Denna serviceinstruktion beskriver bytet av elpatronskortet
(AA1) på NIBE F1126/F1145/F1226/F1245.
Innehåll

Elinkoppling
OBS!
All elektrisk inkoppling skall ske av behörig elektriker.
Elektrisk installation och ledningsdragning skall utföras
enligt gällande bestämmelser.
NIBE F1X26/F1X45 skall vara spänningslös vid byte av
elpatronskortet.
1. Gör värmepumpen spänningslös.
2. Anslut ESD-skyddsarmband och hantera elpatronskortet
(AA1) enligt serviceinstruktion.
3. Notera var kablar och kontakter sitter och demontera
dem. Notera även inställningen på dipswitchen (AA1-
SF1).
4. Lossa det gamla elpatronskortet, sitter fast med en Torx
20-skruv.
5. Byt till det nya elpatronskortet (AA1).
6. Ställ in dipswitchen (AA1-SF1) enligt inställningen på det
gamla kortet.
7. Montera kablar och kontakter till samma plats på det
nya kortet (värmepumpen kan ha omkopplad maximal
eleffekt).
8. Spänningssätt värmepumpen.

General
These service instructions describe how to replace the immer-
sion heater card (AA1) on NIBE F1126/F1145/F1226/F1245.

Immersion heater card (AA1)1x
Electrical connection
NOTE
All electrical connections must be carried out by an
authorised electrician.
Electrical installation and wiring must be carried out
in accordance with the stipulations in force.
NIBE F1X26/F1X45 must not be powered when repla-
cing the immersion heater card.
1. Disconnect the power from the heat pump.
2. Connect an ESD bracelet and handle the immersion
heater card (AA1) according to the service instructions.
3. Note where all cables and connections are located and
remove them. Also note the setting of the dip switch
(AA1-SF1).
4. Disconnect the old immersion heater card, secured with
a Torx 20 screw.
5. Replace with the new immersion heater card (AA1).
6. Set the dip switch (AA1-SF1) according to the setting on
the old card.
7. Reconnect the cables and connectors in the same places
on the new card (the heat pump can have switched
maximum electrical output).
8. Power the heat pump.

Allgemeines
Diese Serviceanleitung beschreibt den Wechsel der Elektro-
heizpatronenplatine (AA1) an der NIBE F1126/F1145/F1226/-
F1245.
Inhalt

Elektrischer Anschluss
HINWEIS!
Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse müssen von einem geprüf-
ten Elektriker ausgeführt werden.
Bei der Elektroinstallation und beim Verlegen der Lei-
tungen sind die geltenden Vorschriften zu berücksich-
tigen.
NIBE F1X26/F1X45 muss beim Wechsel der Elektroheiz-
patronenplatine spannungslos sein.
1. Unterbrechen Sie die Spannungsversorgung der Wärme-
pumpe.
2. Bringen Sie das ESD-Schutzarmband an und behandeln
Sie die Elektroheizpatronenplatine (AA1) gemäß Service-
anleitung.
3. Notieren Sie sich, wo die Kabel und Stecker sitzen und
nehmen Sie diese von der Platine ab. Notieren Sie sich
auch die Einstellungen des dip-Schalters (AA1-SF1).
4. Lösen Sie die alte Elektroheizpatronenplatine; sie ist mit
einer Torx 20-Schraube befestigt.
5. Ersetzen Sie die Platine durch eine neue Elektroheizpa-
tronenplatine (AA1).
6. Stellen Sie den dip-Schalter (AA1-SF1) entsprechend der
Einstellungen der alten Platine ein.
7. Schließen Sie die Kabel und Stecker auf der neuen Platine
am selben Platz an (die Wärmepumpe kann auf maximale
Leistung umgeschaltet sein).
8. Versorgen Sie die Wärmepumpe mit Spannung.
