WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD

BEFORE USING.
WARNING : To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other). this plug will t into a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still dose not
t, contact a qualied electrician to install the proper outlet. DO NOT modiy the
plug in any way.

To protect against electrical shock, do not submerge the appliance or allow
the power cord to come into contact with water or any other liquid.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Never leave an appliance unattended when in use.
Turn the appliance “OFF“ and remove the power cord from the electrilcal
outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before
cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the electrilcal outlet. Never
pull from the power cord.
DO NOT abuse the power cord. Never carry the appliance by the power cord
or yank it to disconnect from electrical outlet; instead grasp the plug and pull
to disconnect.
DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
Return the appliance to for examination, repair or adjustment.
DO NOT let the power cord hang over the edge of table or counter or touch
hot surfaces such as the stove.
Always use appliance on a dry, level surface.
Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as utensils out of container while processing
to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance. A
scraper may be used but only when the appliance is not running.
CAUTION Blade assembly is sharp, handle with care. When handling the blade
assembly, always hold by the shaft.
Avoid contact with moving parts.
DO NOT attempt to sharpen blades.
DO NOT use the appliance if blade assembly is bent or damaged.
To reduce risk of injury, never place the blade assembly on base without pitcher
or bowl properly attached.
DO NOT operate this appliance on or near any hot surfaces (such as gas or
electric burner or in a heated oven).
The use of attachments or accessories including canning jars, not recommended
by the manufacturer may result in re, electric shock or personal injury.

DO NOT remove the container from the motor base while the appliance is in
operation.
To reduce the risk of injury, NEVER operate the appliance without the lid in
place; DO NOT try to defeat the interlock mechanism; make sure that the
attachment is properly installed before operating the appliance.
DO NOT expose containers to extreme temperture changes.
Exercise extreme caution when blending hot liquids.
CAUTION: Do not process food or liquid that is hotter than 180 F/82 C. Allow
very hot ingredients to cool before processing.
DO NOT overll.
Extrem caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot food,
water or other liquids.
When processing hot food or liquids, always open the pouring spout cap to
vent the steam. Keep hands nd other expoening to prevent possible burns or
scalding.
DO NOT operate the appliance empty.
To reduce the risk of burns, always allow the appliance to cool after blending
hot liquids before taking off parts and before cleaning.
If the appliance overheats, a thermal switch will become activated and
shut off the moter. To reset, unplug the appliance and let it cool down for
approximately 15 minutes before using agian.
In the event that unit ashes speeds 1,2 and 3 from overloading, the unit will
shut down. Unplug the unit and wait 15 minutes to reset.
THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use this
appliance for anything other than its intended use. Do not use outdoors.
The maximum rating is based on the 6-Blade Assembly (pitcher) that drives the
greatest power and other recommended attachments may draw signicantly
less power or current.
NOTE : This unit has a short power supply cord to reduce the risk resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a long cord. An extension cord may
be used if you are careful in its use.
1. If using an extension cord, the electric rating of the extension cord should
be rated at least 15 amperes. Extension cords cord rated for less amperage
may overheat.
2. An extension cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over
accidentally.

Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
Lower the jar or the bowl onto the motor base.
Rotate the container to the left as far as it will go. As the container rotates, it will
lower and the safety tabs on the bottom of the container will slide under the
safety tabs on the top of the motor base.
The jar or bowl can be placed on the motor base, according to the clockwise
rotation.
Holding the desired attachment by the shaft, place it onto the gear shaft
inside the container. Ensure that the attachment ts around the gear shaft
and that it is standing straight.
Holding the 6-Blade assembly by the shaft, place it onto the gear shaft inside
the jar. Ensure that the attachment ts around the gear shaft and that it is
standing straight.
Add the ingredients and secure the lid onto the jar.
Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet and select the speed to start the
machine.
Place the jar or bowl onto the motor base and insert the desired attachment.
(See ‘HOW TO ASSEMBLE’.)
Add the ingredients to the container. Make sure your total of ingredients
don’t go higher than the highest measured marking line on the side of the
containers.
Do not exceed 1700 ML marked on the jar.

When cleaning the motor unit, if the motor is warm, allow it to cool down rst.
Wipe the outer surface of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive
cleaner or scouting creams. Never immerse the motor unit in water. Wipe any
excess food particles from the power cord. Dry all components thoroughly.
Wash the blender stem under running water, without the use of abrasive
cleaners or detergents.
Do not use a pointed or sharp object to remove items of food lodged in the
blade bush any debris out with a plastic brush.
Do not immerse the stem in water because over time the lubrication on the
bearings will deteriorate.
Blades are very sharp, handle with care. When all components are dry,
reassemble the blender.
After cleaning, coil the cable loosely around the motor unit, and stow the
blender out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
