Keep your child / children at bay during the assembly process.
For moving the Barcart and to prevent damage to the Barcart, two adults are
needed to execute this action.

Before Beginning Assembly:
This Barcart has multiple parts and may require up to some 30 minutes to assemble.
To give you an overview of the Barcart, the above picture is to help you put the below
various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions here
to familiarise the parts and steps before assembly.

Step 1
Unpack and place all parts on a clean, non-marring surface.
Step 2

Place the Leg (A) on a clean, non-marring surface as shown in picture above.
Attach the Wooden Dowel (②) in to housing on the Leg (A).
Position housing of Lower Tray (C) into pre-fixed Wooden Dowel (②) of Leg (A).
Secure the Leg (A) and the Lower Tray (C) by using Bolts(①) with Allen Key(③).
Do not fully tighten the Bolts.

Step 4
4.1 Place the other Leg (A) on a clean, non-marring surface as shown in picture above.
Attach the Wooden Dowel (②) into the housings on the Leg (A)
4.2 With assistance from your adult partners, turn pre-assembled barcart in step 3
180degree and position housings of Upper Tray (B) and Lower Tray (C) into
the wooden dowel (②) of Leg (A) as shown in picture above.
Secure the Leg (A) to the Upper Tray (B) and Lower Tray (C) by using Bolts(①)
with Allen Key(③).
In a sequential manner, tighten all Bolts at all joints until fully locked into position.

Attach the other wooden Dowel (②) into housing on the Leg (A) as show
in the picture above.
Position housing of Upper Tray (B) into pre-fixed Wooden Dowel (②) of Leg (A).
Secure the Leg (A) and the Upper Tray (B) by using Bolts (①) with Allen Key(③).
Do not fully tighten the Bolts.

Step 5
With assistance from your adult partners, turn Barcart in step 4 with its legs facing skyward
Insert Blocked Wheel (E) and Wheel (F) into Leg Frame (A) as shown in the picture.
Secure the wheels into the Leg Frame (A) by using Spanner Wrench (④)
Repeat the same process with other wheels
Note: On this step,it will have two Blocked Wheels and two Wheels.
Two Blocked Wheels should be in one side that parallel with Legs (A)
Step 6
6.1 With assistance from your adult partners, turn the Barcart back to normal flat ground
EXERT pressure, floorwards, onto the Barcart.
This pressure will help the Legs and Barcart Top reach alignment at all joints.
Check for wobbles.
In a sequential manner, gradually tighten all Screws, Bolts until evenly secured.
Inspect the Barcart and make sure all parts are adequately connected.
6.2 Position the Removable Tray onto the barcart as shown in picture above.
Your Barcart is ready for use.
This Barcart can only be used on a flat, level surface.

What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 is a California law that requires warning labels on products that may contain one of
more than 800-plus chemicals or ingredients that the California Ofce of Environmental Health Hazard
Assessment (OEHHA) has deemed to cause cancer or other reproductive toxicity. Chemicals and
elements on this list include wood dust, brass, and other everyday substances, which can be found in
very common household items, such as: lamps, tableware, jewelry, crystal glasses, electric cords,
beauty products, automobiles, and furniture.
Why Did I Find a Proposition 65 Warning on My Home Goods Product?
We include Proposition 65 warnings on all of our products because there is always a chance that one
of the 800-plus common chemicals and ingredients listed under this law could potentially be on our
furniture or packing materials. We risk large nes under this law, if we don't include this warning.
Should I worry?
We realize you may be worried nding this warning on our products, but we want to reassure you that
the hazardous exposure limits for any of these chemicals have never been found on furniture products
that we’ve shipped to our customers. Additionally, this warning label is very common and can be found
on almost every piece of furniture sold in the state of California.
Just How Common Are Proposition 65 Warnings?
Proposition 65 warnings have become so common in California that it is hard to take a trip to a local
bank, grocery store, or restaurant without nding at least one warning. In fact, even the Disney Land
Resort has a Proposition 65 warning:
Do not put hot items directly on furniture surface
Do not clean furniture with harsh cleansers or polish.
Do not place furniture under direct sunlight.
Do not place furniture near heating or cooling vents.
Do not write on furniture without a padded barrier to protect the surface.
Do not place furniture outside . For indoor use only .
Not for commercial use. For residential use only .
Stains may be removed with mild soap solution and damp cloth.
Children should not climb or jump on the furniture.
Dust and pick-up spills using a clean, non-colored, lint-free cloth .
