(2) How to replace motor
(2)-1 Disassembly
1）Remove electrostatic charge on
Motor by tester (Mode: DC Voltage) 2）Remove brush cap and take out brush.
3）Remove assembly spring.
4）Remove assembly spring so that
noise killer might not be broken. 5）Remove rotor assembly by pushing rotor assembly from
bearing side
(2)-2 Assembly
1）Insert motor.
Yoke having notch shall come to
commutator side.
2）Install bearing. 3）Form assembly spring.
4）Install end cover. 5）Install assembly spring. 6）Install brush and tighten cap.
7）Wind insulation tape.

（3）How to repair mechanical parts
（3）−1Disassembly
1）Remove Stop Ring on
Holder Clamp. 2）Remove Holder Clamp and Spring, then fix on jig. 3）Loosen Nose Nut Assy by spanner. 4）Remove Nose Nut Assy.
5）Remove Bit Holder Assy. 6）Remove Taper Ring
Assy and Cam Guide. 7）Remove Cam. 8）Remove Gears.
（3）−2Assembly
1) Assembly of gears
1）Put Grease on Gears inside of
Gear Case. 2）Assemble Gears. 3）Insert Gear Assy into Gear Case.
2）Assembly of bit holder
Insert Slide Ring into Bit
Holder. Taper part of Slide
Ring must be bit side of Bit
Holder.
Direction to loosen.
Attach on the upper groove for DLV7100 series
Chamfered side
to be upper side.
Attach on the bottom groove for DLV8100 series.

3) Assembly of mechanical parts
1）Edges of Bit Holder to
be inserted into Cam
Guide, has 2 squared
holes.
2）Tighten Nose Nut Assy
with pushing Bit Holder. 3）Apply adhesive. 4）Tighten with Torque spanner.
（290kgf）
（4）Foaming wires
Wires must not be jammed with
Pilot Rod D. Noise Killer must not be touched with Frame. Attach Insulating Plate.
Direction to tighten
Direction to tighten
Pay attention to
jamming with wires.

（5）Adjustment of brake timing
How to Adjust.
1）Hold bolt and loosen Fixing Nut.
2）Adjust the bolt.
3）Tighten Fixing Nut.

Set up Screw Driver on Cradle. To spin by pushing
Spanner B: To adjust bolt. Spanner A: To tighten nut.
To verify
Microswitch
ON/OFF by
using Pin
Gauge.
