FIGHTER 2005
Montering
Hetgasrör
Kapa hetgasröret ca 20 mm efter dykröret för att sedan
kunna löda dit det medföljande adapterhetgasröret.
Adapterröret kan med fördel användas som mall för att
märka ut kapstället. Det är viktigt att ingen smuts, gra-
der eller vatten kommer in i kylkretsen.
Suggasrör
Befintligt sugrör kapas så att det passar med det med-
följande adaptersugröret.
Kompressor
Byt till medlevererade kompressorfötterna. Montera den
nya kompressorn med anslutningarna enligt bild, åter-
montera brickor och muttrar.

Kylsystemet fylls med R-407 C enligt tabell nedan.

Byte av kompressor 8 och 10 kW
1. Kapa hetgasröret. (Adapterhetgasröret måste an-
passas något eftersom höjden på anslutningarna
skiljer.)
2. Löd loss suggasröret vid kompressorn.
3. Ta bort kompressorn och sätt dit den nya.
4. Måtta in adapterhetgasröret.
5. Kapa suggasröret så det passar i det medlevererade
adaptersugröret.
6. Löd fast båda adapterrören.
7. Montera hetgasgivare, kompressorkablage och
kompressorvärmare. Dessa kan behöva anpassas,
eftersom längden och kabelskorna kan variera.
8. Vaccumsug och fyll kylsystemet med R-407 C.

1. Kapa hetgasröret
2. Löd loss suggasröret vid kompressorn.
3. Ta bort kompressorn och sätt dit den nya.
4. Måtta in adapterhetgasröret.
5. Kapa suggasröret så det passar i det medlevererade

6. Löd fast båda adapterrören.
7. Montera hetgasgivare, kompressorkablage och
komressorvärmare.
8. Vaccumsug och fyll kylsystemet med R-407 C.
Adapterrör
Montera de två adapterrören enl bilden, kontrollera
passformen och justera om så behövs.
Elinkoppling
Givare
Återmontera hetgasgivaren i dykröret på hetgasröret.
Använd ny värmeledningspasta och isolera hetgasröret.
Kompressor
Kapa kompressorkablagets skyddsslang 40 mm innan
kablaget ansluts i kompressorn.
Kompressorn ansluts enligt föjande:
Brun ledare till C
Svart ledare till S
Grå ledare till R
Grön/gul ledare till jord
Mjukstart
Montera det nya kompressorkablaget och anslut det på
mjukstarten:
brun ledare till U,
svart ledare till V,
grå ledare till W,
grön/gul ledare till jord.
Kompressorvärmare
Montera kompressorvärmare enligt bild.
För in förlängningskablaget genom den nedre gummi-
genomföringen. Anslut förlängningskablagets ledare,
brun på –X13:8, blå på nollplint.
Kontrollera rotationsriktningen på
kompressorn genom att se att hetgas-
temperaturen (meny 03) stiger minst 10 °C
inom 60 sek.

Mounting
Hot gas pipe
Cut the hot gas pipe approximately 20 mm after the
submerged tube in order to then solder the enclosed
adapter hot gaspipe. The adapter pipe can be used as a
template to mark the position for cutting. It is important
that no dirt, burrs or water enter the cooling circuit.
Compressor
Replace with the enclosed compressor feet. Install the
new compressor with the connections as illustrated, re-
install washers and nuts.
SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
FIGHTER 2005
General
Compressor replacement for FIGHTER 2005 8, 10 and
14 kW (3x400 V). FIGHTER 2005 8 and 10 kW require a
certain amount of modification.
The images show FIGHTER 2005 14 kW.
Suction gas pipe
Cut the existing suction pipe so that it fits the supplied
adapter suction pipe.
Cut the power to the heat pump and drain
the refrigerant before starting work.
Electrical installation and service must
be carried out under the supervision of a
qualified electrician

Compressor replacement

Adapter pipe
Install the two adapter pipes according to the image,
check the fit and adjust if necessary.
Electrical connection
Sensors
Reinstall the hot gas sensor on the hot gas pipe. Use
new conducting paste and insulate the hot gas pipe.
Compressor
Cut the compressor wiring’s protective hose 40 mm be-
fore connecting to the compressor.
Connect the compressor as follows:
Brown cable to C
Black cable to S
Grey cable to R
Green/yellow cable to earth
Soft-starter
Install the new compressor wiring and connect it to the
soft starter:
brown cable to U,
black cable to V,
grey cable to W,
green/yellow cable to earth.
Compressor heater
Install the compressor heater as illustrated.
Insert the extension wiring through the lower rubber
grommet. Connect the extension wiring’s cable, brown
to –X13:8, blue to the neutral block.
Filling with refrigerant
Fill the cooling system with R-407 C according to the
table below.

Replacing the compressor 8 and
10 kW
1. Cut the hot gas pipe. (The adapterhot gas pipe
must be adapted because of the differences in
height of the connections.)
2. Desolder the suction gas pipe at the compressor.
3. Remove the compressor and install the new one.
4. Align the adapterhot gas pipe.
5. Cut the suction gas pipe so that it fits in the sup-
plied adaptersuction pipe.
6. Solder both the adapterpipes.
7. Install the hot gas sensor, compressor wiring and
compressor heater. These may require adapting, be-
cause the length and cable terminals can vary.
8. Vacuum and fill the cooling system with R-407 C.
Replacing the compressor 14 kW
1. Cut the hot gas pipe
2. Desolder the suction gas pipe at the compressor.
3. Remove the compressor and install the new one.
4. Align the adapterhot gas pipe.
5. Cut the suction gas pipe so that it fits in the sup-
plied adaptersuction pipe.
6. Solder both the adapterpipes.
7. Install the hot gas sensor, compressor wiring and
compressor heater.
8. Vacuum and fill the cooling system with R-407 C.
Check the direction of rotation on the
compressor by checking that the hot gas
temperature (menu 03) rises by at least
10 °C within 60 seconds.
NOTE!

