Safety and Warnings
Intended Use
NETTA Design is for domestic and
indoor use only. This product is not
intended for use by people who have
lack of experience and knowledge or
have reduced ability, or sensory and
mental capabilities.
General Warnings
•In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
•Ensure the plug is connected to the mains socket securely.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•This product can be used by children aged 8+ if they have been
instructed on how to use the product and are supervised.
•Do not locate this heater immediately below a socket-outlet.
•Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath,
shower or swimming pool.
•Children less than 3 should be kept away continuously unless
supervised.
•Children aged between 3 and 8 should not plug in, regulate or
clean the appliance.
•Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns.
Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable
people are present.

plug are not damaged before
plugging into a socket.

Operating the Product
Before turning the product on
•Ensure that the power wire
is in good condition.
•This product uses a 220-
240V AC power supply.
Before first use, please
ensure that the rated
current of the power socket
meets the local
requirements, otherwise,
please replace it with a
qualified socket.

Operating the Product
Starting the Product
The start-up of the machine can be conducted by pressing the
standby button (or the ON/OFF button on the remote) after the
power light is lit up.
Function Setting
Circularly switch the following by pressing the ‘function’ button on
the machine/remote control when it is switched on: Normal Mode
(Low - 1200W) –ECO Energy Saving Mode –Normal Mode
(High - 2000W). Press the ECO button on the remote to
enter/exit ECO mode.
Temperature Setting
After turning on, press the temperature setting button on the
machine or the ‘+ / - ‘ button on the remote control to set the
target temperature. The temperature setting range is 18-30 °C.
When the ambient temperature reaches the set temperature, the
machine will stop heating.
Timing Function
When the product is switched on, shortly press the ‘timer’ button
on the machine/remote control to set a timed shutdown within 0-7
hours. When the product is in standby mode, shortly press the
‘timer’ button on the machine/remote to set a scheduled start-up
within 0-7 hours.
Oscillating Function
When switched on, press the ‘swing’ button to enable/disable the
oscillating feature.

Operating the Product
Open/Short Circuit Protection
If an open circuit fault of the temperature sensor exists, the ‘1h’
indicator light will flash and the buzzer will produce 10 long rings.
If a short circuit fault of the temperature sensor exists, the ‘2h’
indicator light will flash and the buzzer will produce 10 long rings.
High Temperature Protection
When the environment temperature is higher than 50°C, the
product will stop outputting power. The ‘1h’, ‘2h’ and ‘4h’ indicator
lights will flash and the buzzer will produce 10 long rings. You will
not be able to press any buttons. When the environment
temperature lowers to below 50°C, high temperature protection
mode can only be cancelled after powering off.
Tip-Over Protection
When the product is at an angle, the ‘1h’ and ‘2h’ indicator light
will flash and the buzzer will ring 10 times. The product will shut
down automatically. After the product has been stood up right,
the ON/OFF button will need to be pressed before the machine
resumes normal operation.
Eco Energy-Saving Function
The default temperature setting is 24°C when this mode is
selected. The heating output will automatically set itself based on
the environment temperature and the temperature setting
selected.

Troubleshooting
If the product does not operate or does not operate properly, first
consult the table below. If you cannot find your fault/solution in
the below table, the product may have failed. At this time, we
recommend contacting your supplier to arrange a
repair/replacement.

Cleaning, Maintenance and Storage
•Remove dust from the heater with a soft cloth. Wipe the
exterior surfaces of the heater with a damp cloth. Dry the
product thoroughly before operating again.
•The fan motor is lubricated by the factory and requires no
extra lubrication. No other user maintenance is required or
recommended.
•Store the heater in a clean and dry place when not in use.

be disposed of with general waste. Please contact your local
council authority for more information on how to dispose this
product. If this product is disposed of with general waste, it will
end up in a landfill and will leak hazardous substances into the
groundwater –effecting our food chain.
Your Warranty
If you purchased with NETTADIRECT, or one of our authorised
resellers, you will automatically enrol your warranty for 1 (ONE) year.
You do not need to register again for your warranty. All warranties will
