•We recommend that the packaging is used to protect the surfaces during assembly.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Regrettably self assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to
be faulty. Should you need to return the unassemble d product, please repack in the original packaging.
IMPORTANT
•Carefully check that you have all parts before beginning assembly.
•We suggest you spend a short time reading through this leaet and then follow the simple step-by-step instructions.
IMPORTANT - RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE - READ CARE FULLY
•Do not use furniture polish.
•All assembly xings should always be tightened properly and periodically check all xings and tigh ten if necessary.
•Made in China.
•Do not rub or scrub the surface when cleaning.
•For general cleaning, periodically dust with a so ft cloth.
•A mattress measuring 90 x 190cm is intended for use with this bed .Maximum mattress height should be 17cm,
There is a mark on the bed to show this height.
•Any spills should be removed immediately with a s oft clean damp cloth and dried immediately.
•Never drag pieces of furniture across the oor a s this will cause damage to the joints.
•Ensure the product is protected with mats and coa sters when items are placed on the surfaces, to prevent scratching
or damage.
•Do not put hot dishes directly on the surfaces of the item.
•Avoid keeping furniture in direct sunlight or clo se to any heat sources as this can cause cracking, discolouration or
warping.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
•Made from chipboard & MDF with a PVC foil nish.
•WARNING: Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid risk of serious injury t he distance
between the top safety barrier and the wall shall not exceed 75mm or shall be more than 230mm.
•Do not use this item if any structual part is broken or missing.
PRODUCTINFORMATION
•Ensure not to leave items such as ropes, strings, cords, harnesses and belts attached to or hung to the bunk/high bed
due to the risk of strangulation.

PARTS
FITTINGS
1. Glue 4 x wooden dowels (A) into panel 17.
2. Attach panels 16 & 18 to panel 17.
3. Insert 4 x nuts (F) into panel 17 .
4. Insert 4 x bolts (G) into panels 16 & 18 and tighten
with an Allen key (E).

1.Attach panel 19 to panels 16 &18 with 4 x screws (D)
and tighten with an Allen key (E).
1. Glue(B) 8 x wooden dowels (A) into panels 10 & 12.
2. Attach 2 x panel 13 to panels 10 & 12.
3. Attach 1 x magnet (P) to panel 11 with 2 x screws
provided.
Note:The magnet must be facing towards the outside of
panel 11.

1. Glue (B) 10 x wooden dowels (A) into panels 16 & 18.
2. Attach panels 9, 10 & 13 to panel 16 using 4 x screws
(D) and tighten with Allen key (E).
3. Attach panels 11,12 & 13 to panel 18 using 4 x screws
(D) and tighten with Allen key (E).
4. Insert 4 x fittings (J) into panels 11 & 12.

1. Insert 8 x screws (D) through panel 19 to panels 9 ,10 ,
11 & 12 and tighten with an Allen key (E).
1. Glue(B) 8 x wooden dowels (A) into panels 11,12 & 19.
2. Attach Panel 20 to panels 11, 12, 13 & 19 with 6 x
screws (D) and tighten with Allen key (E).

1. Glue(B)

x wooden dowels (A) into panel 7.
2. Attach panel 21 to panel 7 with 2 x screws (D) and
tighten with Allen key (E).
3. Insert 1 x cambolt (N) into panel 3 and tighten with a
screwdriver.
4. Attach 1 x magnet (P) to panel 3 with 2 x screws
provided.
Note:The magnet must be facing towards the outside of
panel 3.

1. Attach panels 7 & 21 to panel 3 with 2 x screws (D)
and tighten with Allen key (E).
2. Insert 2 x cambolts (Q) through panel 3 to panels 7 &
21.
3. Insert 2 x camlocks (M) into panels 7 & 21 and tighten
with a screwdriver.
4. Glue(B) 2 x wooden dowels (A) into panel 8.
5. Attach panel 8 to panel 3 .
6. Insert 1 x camlock (M) into panel 8 and tighten with a
screwdriver.
Ensuring the arrow indicator is pointing towards the
panel edge before tightening with a screwdriver.
1. Carefully lift panel 3 by two person.
2. Attach panel 3 to assembled unit with 11 x screws (D)
and tighten with Allen key (E) as shown .
3. Insert 2x cambolt (N) into panel 3 and tighten with a
screwdriver.

1. Glue(B) 4 x wooden dowels (A) into panels 5 & 6.
2. Attach panel 2 to panels 5 & 6
3. Insert 4 x nuts (F) into panels 5 & 6.
Note:The mark face of nut need to be facing towards the
outside .
4. Insert 4 x bolts(G) through panel 2 to panels 5 & 6 and
tighten with Allen key (C).

1. Glue(B) 11 x wooden dowels (A) into panel 3.
2. Carefully attach the assembly frame & panel 4 on
panel 3 by three person as shown.

x nuts (F) into panels 4, 5 & 6.
Note:The mark face of nut need to be facing towards the
outside .
4. Insert 9 x bolts (G) through panel 3 to panels 4, 5 & 6
tighten with Allen key (E).
5. Insert 4 x camlock (M) into panels 2 & 6 and tighten
with a screwdriver.
Ensuring the arrow indicator is pointing towards the
panel edge before tightening with a screwdriver.
6. Insert 3 x screws (D) through panel 3 to panels 2
tighten with Allen key (E).
1. Glue(B) 19 x wood dowel (A) into panels 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9,
10, 13 & 19.

2. Attach panel 1 to panels 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13 & 19.
3. Insert 7 x nuts (F) into panels 3, 4, & 6.
Note:The mark face of nut need to be facing towards the
outside .
4. Insert 7 x bolts(G) through panel 1 to panels 3, 4 & 6
and tighten with Allen key (E).
5. Insert 8 x screws (D) through panel 1 to panels 3,
4,6,7,9,10,13 &19 and tighten with an Allen key (C).

1.Insert 4 x adjustable fittings (H) to 2 x panels 14 & 15.
2.Insert 4 x fittings (I) to 2 x panels 14 & 15.
3.Attach 4 x fittings (O) to 2 x panels 14 & 15 with
provieded screws and tighten with a screwdrider.
4.Attach 4 x handles (K) to 2 x panels 14 & 15 with the
bolts provided and tighten with a screwdrider.
5. Carefully press the fitting (H) and install the door to
the cabin.
STEP THIRTEEN
1.Remove all numbered stickers from the constructed
product before allowing a child to use.
