performance.
• Follow the same precautions when transferring fluid from the sprayer back into
other containers.
• Ensure the sprayer is securely fixed to the ATV.
• Always inspect and prepare the sprayer before use according to the directions
provided in this manual.
• Keep the sprayer turned off. Do not turn on power to the sprayer until ready to
spray in order to avoid unintentional spray release.

• Broadcast nozzle down. Make sure broadcast nozzle is oriented to spray
straight down before starting the sprayer. An incorrectly positioned broadcast
nozzle may spray chemicals on you or others.
• Clear area/post. ALWAYS keep the work area clear of people and pets. POST
warning notices to restrict access by the public for the period recommended on
chemical label.
• Never spray when wind speed exceeds 4mph in order to minimize spray drift.
• DO NOT over apply pesticide. Apply at a rate recommended by agents
manufacturer. Excess pesticide can be dangerous to humans, damage desirable
plants, and contaminate soil and water sources.
• Never point the spray gun at people or animals.
• DO NOT eat, drink, rub your eyes, or touch any part of your bare skin while
handling agents and spraying.
• DO NOT spray near open flames or sources of heat.

ATV VEHICLE HANDLING SAFETY:
WARNING: Serious injury can occur if the ATV on which the sprayer is mounted
is driven unsafely.
1. Less stable. Be aware that all vehicle handling will be affected with the filled
sprayer attached. See your ATV’s warning label for the hazards associated with
driving:
a) Too fast
b) On paved surfaces
c) On inclines or rough terrain.
2. These hazards will be increased drastically as a result of the additional weight
and location of the filled sprayer. The center of gravity will be higher and weight
distribution different, causing the ATV to be less stable when braking, turning,
and driving. Exercise extra caution in vehicle handling. Use particular caution on
sloped or rough surfaces in order to prevent rollover. A vehicle equipped with Roll
Over Protection System (ROPS) is recommended if you will be operating on
non-level terrain.
3. Speed limit. DO NOT exceed 8 kph with sprayer mounted on ATV.
4. Ride/transport. NEVER ride or transport cargo on the sprayer.
CHEMICAL APPLICATION SAFETY:
WARNING: Caution must be used when spraying chemicals to avoid unsafe
exposure to humans and the environment.
• Heed the warnings below and follow all instructions carefully.
• First and foremost ensure you read the safety data sheet of the substance you
are going to spray.
• The sprayer is intended for use in spraying agricultural pesticides and other
non-flammable liquids.
• Spraying pesticides - Pesticides are hazardous agents that must be handled
with caution as directed throughout this manual and on the pesticide label. The
sprayer is intended for use in spraying pesticides in liquid form only. The sprayer
is NOT intended for use in spraying pesticides in dry or in aerosol form, or for use
with fumigants. Sprayers come equipped with a single spray gun and 6 nozzle
spraying system. Use the single spray gun if you desire to apply pesticide only on
selected plants. Use the 6 nozzle spraying system if you wish to spray large
ground areas.
• Spraying Other Liquids - In addition to spraying pesticides, this sprayer may be
used to spray other non-flammable liquids. Example uses include: watering
plants/trees or spraying water for dust control, applying ice control agents,
applying water-based, nonflammable sealant or stain to outdoor wood surfaces.

• However, WE RECOMMEND THAT THE SPRAYER NOT BE USED FOR
OTHER PURPOSES ONCE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN USED FOR SPRAYING
PESTICIDES. Any agents will leave some residual in the tank liner or sprayer
components, even after the sprayer has been properly cleaned. These residual
agents can have unexpected effects on future uses. For example, spraying water
or other liquids that are contaminated with residual pesticide may result in
unforeseen hazards to plant or animal life.

7. OPERATION AND USE
The sprayer come with 50 meshes grid filter for preventing debris come into
pump and cause trouble. In case of leakage, we use the right type of stainless
steel pipe buckle to clamp the pipe. We cannot use glue on the thread tube or
sealant, the glue will be sucked into the pump that will cause damage.
The ATV SPOT SPRAYER equipped with mufti-function spray gun. Rotating

nozzle can change shape of the nozzle jet. In the condition of using single spray
superfine atomizing nozzle will cause the pressure exceeds the water pump
setting pressure, as a result, the water pump pressure switch continuous
