GENERAL

For small-to-medium-sized businesses, home
offices and government and education environ-
ments, AccuSync Series monitors deliver excel-
lent image quality and easy-to-use features at
an exceptional value. This flexible series offers a
variety of sizes and options to accommodate
virtually every user’s needs.
The full line includes 15", 17", 19" and 21" models
and a multimedia version available in a 17"
screen size, delivering excellent sound quality
for public or private listening. The 17" AccuSync
750F features flat-screen technology for an
enhanced visual experience.
Excellent image quality optimizes today’s
sophisticated applications. All members of the
AccuSync family deliver outstanding screen per-
formance with crisp, sharp, accurate images
that enable comfortable viewing of text and
graphics-intensive applications. AccuSync Series
monitors feature fine dot pitches for clear, easy-
to-read text and graphics and high-resolution
support for more on-screen information.
They offer super-high refresh rates up to 160 Hz
for stable, flicker-free images that can ease eye-
strain and make viewing more comfortable.
Their FullScan™ capability also offers edge-to-
edge images without a functionless black border,
providing users with a maximum area to work
or play.
The added advantage of flat. The advanced
design of the AccuSync 750F flat-screen model
doesn’t simply improve image quality, it ensures
significantly less glare, reflection and distortion
than traditional curved screens. The innovative
design ofthe ClearFlat™ shadow mask CRT
deflects glare from overhead lighting away
from users so that what they see on-screen is
as realistic and lifelike as what they see on their
printed output. This results in reduced eye-
strain, less fatigue and improved comfort and
productivity. The AccuSync 750F—an additional
alternative in this full line of value-minded mon-
itors, with sizes, features and options to meet a
wide variety of needs at a range of outstanding
price points.
Dual Dynamic Beam Focus. This technology pro-
vides precise, continuous focus adjustments for
optimum picture quality(feature not available
on the 15" model).
Plug and Play compatibility enables easier
setup and improves performance. To minimize
setup and installation time with Windows®
95/98/2000/Me/XP, AccuSync Series monitors
feature Plug and Play compatibility. Plug and
Play allows the monitor to identify its capabili-
ties—such as screen size and resolutions sup-
ported by your computer. Display performance is
automatically optimized by providing the best
match between the capabilities of your monitor
and your computer.
ENERGY STAR®and NUTEK compliance saves
energy costs. AccuSync Series monitors include
the NEC Intelligent Power Manager™(IPM) sys-
tem, which allows the monitor to shift to a lower
power consumption level when not in use. This
can save up to two-thirds of your monitor
energy costs while your monitor is idling.

card or software utility that is VESA DPMS
compliant.)
PC and Macintosh®compatibility adds flexibility
for the future. AccuSync Series monitors are
fully compatible with PC and Macintosh comput-
ers, giving you the flexibility to change platforms
or use both without having to purchase a second
monitor. In addition, AccuSync monitors are com-
patible with a variety of resolutions, ensuring
that your monitor will grow with you as your
needs change.
ErgoDesign®enhancements increase comfort,
productivity and ease of use. AccuSync Series
monitors are designed according to NEC
ErgoDesign philosophy. ErgoDesign enhancements
adapt technology to the way you work, resulting
in increased comfort and ease of use.
Asset management capability assists managers.
AccuSync Series monitors support asset manage-
ment capability by adhering to VESA DDC and
EDID standards. Based on these standards, infor-
mation from the monitor—such as serial number,
model name, timing data and color settings—can
be communicated to a central system using asset
management software.
