To unpair a paired Bluetooth®device, select the device in the [Delete] screen.

▼Introduction
The IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER is an adapter that connects a Bluetooth®device to a multifunctional
terminal.
The table below lists the type of device that can be connected to the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER and the
functions supported by it.

Press the headset call (call control) button twice briefly and
dial the numbers on the telephone.
・Answering terminating calls
Press the headset call (call control) button while a call
terminates with a ring tone.
※The headset call (call control) button allows you to only
originate calls from the headset and answer terminating
calls.
Any other headset-specific functions are not supported.
※The handset cannot be used while you are talking with the
headset on. You cannot switch to the headset to use while
you are using the handset, either.

ADAPTER.
・The receiver volume can be controlled with the multifunctional terminal (the cursor up and down keys
or the volume key).
・Whether the functions mentioned above work or not depends on the destination system. For more
details, refer to the manual that comes with the destination system.
・The ways you originate calls from the Bluetooth®headset and answer terminating calls may vary
depending on the type of device you use.

▼Mounting Procedure
Follow the steps below to attach the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER to the bottom-unit connecter on the back of
the multifunctional terminal. If the terminal is furnished with various cables, remove these cables first.
1Turn over the terminal.
2Lower the tilt legs to the first level.
3Release lugs a and b on the stopper
from grooves A and B in the tilt legs
and widen the tilt legs.
4Remove the connecter cover (rubber)
from the bottom unit connector.
5Position the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER
with its lower claws, and then attach it
to the terminal connecter while pushing
the right and left claws.
The upper claw clicks.
6Replace the tilt legs in original position.
The installation of the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER is complete.

Device with a Multifunctional Terminal with Each Other
Call up the Bluetooth®screen from a multifunctional terminal menu and register the Bluetooth®headset
with the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER.
For more details on working with the menu, refer to the manual that comes with your system.

Call up the Bluetooth®screen using one of the following methods:
<Entering a PIN Code>
When pairing a Bluetooth®device that has a PIN Code other than 0000, enter a string of 4 to 16 digits to
suit that device.
<Pairing>
Up to 8 Bluetooth®devices are located around the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER. Among those, select a
device you want to pair with the unit.
<Connecting to the Paired Device>
Enable the Bluetooth®device. Select [2. Enable] in the connection screen.
・Only one IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER can be mounted per telephone.
・The IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER cannot be mounted on the economy multifunctional terminal (IP3NA-2TH
TEL ( )) and the cordless terminal (IP3NA-12TXH(BT) TEL ( )).
Removing the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER
Lift the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER from the upper claw while pressing the upper claw and the right and left
claws.

The following operation is an example. Screen display may differ depending on your system or the
telephone connected.
Press menu keys > [5. Peripherals] > [1. Bluetooth]
・After pairing a Bluetooth®device, be sure to configure its connection to enable it. If connection setting
is not done, the Bluetooth®device cannot be used.
・To pair your Bluetooth®headset in use with the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER, disconnect the headset from
the Bluetooth®device or cancel the standby state and then connect the headset to the IP3NA-BHA
ADAPTER UNIT. Do not connect your Bluetooth®headset paired with the IP3NA-BHA ADAPTER
UNIT to any other Bluetooth®devices, as this may disable call origination and termination.
