value. When you are done,
press SET to confirm the setting. (See picture 1)
Concentration grade setting
There are 20 scent levels to choose from. Press ▲to increase and
▼to decrease. (See picture 2).
If -CU- is shown as fragrance level on display, this is a user- defi
setting. This can only can be managed via our APP.

Important Note: Settings via manual or APP are synchronized.

Working time period setting
Work time period setting
There are 5 operating times available to be set every day
(Figure 3).
Press SET button to set the 1st working period (ON1). Press ▲
or ▼to select the desired working period (1-5). Press ENT for
the working period switch, touch ▲or ▼to choose ON or OFF,
press ENT button again to move to the operation time, press ▲
or ▼to adjust number.
Press ENT again to set the scent level. Then press ENT to select
the day (MON). Press ▲to set the working period (ON1) (see
Figure 4) or press ▼to select the end time (OFF1) (see Figure
5). Press ENT to go to the next day and repeat the above steps
for TUES to SUN.
When you are fi press SET to confi the setting and exit,
or press ENT set additional operating times (ON 1).
Repeat the setting steps for working times ON2, ON3, ON4 and
ON5.
P.S.: Device will not work if the start and end times are identical.

Important Note:
The fi working period is preset to start at 07:00 a.m. and
end to 7:00 p.m. with fragrance level 1,
All other working period times are set to 00:00.

Caution
Shall not modify, disassemble or repair the machine arbitrarily. Any failure happens,
please contact our support team.
Shall not damage the power cord, force to bend, yank, heavy load, clip or
reprocess.
Shalll not use the AC plug when it is damaged or un-matched with the socket;
Shall not wet the machine or the AC plug;
Shall not use overladen power socket, wire or broken plug.
Shall not touch the wire or product shell when thundering or/and lightening.
Shall not disassemble the machine when it is under operating.
Warning
1. After installation, please keep the machine vertical. Tilting or
placing it flat may cause an oil overflow and Mystic Air.
2. Shall not modify, disassemble or repair the Mystic Air arbitrarily.

3. Atomization icon displays on screen but the machine would not
diffuse when it stays on pause time.
4. It is invalid to touch/tap button when machine is under lock status.
5. If the screen display messy, programs crash, please rest the
machine by touch „ENT“ button about 5 seconds till a short „beep“
sound comes out.

Troubleshooting
Before asking to have the machine repaired, please try to diagnose the
problem first following to bellow instructions.
Does not diffuse
-Check whether the mode you choose is correct or not.
-Check if the machine is during „Non-Working period“
-Check whether the tube is loose or not
Oil leaking
-Check whether the bottle is loose or not
-The gasket in the atomized head is damaged or loose.

Breakdown Solution
Weak diffuse
-Check whether the gasket is damage/loose or not.
-Check whether the tube is loose or not
Oil sprinkle -The machine is tilled or lie down, keep the machine vertical.

Equipment cleaning
We recommend a cleaning of the device in the following cases:
1. General cleaning with every scent change.
2. Cleaning when the nebulization becomes weaker.
Cleaning steps:
1. Order a system cleaner together with your scent order.
2. Fill a small amount of the system cleaner into an empty scent bottle
and screw it into the nebulization unit. Now run your Mystic Air for
about 15 minutes on the highest intensity level.
3. You can use the device directly after cleaning.
Shipping / Return:
1. Please always use the original box to ship your Mystic Air.
2. Please make sure that there is no scent bottle located in the
device. If you are shipping a scent bottle, please close it properly.
