4. HOW TO USE
Getting Started
Before you start using the Headset with a mobile phone for the first time, you should:
- Full Charging the Headset with AC power Adapter included package.
- Decide on which ear you want the Headset (It’s delivered for left-ear use)
- Pair the Headset with a mobile phone
Charging
The Headset comes with a built-in rechargeable Li-Polymer battery.
The battery is not fully charged when you buy the Headset
We recommend that you charge the Headset until the indicator light turns green before using it for the
first time. Plug the AC power Adapter in the Headset for charging
- It takes 2.5 hours to fully recharge the battery
- When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light on the Headset turns green
Pairing the Headset
Before you start using the Headset for the first time, you must pair the Headset with a Bluetooth
mobile phone.
- To pair the Headset with Bluetooth mobile phone
1. with the Headset turned off, press and hold the Headset button for up to 10 seconds
until the indicator light on the Headset flashes Red .
2. In your mobile phone, scroll to Connect, YES-> Bluetooth, YES -> Discover, YES-
>Add devices, YES->Phone initiates, YES->Headset, YES
3. Enter the Headset Password, press “0000”, YES, The phone starts searching for the
Headset and the Headset’s LED flashes Red.
4. When pairing has been completed, the Headset indicator light flashes Green
Making and Receiving Calls
In connection with making and receiving calls you press the Call button on the Headset to

1. Make sure the phone and the Headset are on and within range of each other around 10
Meters.
2. Press the number you want to make a call on your mobile phone and press call button on the
Headset once.
Answering calls
1. To receive calling : press the Headset button for 1second in condition headset is on
2. To hang up calling : press the Headset button for 2 seconds in condition headset is on
3. Redialing: Press the button on the Headset once then you can see the dialed number you
just called before and press the button on the Headset again, you can get a redial.

Turning OFF the Headset Power
Press and hold the Headset button up to 5 seconds until you hear high-low tone. Then the Headset
LED turns off and powered off.
Adjusting the Listening Volume
You can adjust the Headset listening volume during a call.
To adjust the listening volume
- To increase the volume, slide the volume key up.
- To decrease the volume, slide the volume key down

Product care

-Do not expose your Headset to extreme high or low temperature.
-Do no expose your Headset to lit candles, cigarettes, or cigars, or to open flames etc.
-Do no drop, throw or try to bend the product as rough treatment could damage it
-Do not attempt to disassemble your Headset. The Headset does not contain consumer serviceable
or replacement components. Only NCNA Co., Ltd. Service Partners should perform service.
-Do not keep the Headset in an area prone to dust and dirt. Only use a soft damp cloth to clean your
Headset
-If you will not be using the Headset for a while, store it in a place that is dry, free from damp, dust
and extreme temperatures.
Radio frequency exposure
You Bluetooth Headset is a radio transmitter and receiver. When in operation, it communicates with a
Bluetooth mobile device by receiving and transmitting radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic fields
(microwaves) in the frequency range 2400 to 2500MHz. The output power of the radio transmitter is
low, 0.001 watt.

Driving
Check the laws regulations on the use of mobile phones and Headset in the areas where you drive.
Electronic equipment
Most modern electronic equipment is shielded from RF energy. However, certain electronic equipment
is not, therefore:
Do not use your Headset near medical equipment without requesting permission. If you are using any
personal medical devices, e.g. a pacemaker or a hearing aid, please read in your mobile phone’s
User’s Guide for further information.
Aircraft
Turn your Headset OFF before boarding any aircraft. To prevent interference with communication
systems, you must not use your Headset while the plane is in the air.
Battery information
Please note that only NCNA Co., Ltd. Service Partners are able to remove or replace the battery in a
proper way.
A rechargeable battery has a long service life if treated properly.
A new battery or one that has not been used for a long period of time could have reduced capacity
the first few times it is used.
Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures, never above +50 degree. For maximum battery,
use the battery in room temperature. If the battery is used in low temperatures, the battery capacity
will be reduced.
Warranty
If, during the warranty period, this Headset fails to operate under normal use and service, due to
improper material or workmanship, NCNA Co., Ltd. Service Partners will, at their option, either repair
or replace the Headset in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated here in.
Our warranty
NCNA Co., Ltd. Warrants this Headset to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the
time or its original purchase by a consumer, and for subsequent period of one (1) year.
-This warranty does not cover any failure of the Headset due to normal wear and tear, or due to
misuse, including but limited but not limited go use in other than the normal and customary manner, in
accordance with NCNA Co., Ltd’s instructions for use and maintenance of the Headset. Nor does this
warranty cover any failure of the Headset due to accident, modification or adjustment, acts of God,
improper ventilation of damages resulting from liquid.
-This warranty does not cover Headset failures due to improper repair installations, modifications or

service performed by a non NCNA Co., Ltd. Service Partners.
-Tempering with any of the seals on the Headset will void the warranty.
Some countries/states do not allow the exclusive or limitation of incidental or consequential damage,
or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the preceding limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you.
The warranty provided does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under national legislation in
force, nor does it affect the consumer’s rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchasing
contract.
