8. Be careful not to drop, shake or strike battery.
9. Do not pack anything in a box or container. The battery should be placed in a well ventilated
area during charging.
4.Operation
4.1 Caution of operation
It is dangerous if the electrical equipment is used improperly, especially stockbreeding
equipment! So you should observe the following accident-prevention measures before using it:
The mains voltage must be the same as that shows on the nameplate. The charger must
be connected to The AC Supply.
Avoid to contact with the moving shearing blades.
Even if the machine is switched off, We do not handle at the area of the clipping blades
as long as the machine is connected to a battery cartridge. We should cut off the power supply
before changing to the shearing blades/shearing head.
Avoid to touch any machine which is contacted with any liquids. Never clip wet animals.
Any liquid which has got into the machine will lower the electrical insulation. The electric shock
or short circuit is dangerous. So we should clean the machine with the cleaning brush and dry
it.
An electric cable lays at the ground .It is easy to cause danger. Before charging, the cable
is laid out carefully and safely. We should avoid kinds of the power cable and prevent it
becoming entangled. We should prevent the animals standing on or walking across the power
cable in case of touch it. The power cable should not be wrapped around the machine and
keep it away from the hot surfaces and objects. Maybe it cause damages of the insulation. The
cable should keep regularly checked from that it is damaged.
Switch the machine to off (Figure 1) before replacing the battery cartridge.
Wear professional clothes. Do not wear any loose clothing or items of jewellery which
could get caught up in moving machine parts. We would recommend in the strongest terms that
protective goggles and ear protectors should be worn.
Do not insert any objects into the machine.
The Noise from the machine can impact on animals. The serious can cause a result of
being kicked by an animal or being crushed by its body weight .We should tether the animal
securely, approach it and switch the machine on within the animals’ range of vision.
Animals should be clipped if the unauthorized person have been excluded from the
clipping area.
Only clip in well-ventilated spaces (dust) and never clip near objects or gases.
Danger of blockage! The machine should not be operated unless the blades are fitted.
These safety notes must be complied in any cases .

8
4.2 Adjust blades pressure with the adjustment cap
Before putting into operation, make adjustment as follows:
Before clipping:
With the machine switched off, we should tighten the adjustment cap (Figure 2, part 5) until it
can clip hair smoothly(Figure 2).
During clipping
Pay attention to that the pressure of the blade should not be set to a value that is too high,
otherwise the clipped hair may gather in the blade. If the adjustment cap is not tightened in
the beginning of operation, clipping will be laborious or even cannot be carried out.
Set the blade pressure properly:
If the adjustment cap is too tight, the blade pressure will be too high which will result in fast
blade heating, fast wear and loud noise. In this case, the adjustment cap should be unscrewed
slowly until the noise reaches a normal level and proper clipping result is achieved. During
unscrewing, feel the pressure and set pressure properly according to need.
Hair can be gathered between the clipper blades if they are insufficiently tensioned at the
beginning of clipping. It is harmful to the further clipping progress. If this happens, the clipper
blades must be disassembled, cleaned, oiled and re-fitted.
The clipping system works with much less pressure in comparision to traditional animal clipping
machines.
4.3 Lubrication
Before and During clipping
A thin layer of oil on the upper and lower blades (Figure 3) is essential for clipping well and so
as to increasing the life of the machine and the clipper blades. All other moving pares should be
well-oiled at the clipping head. Place a few drips oil on the clipper blades and pour some into
the lubricating holes which lies on the clipper head (Figure 3).
It cannot meet the ISO VG15 specification unless using our the special oil or the paraffin oil.
This oil is nontoxic and produces no irritation on contact with the skin or the mucous
membranes .This paraffin oil degrades to 20% after 21 days.
Is the oil good impacts on the clipping result which is satisfied . The clipper blades which was
oiled by improper oil will overheat. It will reduced the life of the clipping blade.
The clipping blades and clipper head must be adequately lubricated at least every 15 minutes
so that they cannot be dried out.
4.4 Switching On/Off
There are two positions on the slide switch (Figure 1).
Position on: Machine switched on
Position off: Machine switched off
We always use the slide switch (Figure 1) when it need to be switched the machine on or off.
Check the switch position before replace battery cartridge.