Verdichterwechsel
Verdichter
Tauschen Sie die alten gegen die mitgelieferten
Verdichterfüße aus. Montieren Sie den neuen Verdichter
mit den Anschlüssen entsprechend der Abbildung und
befestigen Sie wieder die Scheiben und Muttern.

Montage
Heißgasrohr
Kürzen Sie das Heißgasrohr um ca. 20 mm nach
dem Tauchrohr, um an dieser Stelle das beiliegende
Adapterheißgasrohr anzulöten. Das Adapterrohr kann
als Lehre genutzt werden, um die Ablängposition zu
kennzeichnen. Weder Schmutz noch Grate oder Wasser
dürfen in den Kühlkreis gelangen.
Allgemeines
Verdichterwechsel für FIGHTER 2005 8, 10 und 14 kW
(3x400 V). FIGHTER 2005 8 und 10 kW erfordern eine
gewisse Modifikation.
Auf den Abbildungen wird FIGHTER 2005 14 kW darge-
stellt.
Sauggasrohr
Das vorhandene Saugrohr ist so zu kürzen, dass es mit
dem beiliegenden Adaptersaugrohr kompatibel ist.
Unterbrechen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten
die Spannungszufuhr zur Wärmepumpe
und lassen Sie das Kältemittel ab.
Elektrische Installation sowie
Servicearbeiten müssen unter Aufsicht eines
ausgebildeten Elektroinstallateurs erfolgen.
Hinweis:

Adapterrohr
Montieren Sie die beiden Adapterrohre wie in der
Abbildung gezeigt, kontrollieren und justieren Sie gege-
benenfalls den Sitz.
Elektrischer Anschluss
Fühler
Befestigen Sie den Heißgasfühler wieder im Tauchrohr
am Heißgasrohr. Verwenden Sie neue Wärmeleitpaste
und isolieren Sie das Heißgasrohr.
Verdichter
Kürzen Sie den Schutzleiter des Verdichterkabels um
40 mm, bevor Sie das Kabel an den Kompressor an-
schließen.
Schließen Sie den Verdichter wie folgt an:
Brauner Leiter an C
Schwarzer Leiter an S
Grauer Leiter an R
Grün-gelber Leiter an Erde
Schonstart
Montieren Sie das neue Verdichterkabel und schließen
Sie es an den Schonstart an:
Brauner Leiter an U
Schwarzer Leiter an V
Grauer Leiter an W
Grün-gelber Leiter an Erde
Verdichtererwärmer
Montieren Sie den Verdichtererwärmer, wie in der
Abbildung gezeigt.
Führen Sie das Verlängerungskabel durch die unte-
re Gummidurchführung. Schließen Sie die Leiter des
Verlängerungskabels an, Braun an –X13:8, Blau an den
Nullleiter.
Kältemittelbefüllung
Das Kühlsystem wird gemäß folgender Tabelle mit R-407
C befüllt.

Verdichterwechsel 8 und 10 kW
1. Kürzen Sie das Heißgasrohr. (Das
Adapterheißgasrohr muss leicht angepasst werden,
da die Anschlusshöhe abweicht.)
2. Trennen Sie das Sauggasrohr durch Löten vom
Verdichter.
3. Demontieren Sie den Verdichter und bringen Sie
den neuen an.
4. Messen Sie das Adapterheißgasrohr ein.
5. Kürzen Sie das Sauggasrohr so, dass es in das beilie-
gende Adaptersaugrohr passt.
6. Löten Sie beide Adapterrohre an.
7. Montieren Sie Heißgasfühler, Verdichterkabel und
Verdichtererwärmer. Diese müssen evtl. ange-
passt werden, da bei Längen und Kabelschuhen
Abweichungen möglich sind.
8. Führen Sie eine Vakuumabsaugung durch und be-
füllen Sie das Kühlsystem mit R-407 C.
Verdichterwechsel 14 kW
1. Kürzen Sie das Heißgasrohr.
2. Trennen Sie das Sauggasrohr durch Löten vom
Verdichter.
3. Demontieren Sie den Verdichter und bringen Sie
den neuen an.
4. Messen Sie das Adapterheißgasrohr ein.
5. Kürzen Sie das Sauggasrohr so, dass es in das beilie-
gende Adaptersaugrohr passt.
6. Löten Sie beide Adapterrohre an.
7. Montieren Sie Heißgasfühler, Verdichterkabel und
Verdichtererwärmer.
8. Führen Sie eine Vakuumabsaugung durch und be-
füllen Sie das Kühlsystem mit R-407 C.
Kontrollieren Sie die Rotationsrichtung des
Verdichters. Prüfen Sie dazu, ob die
Heißgastemperatur (Menü 03) innerhalb
von 60 s um mindestens 10°C steigt.
