Coee specialists including machine troubleshooting services. Please
provide the serial number of your new machine when you first
register, to help us provide personalised customer assistance.This
19-digit code is found on the drip tray or boom of your machine.

02. Log into your account.
The serial number, which contains 19 characters, is located under
the barcode.This number is wrien on a label, which represents the
identity of your machine.This information helps us to confirm your
model and is used for tracking if your machine needs to be sent to
our repair centre.The label with the serial number can be find as
follows:
• On the drip tray
• Under the machine
• On the packaging of your machine

Turn on your machine by pressing any buon.The machine will heat
up in approximately 30 seconds. Lights will blink while the machine
is heating up.The light becomes steady, the machine is ready.
OFF
ON
Turn o your machine by pressing both the Espresso and Lungo
buons simultaneously for less than a second. Alternatively, the
machine will turn o automatically aer 2 minutes of non-use.
