1 Introducon
Next Level Racing® would like to thank you for choosing the Next Level
Racing® Tracon Plus, a revoluonary product developed in cooperaon
with lead-ing moon physics researchers, simulaon experts, soware
engineers, and professional drivers and pilots. Our moon plaorm has
been designed to deliver the most physically accurate, realisc, and
immersive experience. If you have any quesons, email us at

Warning: The Next Level Racing® Tracon Plus is not intended for use by
children under 16 years of age. Close supervision and safety instrucon is
necessary when this product is used by or near children or persons with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilies. Keep the packaging away
from small children as it poses a suffocaon risk.

1.1 General Safety Instrucons
To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electrical shock, or injury:
• Use the plaorm for its intended use only, according to the instruc-
ons.
• Always turn all switches off and unplug the plaorm from the electrical
outlet before hardware installaon, maintenance, servicing, or repairs.
Hazardous voltages may sll be present in the power supply even sev-
eral minutes aer it has been turned off.
• Indoor use only - do not store or use the product outdoors.
• Keep the plaorm away from heat sources, high humidity, water, and
other liquids. Do not store in a very cold space where condensaon
may occur.
• Keep all component guards and shields in place and do not touch the
internal components when the plaorm is powered on.
• Do not disassemble the product. Any tampering with or altering the
product will void the warranty, poses a serious risk of electric shock,
and may irreparably damage the product.
• Do not cover the vents.
• Keep the power cord plug and the socket clean and dust-free.
• Protect the power cord from damage by being stepped on, rubbed
against, or pinched.
• Do not use the plaorm if the ambient temperature is below 4 degrees
of Celsius or above 45 degrees of Celsius.
• Do not use the plaorm and contact technical support at support@
nextlevelracing.com if it has been damaged, or any component is bro-
ken or missing.
• Stop using the plaorm immediately and contact technical support at
[email protected] if you noce or smell smoke, hear un-
usual noise, or otherwise suspect that it is not working properly.
• Do not use aachments or replacement parts not recommended or
approved by the manufacturer. Do not replace the power cables pro-
vided with the product. Use cerfied power and USB cables only.
• Connect the plaorm to a properly grounded outlet only, paying at-
tenon to the polarity of the socket. See grounding instrucons.
• Turn the plaorm off when not in use.
• Unplug the plaorm from the power source if not used for an extended
period of me or during a lightning storm.

• Any warranty and non-warranty repairs must be performed by the dis-
tributor’s service department or a specialized servicing contractor au-
thorized by the manufacturer.
1.2 Grounding Instrucons
In the event of a system malfuncon or breakdown, grounding provides a
path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.
The plaorm is equipped with an electric cord having an equipment-grounding
conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into a matching
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local
codes and ordinances. Do not modify the plug provided - if it will not fit the
outlet, contact technical support at [email protected].
1.3 Ergonomic and Health Warnings
The safety and comfort of our customers is our top priority. It may be tempt-
ing to keep using the plaorm for extended periods of me, but please use
your best judgement when allocang me to spend with this product.
Warning: By its nature, the Next Level Racing® Tracon Plus can perform
force-ful, rapid movements. We have made every effort to protect users and
by-standers from injury due to mechanical parts movement and electrical
con-necvity. As with any mechanical device, the user is responsible for
inspect-ing the condion of the machine prior to use and adhering to safe
operang procedures.
Warning: Repeve moon, force feedback vibraons, and/or connuous
muscle tension may lead to injuries if the plaorm is used for extended peri-
ods of me. To avoid it:
• Keep the total me you spend using the product within reasonable lim-
its.
• Take at least 10-minute rest break for every hour of using the plaorm
to stretch out.
• Use correct posture that feels comfortable.

• Try to alternate experiences: switch between games that offer varied
sensaons.
If you are under a doctor’s care for any muscle or joint condion, or if you
think you may have any such condion, please consult your physician before
using the plaorm. Stop using the plaorm immediately if you start feeling
pain. Do not use if you are Pregnant.
2 Liability Disclaimer
Next Level Racing®, Moon Systems, and their partners are not liable
and shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss, expense, or
damage suffered or incurred by any person using the plaorm if it is the
result of improper assembly, abuse, misuse, modificaon, tampering,
or applying components not shipped with the product.
3 Cockpit Compability
The Next Level Racing® Tracon Plus is designed specifically for the Next
Level Racing® GTtrack cockpits, but it can be adapted to other cockpits. For
certain brands of cockpits, we provide adapter plates - for other cockpits,
custom assembly might be required.
To install 3rd party cockpit you need to double check the distance be-
tween top beams - it has to be exactly 1160 mm on both sides. This
instrucon explains how to measure it on the page number 17.

4 Installaon
Please be sure to take note of your serial number before in-
stallaon as you require this to download your soware.
The Next Level Racing® Tracon Plus is suitable for indoor use only. It is
in-tended for personal use, but it may be suitable for certain commercial
appli-caons. Please contact us at [email protected] if you
are look-ing to use the plaorm for your business.

4.3 Limitaons
• No vibraon generang devices (except tacle transducers) can be at-
tached to the top frame.
• Maximum allowable total weight of scale tacle transducer aached
to the cockpit: 2.3 kg (5.0 lbs)
• The top frame movements cannot be limited by any obstacles.
• Seat belts and harness tensioners must NOT be aached to any stac
part of the moon plaorm or floor.

4.6 Moon Plaorm and Cockpit Installaon
Before installaon please check which module is the front one - there is in-
scripon on a side. Make sure modules will be put on flat floor. Moon
Plaorm has to be assembled by two persons.

1. Install the Central unit to the Front module, using 4x M5 16mm aached bolts.
2. Install the Central unit to the Rear module, using 4x M5 16mm aached bolts.

3. Unscrew the bolt with the shakeproof washer and connect ground wire
to the Rear module.
It is very important to connect
ground wire properly!

4. Connect LOGIC and COM cables to the Front and Rear modules.
5. Connect POWER cable from Central unit to Front module.

4.7 GTtrack cockpit Installaon
1. Install covers to your cockpit, using 8x M8 55mm aached bolts,8x nuts and
16x flat washers.
2. Install covers to your cockpit, using 2x M8 20mm aached bolts,2x nuts and
2x flat washers.

3. Install adapters to your cockpit, using 10x M8 65mm aached bolts, 8x nuts
and18x flat washers.
4. Install adapters to your cockpit, using 8x M8 20mm aached bolts, 8x nuts and
8x flat washers.

5. Install your cockpit to the moon plaorm, using 12x M8 20mm aached
bolts (top beams can be adjusted using your hands).
CAUTION
Check the lengths between top
beams. Both of them have to be
exact 1160 mm

4.8 Ferrite Core Installaon
Once you choose which power cable will be used in your setup, install the
aached ferrite core. Make sure to place the core on the power cable as
close to the moon plaorm as possible.
4.9 Connecng to PC and Soware Installaon
Once the moon plaorm is securely installed:
1. Plug in the power cord and turn on the moon unit. As soon as it is on,
the plaorm will perform the inial posion calibraon, moving the
cockpit. Aer a few seconds, the green light will come on, indicang
that the unit is ready to use.

2. Connect the plaorm directly to PC USB port. Using a USB hub is not
recommended. The operang system will automacally install the nec-
essary drivers.
3. Visit nextlevelracing.com/support-downloads to download and install
the soware, providing your product’s serial number.
