PRODUCT INFORMATION:
1. Positive and negative plugs, as well as hot plugs, are supported by the
Type C interface.
2. Downstream HDMI2.0a interface, single-port output maximum resolution
3840*2160/60Hz, dual-port display maximum support 3840*2160/60Hz
resolution, and backward compatible with 1080P resolution.
3. A driver is not required. Drivers aren’t necessary, it requires no power
supply and is simple to operate.
4. The dual display allows MST extension under Windows, with a resolution
of up to 4K 60Hz (Mac OS system does not support MST expansion
function).
5. Support HDCP2.2, HDR and 3D mode;
6. Compatible with WIN7/8/8.1/WIN10 32-bit 64-bit operating system.

1. Why can’t my TV or monitor reach 4K@60Hz HD resolution?
Answer: Ensure that the host device has a computer port that supports the
HDMI2.0 protocol to transmit 4K@60Hz high-definition video.
2. Why can’t the product support MST function normally when connected
to my mobile phone/computer or tablet device?
Answer: MST is currently only available under Windows 10 operating
systems. Other Windows versions and Mac OS systems are not supported
(mobile phones don’t support this functionality).
3. Why can’t my mobile phone/computer or tablet device connect to the
product to output the video screen normally?
Answer: Verify whether the device has a Type C port that supports video
output. The Type C port on some electronic devices is only capable of
transferring data and charging (please refer to the official website of the
device brand for more details).
4. Why can’t my computer’s dual output go up to 4K60Hz, but only 4K30Hz?
Answer: Check to see if your signal output source Type C interface supports
DP1.4 output; if it just supports DP1.2, it will only go up to 4K30Hz.
