HexaDuo Smart

Thank you for purchasing HexaDuo Smart. The HexaDuo
Smart is easy to use, and helps produce a clean and safe
environment. It is an energy-efficient high performance air
purifier with patent HIRD technology to help build a green life
style.
Features
Simple to use.
Energy Star compliance –highly efficient air cleaning with
low operating cost.
5 fan speed and mute selections for quiet but high
performance operation.
Remove dust or particles in the air.
Sophisticated measures to ensure safe operations; unit
will not operate if the collection array is not installed; or if
the unit is too dirty.
Indicator light up to prompt user when cleaning is needed.
Save money. No disposable filter, an environmentally
friendly device.
Specially designed cleaning tool for easy cleaning the
collection array is included.
Equip with sensors which help to monitor the real-time
PM2.5, temperature and humidity level.
Via the access on the mobile Apps, user could monitor
real-time room’s air quality and control the device remotely

Operation Modes
Sleep mode: All the indicators will be off when the
sleep mode operated. And that will resume to normal
stage after 6 hours or you’re press any of the device
and using the APP button

Warning
Indication
Description
Cleaning mode
When the accumulated operation time
reach two weeks, the Cleaning
Indicator will be lights up to remind the
user to clean the collection array. After
cleaning the collection array, the user
should press the Intelligent Mode
Button for 3 seconds to confirm the
cleaning is completed, the Cleaning
Indicator will be turn off and the device
will then return to normal operation
mode.
Protection mode
1. When the device is operating, and
the collection array removed
suddenly, then the device will be
stop working.
2. When the device powered on
without the collection array, the
device will not work, and then the
user needs to put the collection
array into the device. The device will
return to normal operation mode.
Failure mode
When the collection array accumulates
dust anvil or debris and over the
collection limit, the device will be stop
operation, and all of the lights will flash
at the same time as an alert to user.
The user will need to shut down the
device and clean the collection array.

Instructions
1. Connect the adaptor and manage the power cord.
Note:
Leave about 1ft (0.3m) behind
and a free path way in the front to
allow unobstructed air flow for
best performance.
2. Turn on the unit.

3. Adjust the required speed.
4. Stretch the bipod of the unit and put the unit on a flat
table or floor.
NOTE:
You may hear static noise when the unit is first started.
This is normal due to setting up of the hyper ionic field for
capturing the airborne particles.

Clean and Maintenance
1. Power off the unit and pull down the lock button to
unlock and then remove the collection array from the
unit.
2. For strong or sticky oil type pollutant, using spray soft
cleaner and use cleaning tool to clean the individual dust
plate and mesh cover.

3. Immerse the whole collection array into water or rinse it
thoroughly under running water.
4. Dry the collection array before re-install that to the unit.
Re-install the collection array in vertical direction down
and it will locked by lock button, HexaDuo Smart will be
resume to normal operation.

Note:
Continue using the unit for two
weeks, the lights up to alert you
having to clean the collection array.
After cleaning, re-install the
collection array back to the unit,
press button for 3 seconds to
confirm cleaning is finished
If the collection array is too dirty, the
unit shut down automatically and
flash all indicators for a warning.
Trouble Shooting
Not operating, no light indication
- Ensure the collection array is connected with the fan
body firmly.
- Ensure the AC adaptor is fully inserted into the AC outlet
and its plug is connected to the DC jack of the air
purifier.
- Press the Power button momentarily to observe that it
lights up.
Not operating, indicator flashing
- Check the collection array for too heavy dirt or any
clotting by hairs or fibers.
- Clean the collection array as needed and install back in
the air purifier.

Nectar Smart APP
The HexaDuo Smart mobile APP will let you control your
HexaDuo Smart anywhere. You can connect your Nectar
Smart through the WiFi router network with mobile devices.
To use this feature, you have to first download and install the
Nectar Smart APP to your smart phone. You can download it
from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
