SAFETY INFORMATION & WARNINGS
Please keep the filter core out of the reach of children. Never allow a
child to play with the filter
The filtration system is not intended to disinfect water. Never use water that
is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate
disinfection before or after using the filtration system.
If the filter core is not cleaned thoroughly, some active carbon powder may
flow out along with the water; blocking the filter core. To ensure water
quality, it is recommended that the filter core not be installed for initial use
until after one bottle of water is filtered.
Change the filter core every 6 months for healthier, great-tasting water.
This product requires ambient temperatures of 50-100° F and must be kept
out of direct sunlight.
This filter is used with tap water. Water quality can vary with region and
poor water quality may affect the service life of the filter core and the
quality of water dispensed.
If this filter is not used for more than one week, rinse and air dry the filter
core for sealed storage. To use again, simply clean and replace the filter
core. Improper storage may cause an odor. If this occurs, we recommend
replacing the filter core.
During usage, if the water level in the lower barrel is higher than that of the
upper barrel, the filtration speed may decrease or stop. This is not a
malfunction and will correct itself.
After adding water, water cannot flow out of the filter core for some time
until trapped air is gone. This is not a malfunction. If only a little water
comes out, remove the filter core and replace it.
While cleaning, please keep the filter core sealing gasket properly attached.
Failure to do so may cause water leakage and thus affect water quality.
When replacing the filter core, we recommend rising out the entire water
filtration system.

INSTALLATION & SETUP
1. Screw the connecting nut of the float component into the lower barrel. DO
NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
2. Remove the bottle support on your water dispenser by turning counter-
clockwise and lifting it up. Then insert the lower barrel into the diversion
basin.
3. Screw the filter core into the connecting threads at the bottom of the
upper barrel. Securely tighten the filter to the upper barrel to make a tight
seal for improved filtration and to reduce the possibility of a leak.
4. Put the upper barrel with the filter core in the lower barrel. Add water to
the upper barrel and you will be good to go.
FILLING THE FILTRATION SYSTEM
1. Remove the top cover.
2. Pour cold tap water into the upper barrel. (For best results, always use
“COLD” tap water) NEVER USE HOT WATER! NEVER REMOVE THE WATER

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please follow the instructions below in order to clean the filter core:
1. Immerse the filter core in the sink for about 7-8 mins, as shown in Fig. (1).
Shake the filter core up and down to ensure powder from the filter
material is washed away. The filter core cannot be washed in a dishwasher.
2. Replace the tap water in the sink and immerse it again, repeating Step 1.
3. Remove the filter core, align its inlet with the tap and rinse it with flowing
water for 3-4 mins. Move the filter material box, aim the outlet at the tap,
and wash it with flowing water for 5-6 mins as shown in Fig. (2).
4. To continue use, replaced the cleaned filter core (mount the front filter
core sealing gasket to avoid water leakage).
5. Don’t drink the first two bottles of filtered water. It is normal for carbon
dust to appear in the first fillings.
6. While cleaning, please keep the filter core sealing gasket properly
attached. Failing to do so may cause water leakage and affect water
quality.