9
4.5 Replace battery cartridge
1. Please switch off the tool before inserting or removing the battery cartridge.
2. Remove the battery cartridge from the clipper by pressing the buttons on both sides of the
battery cartridge. (Figure 4)
3. Insert the battery cartridge, and push to the end until it locks in place with a little click. If not, it
may accidentally fall out of the tool, causing injury to you or someone around you.
4. Do not use force when you insert the battery cartridge. If the battery cartridge does not slide
easily, it is not inserted correctly.
5. Battery cartridge is automatically stopped when the output power is low ( output voltage is
less than 12V).
Notice:
We should sure that the tool is switched off and the battery cartridge is removed before
adjusting or checking function on the tool.
4.6 Charging
1. Plug the battery charger into the proper AC voltage source. The charging light will flash as
green color.
2. Take off battery cartridge form clipper body , put it into Battery Charger.
3. As soon as battery cartridge get into Battery Charger the red light of battery charger lighting
4. When the light color transform from red to green, the charging cycle is complete.
5. The battery charger will transform into its “trickle charge (maintenance charge)” mode when
the battery content is full.
6. After charging, please push out the charger from the power source.
7. The full charge need to last approximately 2 hours.
Notice:
When you charge a new battery cartridge or a battery cartridge which has not been used
for a long period of time, it may not accept a full charge. This is a normal condition and it does
not indicate a problem. You can recharge the battery cartridge fully after discharging it
completely and recharging a couple of times.
If you charge a battery cartridge from a just operated tool or a battery cartridge which has
been laid in a location exposed to direct sunlight or heated for a long time, the charging light
may flash in red color. If this condition occurs, please you wait for a while. Please charge until
the battery cartridge cools. The battery cartridge will cool faster if you remove the battery
cartridge from the battery charger.
If the charging light flashes alternately in green and red color, charging is not possible.
Maybe the terminals on the charger or battery cartridge are clogged with dust or the battery
cartridge is worn out or damaged.
4.7 Malfunctions
Please refer to the list of malfunction analysis which is section 7 “Repairs” for the rectification of
malfunctions.

10
5. Daily care and maintence
Disconnect the power supply before starting any servicing work . Remove the battery cartridge.
Do not handle the area round the clipper blades as long as the machine is still connected to a
power source even if the machine switched off . We always firstly disconnect the power supply
whenever working on the clipper blades or clipper head .
5.1 Cleaning
cleaning the clipper head and clipper blades
After clipping, remove all oil from the machine by rubbing it down with a dry cloth. Clean the
clipper head and clipper blades with a dry brush .Then oil the parts to prevent rusting, even if
there is a little rust spots on the blades ,it can adversely affect clipping or making it completely
impossible.
5.2 Fitting the clipper blade
Apair of clipper blades consists of a lower blade (Figure 6, part 16)and an upper blade (Figure
6, part 15).When the blades which is adjusted should be taken to ensure that the correct
surfaces come to rest each other. The blades are fitted as follows:
Loosen the adjustment cap and ensure that the new clipper blades are clean and the ground
surfaces are free of dirt. Then put on the blades and tighten the adjustment cap(Figure 2 ) until
it can clip smoothly. If not,we only to change the blades.
After you adjust the blades smoothly ,we should place a few drops of oil on the ground surface
the blades and lubrication hole (Figure3).
5.3 Resharpening the clipper blades
Only work with sharp clipping blades which clip horsehair smoothly. Replace blunt blades or
those with missing teeth. Do not personally resharpen the clipper blades. It can only be done
with a special machine and by someone who has been trained.
5.4 Storing the clipping machine
Lay the machine in a dry place .Do not switch the machine on if you suspect that some liquid
has got into it. There is a risk of an electric shock or short circuit. Please you hand the clipping
machine into a service centre. We should form a good habit to store the machine.
